My wife, our 5 children and myself had a wonderful time staying at this rental and we will definitely be booking a week here next year! The house itself was very quaint and clean and the backyard was huge, our kids loved playing back there and I personally loved the outdoor shower. The location was great because it is secluded and a 10 minute walk to the beach. I felt like Jack Kennedy walking around these neighborhoods! We like the central location on the cape because we could explore all corners of cape cod from P-town, Chatham, and Falmouth. Hyannis itself had great beaches nearby and excellent restaurants to visit. We can't wait to stay here again!

We love the Cape off season and our favorite place to stay is the Mermaid’s Rest on Beechwood Road. We’ve stayed there several times and have really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, both inside and out. It’s attractively and comfortably furnished with a bank of windows in the dining area that allows for a breathtaking view of the sunset over the lake. The house is nestled in a private wooded area that we particularly appreciated during our Fall stay. It allows for easy social distancing, unlike at a hotel. And the patios allow for safe outdoor entertaining. The upper patio is wonderful for morning coffee in the tree canopy; while the lower patio is fabulous for entertaining around the fire pit and soaking in the hot tub. And sitting in front of the fireplace on a cold Fall evening is such a cozy pleasure! The addition of puzzles, books, and DVDs are a nice bonus. And the location of Mermaid’s Rest is ideal, being within a short drive to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and movies. And, of course, being on the lake is wonderful for kayaking or swimming! We highly recommend Mermaid’s Rest and look forward to our next visit!

My mom and I booked Crosswinds II for two weeks this March with our two pups. We absolutely LOVED our time here. The house was very clean when we arrived and it seems all COVID protocols were adhered to. Our pups absolutely adored the fenced backyard and had such a good time sunbathing and playing fetch because it's a massive backyard!! Our favorite part was the proximity to the beach -- literally less than 2 min walk from the beach and dogs are allowed to run there off leash during the winter! There is a Shaw's supermarket around 5 min drive away and lots of cute shops nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at Crosswinds II and would highly recommend anyone to stay here again!

Our vacation at Somerset Serenity was exceptional! We spent a fabulous week with another family and had plenty of space for all to spread out both inside and outdoors. This home was filled with beautiful art work, whimsical nostalgic cape cod accents, and some of the most comfortable furniture! There were plenty of comfy places to sit and lots of warm blankets making it super cozy! Again, the outside was just as comfortable as the inside with brand new (at least it appeared to be) seating, furniture and décor. The location was convenient to dozens of beaches, restaurants, the bike path and endless shopping opportunities. We were so happy with the quiet and peaceful surroundings while having the benefit of still being so close and convenient to all our destinations. Planning to book it again for sure!

This home is absolutely beautiful and clean. We stayed there for two weeks and had the best time. All of the cute shops, beaches and eateries that the Cape Cod towns have to offer. Bike path was a minute away. Sitting on the back deck was incredibly relaxing and private from neighbors. I highly recommend this home for a vacation getaway!

We stayed at this beautiful home for two weeks. It is so spacious! We were there with our daughter and family. My husband and I had our own suite on the first floor. They stayed upstairs. We cooked out a lot -and we loved the beautiful new deck furniture. We also loved their firepit-great s’mores and fun. And the house is very close to the Cape Cod bike trail. Lastly we walked to Starbucks each morning! We will be back again soon to Somerset Serendipity!

We had the wonderful experience of renting 1 Somerset Road in Harwich It is a terrific property; ideally located and private. During our stay, we experienced no major concerns, and any ones that were minor were addressed immediately. The home is spacious and comfortable and was a pleasure to reside in. We will forever remember our time at 1 Somerset Road.

What a beautiful and clean home! Huge fenced in yard with swing set and everything you could ask for in the shed for entertainment in the yard and beach. Gas fire pit was great for relaxing at the end of a fall day. Just a few houses away to a beautiful beach to walk, relax and catch the sunset! We will certainly be back in any season.

This home was amazing! Just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the deck was breathtaking. The house was clean and very spacious with all the amenities. This was also a prime location to go to the center of town for dinner and drinks. I highly recommend this beautiful home and plan to visit again this coming summer.

We had an excellent time at the house. We rented the last 2 years in a row and had an excellent time. The house is so beautiful with a wonderful deck, outdoor shower and large back yard. We are a family of 8 so having the 3 bedrooms and spacious living room was a treat. We would very strongly recommend a family to rent the house which is only a few minutes down the street from a beautiful beach. We played in the water all day long and sunned in the beautiful beach all week!! The water was so warm and refreshing in August!! Loved the house!!

