The house was great. Location was amazing and the amenities worked well.
Check in was very late and we sat outside of the house for 2 hours prior to 4pm even though the cleaners had clearly left. I did reach out but was told I had to wait until 4pm
Listing shows 2 king beds but there is only 1 - luckily we brought enough queen linen so it worked.
House was delightful and the location was amazing.

The house is amazing. Cozy but you don’t need more when you are outside most of the day. My daughter woke up everyday and went straight to play in the sand. We swam all day, even my dog was swimming!! Very short drive to all the beaches and to Chatham downtown area. Can’t wait to come back next year!

We enjoyed our trip very much. We were close to the banks St beach although we drove a few minutes extra to go to Red River beach because we preferred it. The location of the house was great and they had everything we needed in the kitchen. The deck was wonderful to sit on and relax. The trees surrounding the property kept it nice and cool. We did find a lot of long black hair in the bathrooms (none of us have black hair lol), but we chose not to call about it because it just seemed like a hassle to have someone come and clean so we cleaned it up ourselves. Check in was easy and the combination door was very easy to work. Plenty of room and great shops and restaurants near by. We did have some issue with a neighbor across the street, he was creepy and we couldn’t figure out what his problem was but he would drive down the middle of the road and wouldn’t move to the right and then he’d slow his truck down next to ours and put his head out the window and stare at us, he even drove slowly in front of the house and stared in so we started shutting the blinds. Otherwise it’s a great house and we had an enjoyable stay.

This home is exquisite. We didn't take a single detail for granted - both the beautiful antique characteristics and with the modern updates and mid-century modern furnishings. The home has three very comfortable bedrooms. My husband and I traveled with our 2-year old daughter and my mother joined us to help out. Everyone had their own en suite bathroom. The master was so luxurious and private. Beds in all of the rooms were very comfortable. The house feels so incredibly clean and comfortable - like staying at a 5-star resort which really helped us to relax and enjoy the trip. Especially where we aren't dining out and going out as often between COVID and having a toddler. It was so enjoyable to be able to cook meals in this modern kitchen, take advantage of the beautiful dining and enjoy the lovely backyard and deck. I truly cannot say enough great things about this home and I hope to visit again!

This was a beautiful property with all of the amenities. 5 minute walk to the beach and we were able to also walk to all of the restaurants. I would recommend this property to Both families Or just couples looking for an upscale rental.

House was absolutely amazing, the decor and appliances were top notch. House was super clean. It is a 3.5 min walk to Earle Road Beach, I timed it! My family of 8 were comfortable and had enough space to spread out. I would definitely recommend to friends and even go back myself! Only thing I would change is the late check in (4p) and early check out (9am) as it automatically makes you lose 2 days.

This was our second year at Riverbay Retreat. We were not certain how a vacation would work out because of the pandemic, but the property was ideal for meals at home , recreation in the yard and enough space in the house to spread out a bit. Nice size deck with awning. Beautiful grounds with flower beds. Cabinets and drawers helpfully labeled in kitchen. It was apparent this year that special attention was paid to pre tenancy cleaning which was very reassuring . Response to any issues was prompt .

We highly recommend the unit for families visiting the area. Plenty of room to spread out and everything was immaculate. One suggestion would be to put TVs in the living room and second bedroom. Other than that, it was great. Location can't be beat. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Spacious, modern, super comfortable Great location and amazing property. Amenities were well thought out. Great responsiveness from property management. One minor feedback is that there were too many emails that it became difficult to find the email with certain info.

My extended family and I had a wonderful visit at this property! There's plenty of places to relax in this lovely home and tons of room for multiple families to stay and have private space for themselves. The backyard was huge and loved by the children and the lake was lovely (though we are more of an ocean family). The home was in close proximity to the beaches we enjoy and multiple shopping areas and attractions. We enjoyed the large back porch for relaxing during the evenings and also the fire pit. The home was spotlessly clean and stocked with the essentials. We truly enjoyed our week here!

