My family and I loved this property! We spent so much time at the water steps away! The house was beautiful and so easy ! Everything was clean, neat, and convenient. All the rooms were large and had plenty of space for all of us! I would love to book this property again! Just one recommendation and that would be the stairs. My mother was with us and she is 80, in good shape. However we found the stairs slippery and treads would have been better, but otherwise the house is amazing! A great place for virtual work and then relaxing by the pool. A perfect respite.

Highly recommend, if you are looking for peace and privacy. This little gem has everything you need a sandy beach to sit and relax by the beautiful pond. My family and I ( son 11 yrs and two Australian shepherds) enjoyed many many walks along the pond. Kayaking was another high light. The cottage was also very close to all the great restaurants. Just to name a few Talkative Pig, the corner store, marions pie shop, mom and pops very delicious. The cottage overall is small yet has all the good stuff great 4K tv for night time movie watching. Comfy beds, decor, dinnerware all very nice. We will definitely visit again.

We love the Turtle Cove Cottage! It’s cozy, bright and clean, and equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The hosts are so kind and responsive. The beds are comfortable and the shower is great. There is a spacious, fenced in backyard. We loved sitting by the lovely and serene pond that is basically across the street from the cottage. The location is very convenient - just a short walk around the corner to a full grocery store and a delicious diner. It’s also a short drive to a beautiful beach. We can’t wait to come back! This summer will be the second time my family and I have stayed at 60 Cornerwood Dr in Harwich. This house provides all the amenities needed for the perfect family beach vacation. It is a very warm, inviting family home in a quiet neighborhood. The décor has been updated providing the perfect atmosphere to relax with family and friends. The house was very clean and everything in the home was in good working condition. There are multiple areas to relax indoors and outdoors. We loved staying in to cook or grill as well as eating outdoors on the deck. There is plenty of room to eat indoors too. We spent many evenings relaxing having drinks and playing games on the screened in porch. The location could not be better from going for a walk, to the beach, playing golf or shopping. We also enjoyed going to restaurants, breweries and especially enjoyed the boat to Nantucket being minutes away. The bonus family room downstairs will be an added bonus to our family now that we have small grandchildren who need a place to play with toys. Our biggest dilemma during our stay was figuring out which of the great outdoor spaces to use! The fire pit Was perfect for chilling at night, and the deck wad a picturesque morning and midday hangout with a view of a beautiful wetland. Indoor space was perfect for two families. It included a fully furnished basement where the kids love to hang out and play ping-pong. There were lots of other games for them to play. They were beach chairs, I fully equipped kitchen, and just enough smart TVs to pull us away from the outside from time to time. Location was perfect to walk to the sound side water and beaches, but still only an 18 minute drive to Skaket Beach - perfect for the kids.

We loved the house, it’s location and all the amenities. Just perfect! We were fortunate enough to be able to celebrate our daughter’s wedding reception under a tent in the front yard. We were thrilled to get a last minute deal on this property. We needed a place to stay for a week while we were between homes. My husband was able to have a good workspace and there was plenty of room for our dog. The home is older, but “like new”. The location and neighborhood were fantastic. NEVR was very accomodating also.

This property was located in a great neighborhood that was nice and quiet. The house was very comfortable and relaxing, and it was just a short drive to downtown, the beach and grocery store.

Great house, easy to navigate for my older mobility challenged in laws, no stairs, easy open floor plan. The house was centrally located and spotless! The sunroom and back deck were great! Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying in this beautiful home! The views were amazing and we spent a lot of time on the deck. There were three of us traveling, so I slept on the sleeper sofa which was very comfortable. Absolutely beautifully appointed condo. Stayed here with wife and 2 teen boys. Kitchen better appliances than ours at home : ) furniture perfect, outside decks were put to good use for drinks and cards and breakfast from market below. Beds really comfortable, older son slept on sofa bed comfortably. We played the games they had in the condo , used the Bluetooth speaker, wifi was strong as well. Loved to easy code in and out. Easy walk to public beach and beach cart provided was a really nice touch. If u want to stay in town and can afford it this is the place. Only 2 cons was noticeable outside noise from 3 monkeys bar at night but the price u pay for convenient location. The Sea Breeze is a slice of heaven for beach lovers.  Beautiful views of the Atlantic, a well-appointed deck to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee (with a chorus of birds singing) and very quiet neighbors.  Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is provided. Take the short walk outside the back door down a sandy path to the ocean, using a wonder wheel cart specifically designed to be used on the sand. We were able to put everything we needed in the cart, making only one trip, and enjoyed the pristine beach all day!  The charming condo is beautifully appointed with all new appliances and furniture.… no musty beach smell anywhere.  My only complaint is that we could not stay longer! We fell in love with this property from the moment we arrived. It's just so cute and the pond is so fun. We had our kids, ages 7 and 5, and our dog and we just had a dream vacation. Everything seems brand new and the beds were phenomenal. The kids had really nice bunk beds with the bottom bunk being a full. Washer and dryer were brand new too. A great house and we will absolutely be back!

