Priscilla House was beyond my expectations. Everything thing that you would need to cook, crack lobsters, open a bottle of wine, be warm or play a game was available in this beautiful home. It was within walking distance to the great shops and restaurants. I also would like to say that the staff of the New England Vacation Rentals Are the greatest! They are so accommodating that it makes your visit an easy and very happy experience!

I have never had a better experience renting a property than this one. Dawn with New England Vacation Rentals is so special and accommodating!! The house was fabulous and had everything you needed to relax and enjoy beautiful Chatham. Thank you for everything!

House was very clean, well furnished and welcoming. We loved the breezeway and outdoor shower. Quaint, quiet neighborhood walking distance to waterfront. Would definitely recommend to others and certainly plan on returning ourselves!

Beautiful view right on the beach with wonderful sounds of the ocean. Every window, particularly those in living room and kitchen area look out on the ocean. Apartment is new so it's in great shape with modern appliances. Our dog loved the small balcony and hated to leave. Several of the apartments are still under construction so there is some construction noise, but it is minimal.

Everything was just as advertised and couldn't have been easier. The house was CLEAN and a short walk down to a fairly quiet beach. The big hot tub was an enjoyable feature too.
Would absolutely stay here again and would use NEVR again too.
Thanks for great stay. Cape Cod never disappoints.

We were so fortunate to stay at 25 Grey Neck for 12 days in May when the Cape was experiencing summer-like weather. The house and yard were amazing - we had my boxer dog with us, and she loved the pet-friendly fenced-in large backyard. We had a mini-family reunion, after all, getting vaccinated, and thoroughly enjoyed how close it was to the beach and downtown. We walked to dinner several nights (1.4 miles) and my mom drove us home. But it was close enough to walk home if needed. Our favorite restaurant (we went 3 nights) was Cape Sea Grill. We enjoyed Brax, Marions Pie and Chatham's Fish Market (amazing lobster rolls). We enjoyed the 12 days at this particular house so much, I already booked another stay for early October. The Cape is under-rated in May and October.

Great location. Short walk to private association dock on Ryders Cove. Great for viewing sunsets. The house was immaculate when we arrived and felt comfortable and relaxing. Perfect for a couple or a family with two young children. Easy check in and check out.

Was thrilled to see that the property is EXACTLY what was portrayed online. Beautiful home with many rooms, a great kitchen and backyard. Location is great - couldn't be closer to Chatham center. I had a great stay in the Chatterbox.

We had such a great stay in Chatham. The property was perfect! Clean, spacious, bright! The location was amazing; the beach was one block away and the town was also a short walk. My only complaint is that we weren't there long enough! We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Springtime in the Cape We just returned home after having a great week. The house and yard were both perfect for my 3 1/2 and almost 2 year old grandsons. All they wanted to do was play outside- barefoot!!! Having the beach so close by was great for jumping in the waves and kite flying. We definitely will be returning!

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The house is stunning and the location is perfect - walkable to the beach, restaurants, a small store, coffee, small shops, everything you could really want. The concierge service offered was not really helpful at all but the property itself was just perfect.

We loved the location - so convenient to beach and downtown stores and restaurants. We found a new boutique, Prepstr, loved it! The management company made prepping for the trip a breeze and the unit itself was spotless. We would definitely stay again! Really enjoyed it.

We had a wonderful experience with NEVR in all areas (booking, communication, availability, etc). The condo was wonderfully located, it was very comfortable, and was a great place to call home for a week. Our only struggle for the entire stay was that the mattress is the master bedroom is really needing replaced. Other than that, everything was at least as good as advertised, and often better than advertised. The lighthouse at night was beautiful. The walk in the sand at low tide was relaxing. Just a great place to stay.

We loved staying at this property. The house and fenced in back yard were perfect for our family of five. The location was awesome as we could walk to beach. We would love to come back to stay. My kids did not want to leave!!