Our stay at Harbor House- 306 Millway (Barnstable) was amazing! We loved the beautiful ocean views and sunsets from our patio! This house was made for entertaining and was perfect for our extended family, with separate bathrooms and patio entrances to the large bedrooms! Our kids loved exploring the wildlife and sea creatures on the beach, and the safe neighborhood was perfect for family morning walks and bike rides! The kids especially loved the “secret trail” through the trees to the beach! We cooked breakfast in the huge, spacious kitchen and grilled in the landscaped backyard for lunch! We loved how we were steps from the beach, but also just a short walk to the Osterville Fish Too, for ice cream, and the Mattakeese Wharf for dinner and drinks! We even walked to the nearby marina to catch a whale watch (and saw humpback whales and dolphins)! Main Street, Barnstable Village with its quaint shops and general store (which had all the essentials) was also just a 10-15 minute walk, making it the perfect location for us! Our family loved our July 2020 vacation and we can’t wait to go back to Millway Beach! Great job, New England Vacation Rentals- Highly recommended- Thank you!

Wow! What a beautiful home with all the comforts necessary to enjoy an awesome beach front access vacation! There is plenty of room in this vacation home for family, friends and guests! Location is fantastic; walking to the beach! plenty of onsite parking; close to town/village stores for all your necessities. It's up to you to just rest and relax or have a great family celebration. Cape Cod weather is the best nationally! Nice enough to swim - morning, afternoon and evening. I would highly recommend this vacation home and I am already planning our next family visit! Easy to get to and yet secluded in its own little paradise.

The house was very spacious and the beach is a short ride or a bit of a walk approximately 3/4 mile. The house has a nice deck area, the yard is on a hill. The bedrooms are as described. We would definitely rent this property again.

We spent a wonderful week in September at 151 Sky Way in Chatham. The home was lovely and exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. The house is well cared for and spic and span when we arrived. The location was perfect-- on a quiet street, a couple houses away from the bike path, overlooking the pond in Chatham. Easy access to the grocery store, fish market, beaches and downtown Chatham. We used the bike path daily for walking or biking. We rented bikes from the Dennis bike shop and brought two of our own. We were able to store the bikes in the garage. The large deck has the grill and a large table with an umbrella, along with lounge chairs. We used the grill on multiple evenings and loved being able to eat meals on the deck. There are two one-person kayaks along with life vests available for use. We had fun using them to paddle around on the ponds. We were grateful the owner allows dogs to vacation too. We brought our small one-year old terrier mix who appreciated the gated deck and yard. We hope to return next year. Thank you for hosting this beautiful home.

Something for everyone! House is extremely well appointed and a fantastic location! Comfortably fit all 5 adults with two twin beds to spare 4bdrm/4 1/2bath). Two bedrooms share a jack & jill bath as 4th full bath is on finished basement level. Every house amenity available for use: well appointed kitchen, toiletries provided, small but great yard w hot tub & grill, TV w cable, movie area, plenty of Comfy chairs to read a book, & more. Although on a busy road, it provides easy 2 block walk to beach and quick walk to downtown Main Street with shops & restaurants (plenty with curbside/take out during Covid). Linen service worked well too.

Loved the convenience of this property. We've been coming to Chatham for many years and hope to be able to rent this unit again. Nicely decorated, comfortable bed, well-supplied kitchen with excellent appliances. Very quiet, backing up to conservation area.

This house was great - it was at the end of a cul de sac so very quiet. Yet it was about 2 miles, maybe less, from the Stop and Shop, a CVS, and some other handy shops. It's a beautiful house - the kitchen was nice and spacious, the furniture comfy, and a nice deck and gas grill outdoors. I was able to do some laundry and noticed in the basement a lot of items that people could use while staying there, which I thought was nice. The only thing I think would be helpful is that during the summer season, provide some kind of parking pass for the town beach on the south side of town. Since I went after Labor Day it wasn't a problem, but this is just a thought. The house was spotless when I arrived!

My family and I loved staying at this spacious house on Skinnequit Pond. We swam and boated on the pond each day, and hit the nearby beach too. The dock was a great place for us to hang out.

We loved staying here and everyone seemed to enjoy the house, the patio, the access to the lake and the ample space. The kitchen is open, bright, connected to the patio and turned out to be the family hub. I would stay again and found the house immediately responsive when we needed anything.
