My husband, daughter, granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay at this charming home in July 2020. It is clean, bright and well stocked with supplies. The bedrooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. I especially enjoyed having my morning coffee in the sunroom off the kitchen. The gardens are beautiful and the hydrangea envelop you when you sit on the deck. The location is convenient to beaches and the bike trail. A great spot for walkers! As long time Chatham renters, Sea Glass is one of the nicest properties we have had the pleasure of renting.

This home was very accommodating to our needs. The two separate living spaces on the first floor made it easy to create space for kiddos to play and adults to socialize. The game tables in the basement were enjoyed by both adults and kids. My one recommendation would be to change out the twin beds in one of the upstairs bedrooms to a queen bed.I would hope to come back to this property again.

Terrific property right in the center of Chatham. The house was fully stocked and beautifully decorated for our needs and more. The location was great, but if you want more lawn space or a real yard then I'd look for a different house. The house backyard overlooks a commercial parking lot but was still quiet. Two bedroom are slightly smaller than we would have hoped but still lovely. The pictures actually don't do the house justice - It's nicer in person!

We had an amazing time staying at this property. Many of us are bird enthusiasts and the river was perfect for birding. House was well-maintained, large enough for us all to enjoy, and the kitchen was particularly well stocked. We enjoyed breakfast on the large deck, as well as the short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

What a perfect location for a restful vacation! Spent many hours sitting by the pond watching osprey and turtles, kayaking in the lovely pond, and just listening as the pond rippled against the shore. It's also only a few minutes to a few really nice beaches on the south shore of the cape. And an easy drive to the Atlantic where we enjoyed viewing almost 100 seals bobbing in the water off of Head of Meadow beach.
Nickerson park with more ponds and trails for hiking is also nearby.
We cooked every dinner in the kitchen which had everything we needed.
Great place for our dog too! And the weather was excellent!

We stayed here in 2017 and loved it so much that we came back again in 2020! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 in this lovely, clean home. We took full advantage of relaxing on the deck with coffee or wine and overlooking the beautiful yard. The Sun Porch is perfect for meals, reading or working remotely. This home is well supplied, nicely decorated and comfortable. The location is great! Close to beaches, downtown Chatham, bike path and day trips to other Cape destinations. We'll be back again! The house was immaculate when we got there and the check in process very smooth. Great space for a family and beautiful peaceful outdoor area. Easy walk to lighthouse beach and town very accessible also.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had a very well equipped kitchen. The location can not be beat, it's minutes away from Lighthouse beach, but what we appreciated more, it's right across the street from a quiet beach that you can quickly visit throughout the day. It was perfect for our dog and baby as it's in a quiet area with beach access but a quick drive or walk (20 min) to the center of town. The fire-pit is a plus as well!
We're looking forward to renting again next year!

This was our second year staying at this beautiful Cape house! Had a most wonderful vacation! Mother Nature wasn’t in her best mood this vacation, but it did not prevent us from so enjoying our stay. House is amazing! So hope we will visit again!

This new, beautiful home was a perfect choice for our family vacation. The property is well taken care of, located steps from a private beach and overlooks a scenic marsh. We enjoyed colorful sun rises in the mornings and stunning sunsets in the evenings. Situated mid cape, we found this locale convenient for day trips... head north to Falmouth, south to Provincetown/Truro and 20 minutes to the Harwich Port ferry to Nantucket. This home contains everything one could want in a vacation home!

The house and location were wonderful in every way. It was fully equipped for cooking and recreational fun. The kayaking was fabulous and the patio and pool were perfect. We loved our stay and look forward to returning again. Thank you!

This property was decorated nicely with a lovely back yard. It was a good home base and comfortable. We traveled daily to other towns and enjoyed the home when we returned. We enjoyed the home including the deck, the outdoor shower after returning from the beaches, and the ample spaces to which to retreat when needed. It is the nicest rental we have stayed in that was pet friendly. The management company was not easy to contact however. We had difficulty both times trying to contact them prior to our rental. Also, when we realized we had forgotten sheets for one bed, we called to see if we could rent sheets, but received no response. Otherwise, the property was very enjoyable. It should be noted that renters should not expect to use the pond- the access point is closed (looked like closed by the Town). This was not impactful to our enjoyment of the property. ~New England Vacation Rentals

Wonderful stay! The house was absolutely stunning and as described. The views of the water and the pool were amazing. When we got there unfortunately the pool heater was not working but the property manager was very responsive to trying to get fixed. We loved going out on the canoes every day, using the hot tub, and playing ping-pong when it rained. The house is very well stocked and everything is clean and feels new. We will definitely be back again!

location was perfect- actually on a pond, with a view, and easy access to rail trail. house was quaint and really nicely kept, and the house had everything we needed. we would absolutely rent again

We were pleasantly surprised how nice this property was! It was covid clean, had a nice yard backing up to the woods and was very comfortable. There was a fire pit but unfortunately no propane tank. Great outdoor shower and all the comforts of home.

We enjoyed a peaceful & relaxing week at the water's edge here. The cottage was a perfect size for my husband and I, and our son who was able to spend three nights with us. Although the cottage is small, it really does not feel so especially since most of our time was spent out on the sand and in the water. Goose Pond is quiet & perfect for a kayak paddle or swim every day, reading a good book in one of the beach chairs, or just chilling with a glass of wine listening to the birds. Loved the outdoor shower and table/chairs overlooking the pond. Cottage had all of the essentials that we required, and the location is great - near town(s) for dinner or whatever, yet seemingly far away once back there. NEVR provided more than ample information, resources prior to our stay - thank you!

We really enjoyed are staying in this modern, spacious, graciously appointed apartment near the beach. We loved being able to take advantage of the outdoor space! The open plan kitchen made dining in a pleasure! The location was perfect as well for enjoying being at the beach!