The house layout was perfect for us. The family of four with 2 grandchildren had one wing with their own bathroom. The adult children without children shared the other wing, and they each had their own bathroom. We seniors stayed downstairs. The views from the common rooms and most of the bedrooms were spectacular. We loved the fenced-in huge 2 story deck and playing corn hole on the back lawn.

Did you find all at The Lake House as expected? What could be better?
The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. The layout was inviting and great for a family get together. The master suite was excellent with a fabulous, huge closet and well appointed bathroom. The lower level was appealing but because the heat did not distribute evenly to that level, we did not use it at all.
Did you need to contact NEVR at all during your stay and did you find our services helpful?
We did contact NEVR about the heat early in the stay and, then, upon departure; responses were quick.
What was your favorite part of your vacation?
Nickerson Park and trails, walks to Long Pond and Cape Cod Brewery.
Do you have any recommendations for our other NEVR guests?
Buca and Del Mar were very good, local restaurants. The pizza at Pleasant Lake Pizza Shark (right around the corner) was amazing- Order the Great White! Cape Cod Beer is a fantastic brewery.

The house is really very nice. The kitchen is first rate- well equipped and has everything you could want. The bedrooms were nice though the heat was as well distributed to the lower level. The bathrooms are nigh nice especially the master suite. The master closet is enormous and the living areas are nicely arranged. There are 3 refrigerators, a nice washer and dryer, a football table and there are kayaks and chairs available. The lake is a short and pleasant walk away. Overall this is an exceptional property and nicer than advertised

We stayed at 75 pinewood rd in Barnstable. We had an incredible time! Not only was this rental totally new and fresh, but the number of bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a fully fenced yard for our dogs to play in, but it embodied just the kind of relaxation in its floor plan and decorating! The beach was sooo close and we went everyday! We are certainly interested in trying this particular rental again! Our guests had plenty of space for private time and the two driveways make it all so easy for entertaining guests and parking many vehicles! This home is a pleasure!!!!

Highly recommend Crosswinds II!!! Beautiful home, fully equipped for everything you need, quiet neighborhood and close to everything! My girls and I had a fantastic week looking for a 2nd home on Cape Cod! I would buy this house if it was on the market!!

This was our second stay at this house! We love it!! We stayed once in the spring and again last fall. The foliage was gorgeous around the lake and the weather was nice enough on multiple days to enjoy eating outside on the upstairs patio. The house itself is spacious, open, bright and clean with a homey, comfortable feel. It has a huge dining room table with a gorgeous view overlooking the lake and the sunsets. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and dishware...enough to have a dinner party!! It is central to most places on the Cape and off the beaten path, so not a lot of traffic. So many great restaurants, shopping, and beaches in all directions. It was great to return "home" after our daily adventures to relax & hangout by the fire pit and the enjoy the hot tub! They also had Kayaks and canoes, but we didn't take advantage of those. So many things to do...we didn't get around to it :). The house is well taken care of and the management company was very responsive when we had questions. We've stayed at several other cities on the Cape, but nothing was as central to everything! Would absolutely stay here again.

The whole house was set up perfectly for our family to enjoy the cape (Even off season!) We really loved having the yard, playground, toys and games available, and we used all of the convenient kitchen supplies. We were happy to use the grill to have dinner on the deck and loved sitting around the fire on a chilly evening. I'd highly recommend this home to other families, as its perfect for kids! Our small dog was very happy there as well. Thank you for providing a blanket, treats and toy for him. We loved the convenience of having the stairs to the beach so close to the home and the Main Street just a few blocks away. The oyster restaurant nearby is phenomenal! My only small critique is that the kitchen appliances and cabinets etc. are a little outdated and could use remodeling (and would be nice if there was a tub in the master bathroom,but the water pressure for the shower was perfect). However, this had no impact on our vacation and enjoyed the home just the same as if it was remodeled. Thank you so much for a relaxing, fun and overall GREAT getaway!
