It was so nice and easy to take a short stroll to the nice, long sandy beach. Neighborhood is good for biking and walking. Town is so close by too. Cottage has all the basics including A little back grassy area with table and grill. 1 Bedroom upstairs does not have A/C and it gets quite hot up there even with a fan. Our family of 8 adults & 1 toddler had a great time here. Plenty of room inside, nice bedrooms & bathrooms. Lovely yard & out door areas. Being able to walk to the beach was such a treat. The house had everything you need, beach chairs, towels, stocked kitchen tvs, entertainment. Lots of space spread out. The location can't be beat. Short walk to town, even shorter walk to a gorgeous beach. Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Our third year in the 1910 home and we love it more each year. The house has the best charm and feels like home. My kids look forward to “game time” in the front room and actually wish for a couple rainy afternoons for the excuse to hang out there. Harwich is our favorite place on the Cape and the location of the house is so convenient to everywhere we want to go. The people in the neighborhood are very welcoming and pleasant also. The improvements the owner has made since last year were very nice too, we enjoyed the deck off the kitchen in the mornings. My husband has only one request.... a newer gas grill, as the one there is slower to cook, as it doesn’t heat up much past 300’ , but we make due. Love the huge deck and outside eating area too!! We already look forward to coming back next year. Thank you to the owner for such a wonderful home!!

The only comment i would say is that I got my steps in going to the second floor, but it was worth it for the view from the kitchen and dining room. It really is an excellent place, we really enjoyed it. The only thing we missed out on was the fire pit because it was too windy. If I had a recommendation for an upgrade would be to change the carpet for a hard surface in the bedrooms, but overall the home had everything we could have needed. This is a spacious, beautiful home. The view of the wetlands is spectacular. We enjoyed relaxing and eating on the back porch, making puzzles in the big game room on the lowest floor and reading on the upstairs screened-in porch. We had a great time at the house. Everything was beautiful and clean. The short trek to the beach was manageable. The view from the deck was amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked (utensils/ platters/ food storage containers) for those wanting to cook dinner at the house. I highly recommend this house for your next vacation!

Every morning we woke up thinking we were in heaven. The sunrise was so beautiful that we refused to close the blinds in the bedroom. If you’re looking for views, this is the home to be in. The home has beautiful ocean views from the entire side of the house. The view from the master bedroom is stunning!! The home had everything we needed and more. Our days were spent on the beach, which are steps away, and kayaking. If you enjoy kayaking, this is the place to be. The ocean landscape changes daily with the tide and we discovered some beautiful little sand bars to explore. The town of Chatham has always been our favorite. Old style Cape Cod, fresh fish at the harbor and The Chatham Candy Manor are a few of our favorites. A special surprise was the history in the home. The owners have done an amazing job. I enjoyed reading the autobiography on the deck every morning and loved the story and photos around the home to go along with it. In all my years staying in Chatham, by far our favorite stay yet. Thank you for sharing this amazing home our family!!

This is really a great summer house for a small family. Ample kitchen, plenty of outdoor sitting space, a cozy nook by the lake with access for swimming, kayaking, and more. We loved it!

This house was in a very quiet neighborhood with a nice yard and lovely landscaping with flowering bushes. Nice size family rooms, and a large and bright master. Harding’s Beach 5 minutes away.

My family and I had a great stay this past week. The condo is very well maintained and very clean. The condo is decorated very nicely and has beautiful crown molding and finer finishing. The location is great. Beaches near by, shopping, etc. I would recommend this property to all.

Had a lovely time, walked to Forest beach every day, saw seals, many birds, sunsets.....Biked to Chatham village, and to walking trails nearby. Owner was very responsive when we reached out to her. Looking forward to bringing my sister and kids along next time!

This was a beautiful home with very nice features. We had eight people in our party and there was more than enough room for all of us to spread out. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

I have been coming to Yarmouth for years but this is the first time I stayed in South Yarmouth. This house was amazing. As a family we were looking for something to do together but safely during this crazy time and this house was perfect. It had enough room for everyone while still made it feel cozy. We felt safe and secure in this house. We understand the extra time needed for cleaning during check-in and check-out, we wanted to stay longer but understand the precautions that are needed. The house and the area was perfect. We were able to go for walks or runs and explored other areas and beaches of Yarmouth we never went to. I would definitely book at Four Shores again! It felt like home very quickly no one wanted to leave! Thank you for letting us rent your home and making it ours for a week!

From the minute we stepped in, we felt right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and kid friendly for riding bikes and running. We walked to watch the most beautiful sunsets from the cove. The hammock was an added bonus for relaxation. We spent many mornings and afternoons on the screened in porch. We grilled almost every night and enjoyed the outdoor table. We will definitely be coming back!!

This was exactly what we needed! As listed—the home was clean, open space, and close to everything. It was absolutely perfect for our gathering! We especially enjoyed Sundae School being so close. And we enjoyed some phenomenal sea food from Wee Packet and several other close, amazing restaurants. Thank you!