We were so delighted by the Pineapple House during our recent visit to Harwich Port. This home made our vacation so special. It is a gorgeous antique home which has been stunningly renovated and decorated with handsome mid-century modern furnishings. We didn't take a single detail for granted. All three of the bedrooms featured en suite bathrooms and extremely comfortable beds for a vacation rental. The bedding in the master was gorgeous and so soft. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals in and the appliances were top notch (I now want a new oven!) The deck and dining room were incredible for hosting friends for dinner - what a joy to entertain them in such a lovely space. We've experienced a lot of rustic beach vacation homes but staying here was truly a treat - like staying in a luxurious resort.

The Baxter House is a one-of-a-kind home in the beautiful North Chatham neighborhood on Cape Cod. This stunning antique was a perfect setting for our family and dogs; the views are amazing, the neighborhood is private and quiet, and the house easily accommodate us with its many rooms. Can't wait to return!

NEVR remains a top notch rental company. They are responsive (by email) and honest. When the latest COVID travel restrictions (8/1/2020) for Massachusetts were activated, NEVR reached out to us directly and when we cancelled the vacation refunded our money without hesitation. We highly recommend NEVR without reservation to anyone looking to rent a home on the Cape. We will return to NEVR for our Cape vacation needs.

This was a great home for our family's vacation. There was plenty of room in the house for all 7 of us and the house was clean and neat when we arrived. We really enjoyed the back deck and grill, outdoor shower, and walking in the nicely landscaped yard. Having the downstairs (finished basement) as an additional living space was great with our family. We enjoyed going to the different beaches, kayaking, and visiting downtown Chatham, all within a short drive or biking distance. We would stay here again. It is a lovely home. SOME THINGS TO CONSIDER: Keyless entry was very easy but there was confusion upon arrival as our email stated it would be a lock box (which was visible on outside of house) and it was just the keyless entry on the door (much easier in the long run). We also could have used additional silverware with the number of people in our party and only running the dishwasher once a day but it was not a huge issue. Also, the garbage can by the sliders was a bit dirty and we washed it out. Thank you for a wonderful home for our vacation. We would definitely book directly with New England Vacation Rentals in the future. Communication was great.

84 Cranberry was the perfect house for our family beach vacation. The kids loved the downstairs bedroom and family room. My wife and I loved getting up early and sipping coffee on the deck overlooking the water. The house was well equipped. Anything we needed in the kitchen was available. Very easy walk to Ridgevale Beach which is my kids’ favorite beach in the area. The house has a very “beach house” feel, rather than just a suburban house close to the water...if that makes sense. The ability to bring our new canine addition to the family was a bonus. Would definitely book again!

This brand new condo is perfect for families or a couple looking to enjoy all that Harwichport has to offer without the necessity to drive. The beach is only a 5 min walk and the location of the condo is in the heart of it all....shops, restaurants, bank, etc. We were able to comfortably fit 3 adults and 1 child into the condo. It’s a beautiful home!

We had an amazing vacation at this house! The house was very well taken care of and clean. Even the outdoor shower was sparkling clean. It had everything we needed and I especially loved the very short distance to the small beach on Lewis Bay. We rode our bikes back and forth all day! It was a beautiful beach right next to the red jacket resort. This was what sold me as the location made it so easy for everyone to do as they wished. We had an issue with the central air working when we got there but the owner was very prompt about having it fixed immediately. He came out on a Sunday to assess the situation and had it fixed by Monday. He was a very, very nice and accommodating man. We will definitely look into renting 37 Jacqueline Circle again!

The home on Meetinghouse Rd was perfect during this time of Covid. Spacious home, self contained and close to everything. Each bedroom was a home to itself with AC, TVs and bathrooms- quiet space for everyone if needed!

This is not your typical "Cape House," everything is brand new and sparkling clean (comforting during a pandemic), great wifi and A/C. The in-town location is perfect for walking to restaurants and the gorgeous beach. You do have other tenants to worry about (one complained about our dog, even though it was a pet-friendly listing), but the property manager was very nice about it. Overall, a great choice for a very easy and comfortable vacation.

The Pineapple House has only one drawback: It is not located on the beach! Other than that, it is a very nice house, with many amenities. The mattresses were so comfy and the towels were lush! The home is impeccably refurbished and decorated. We really loved our stay. Next year, we probably won't come back only because we usually look for a house right near the ocean. Thank you for a really great place to spend a Cape Cod week!
