Very cute home with comfy furniture. Loved the open layout of the common spaces, the way the master bedroom was its own separate suite of sorts (my hubby and I got to have our lovers den away from the family) and the outdoor pit and grill. A much needed getaway space for us super COVID scared/PTSD ppl from NYC.

Great house for a family of 4. Plenty of room, lots of beach chairs and toys. Easy walk to beautiful Ridgevale beach. Books and games, even movies. We loved the privacy of the back and front yards, which can be hard to find in a rental on the cape. Everything worked perfectly. Outdoor gas grill could use updating.

Great week in Cape Cod We really enjoyed our first trip to Cape Cod. The house was perfect for our needs and close to beach and plenty of restaurants. Overall we had a great trip. Super clean interior, comfortable beds, this was my first time renting a dog friendly place and I was worried about cleanliness but no hair, no smell and the fenced yard made for a relaxing vacation with our pup, great outdoor patio area. Driveway a little tricky pulling in and out.

This house was perfect - amazing location, beautiful inside. We loved the family room (super high ceilings), kitchen, and back patio. The bedrooms/bathrooms were all very clean and lovely. We plan to rent this house again next year.

The house was absolutely stunning and as described. The views of the water and the pool were amazing. When we got there unfortunately the pool heater was not working but the property manager was very responsive to trying to get fixed. We loved going out on the canoes every day, using the hot tub, and playing ping-pong when it rained. The house is very well stocked and everything is clean and feels new. We will definitely be back again!

This house is great for families. The location is perfect being about a half mile from the beach and even shorter distance from town. The screened in front porch and open back porch provide great gathering areas.

Well equipped home with may amenities and short drive to stores. Would have preferred a third bedroom rather than a loft (privacy). All around nice home! We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Cape Escape and are looking forward to doing it again. While the house was not walking distance to the water, it was in a perfect location for us as our plans had us active the entire week. The house is a short few minute drive from great ocean and bayside beaches, downtown Chatham, and Orleans. It is also a convenient location to access both the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard for day trips, as well as beautiful Provincetown and Truro. The house was very clean and comfortable and private with a yard that was perfect for our dogs. Lots of other amenities. ~ New England Vacation Rentals Thank you so much for writing this review. We stayed here the last week of August. Due to the health crisis, we planned to do all our own cooking between trips to the beach. The house had a lot of charm and character, and was very clean and comfortable. The property was on a cut-de-sac and wooded, so there was ample privacy. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and the gas grill outside worked well. The house has many new TVs, good Wi-Fi and great central air. Although the property is not on the beach, it is centrally located and it was easy to hit a number of the cape beaches. We would definitely stay here again and it would also be a wonderful spot for a family reunion. Keep an eye out for wild turkeys in the backyard!

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, well-appointed home with all of the amenities needed for our family vacation. The space is bright and airy, with a roomy layout that had plenty of room for the five of us (two adults and three children). The large, fenced in backyard was great for our kids to safely play outside while we hung out on the deck. We loved the quiet location just a short drive from beaches and downtown. A great place to relax and unwind!

Check in was easy although it should be stated this home uses a combination on the door and not a lock box. Home was very clean and we had plenty of space for all 7 of us. Location to several beaches within biking distance or a short drive. Having the outdoor shower was great after coming home from the beach. Best- New England Vacation Rentals Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are happy you enjoyed this home and its location was convenient and you enjoyed the out door shower. Most of our homes are key-less entry now and this information is laid out in our check in email instructions. We do hope to have you as our guests in the future.

Even though it is not directly on the beach it is only a very short walk. You can actually watch the kids from the second floor balcony off the kitchen. While you get in a lot of steps with the kitchen on the second floor, the function and the patio make it worth it. Everything you need was there ( 3 different kinds of coffee makers!), Laundry, fire pit, grill, chairs wagon, toys. We had a lot of fun there.

The location and view were out of this world. We barely left the property except to jog to Mill Pond and our daily kayak trips to different spots around Morris Island, Stage Neck and Hardings Beach. We found the house to be very charming and perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well equipped, the laundry was easy to use and we made full use of the kayaks, life jackets, beach chairs and especially the fire pit. We loved that we could bring our dog- it's so much fun to be able to take her for walks and swims. We chose to eat almost all our meals at the table in the backyard and had sunset dinners every night. Except for it getting pretty damp when it rained, we were quite comfortable inside the house if we opened the windows and letting a cross-breeze in. I'm not sure how you can control it, but the Mackays might want to know that towards the end of the week the teenagers next door were pretty obnoxious blasting music with explicit lyrics (I'm sensitive to it given the ages of my kids). That was our only negative. Otherwise everything was amazing and we'd like to touch base about renting again around the same time next year.

We had an amazing family vacation at the Mooring. The house was wonderful and steps away from the beach and town which added to the experience. Highly recommended.