We got married in Chatham and had our entire wedding party in this home. Its even bigger in person. The location couldn't have been better. We had a fantastic time at this place for my bachelorette weekend! Fantastic space and lovely view. I got tripped up by the following, so I’m including to other potential renters as info: - Linens are an additional rental and fee. Yet another fee to have the beds made up for us prior to arrival. Just so you know. :) - While technically this place is walking distance to the beach, you first have to walk through a bog. I picked up 4 ticks on my pants on the walk to the beach, five coming back, so make sure you TICK CHECK! - The basement room was a bit musty as part of the check in/out process is to close all doors/windows, so we really had to try to air it out, which was a bit challenging as there’s not much of a cross breeze down there. We still survived. None of these were “game over”, just a heads up to know what to expect! We had a fabulous weekend at this place!

This unit was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our trip so enjoyable. It was centrally located so we were able to explore the cape without hours of driving. There’s a very nice market downstairs that had a ton of food, we only had breakfast from there but the muffins an cinnamon popovers were delicious. An added bonus was a beach only a few blocks away. The apartment is very well furnished, has a cooks kitchen, and most of the cook tools you need to make an excellent meal. The location is great- walk down stairs and you have your choice of restaurants. Two blocks to the beach. The outdoor space is nice, but only has a view of the parking lot. We will be back!

Thought this house was wonderful! Kitchen was bright and spacious. Bedrooms were comfortable. The lack of linens was inconvenient and while it was mentioned in the listing should have been more prominent. Probably would have chosen another house if we had noticed prior to booking. Check out time at 9am was also really inconvenient. Even with COVID this is the first listing that I’d seen with a checkout that early. Overall great house and good experience. Nice backyard for entertaining!

Didn't know what to expect when we booked several months ago. Friends said that the Cape weather in early Spring is very problematic and subject to bouts of cold days and foggy nights. But the picture of 405 Old Wharf Road on the NEVR website was so inviting after a year of running from COVID_19 restrictions that we booked it anyway. As Boston and the area in Massachusetts where we lived baked in an early Summer heat wave, we enjoyed warm day temperatures, with lots of sun and cool nights that provided fun during the day and easy sleeping at night without having to use the A/C. The reservation and arrival unit preparation was expertly handled by New England Vacation Rentals. Access to our unit was via elevator to the second floor of 405 Old Wharf Road. The unit was clean, spacious and airy (lots of windows to let in fresh air and sunshine).The unit had a master bedroom with bath and a second bedroom with second full bathroom across the main hallway. The owner had installed modern lighting, fixtures, TV and kitchen appliances. All of our basic cooking needs were easily found. We really liked the kitchen island that could be used for food preparation and eating while watching the news on the 60" UHD TV. Underneath the kitchen island was storage area for beach chairs and other beach items. The small (but very capable balcony) had two chairs and a small table and looked directly on to the private beach in the front of the complex. There was great joy in getting up early and watching the changing of the colors in the morning sky over an open body of water (Nantucket Sound) or watching the coming of evening sunset each day. The location of the unit in Dennis Port was within walking distance of one of the best restaurants on the Cape (the Ocean House) as well as many of the wonderful attractions that could easily fill a multiple weeks visit there. If you just want to kick off your shoes, put on your bathing suit and head down to the beach the intimacy of the unit having its own private beach was a real plus. We have a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and the ability to take her with us to this vacation was another important plus. Every day, we would walk with our dog for 1 or 2 miles around the area. The area is well suited to both walking and biking for exercise. We had linens delivered and waiting for us upon our arrival for the week's stay and they were picked up at the end of the stay following our checking out of the unit on the final day. Finally, all of the people at New England Vacation Rentals worked as a TEAM and were professional, courteous, and totally focused on our enjoyment for this vacation rental experience. They were excellent!!! The location and the organization we dealt with are both highly recommended! Unit was all we could’ve asked for, it made our stay so enjoyable.

We loved our stay in Chatham. The house was very clean and inviting. We were close to a very quiet beach where we took our 2 dachshunds and played in pond and walked down every night for sunset. The deck has a view of part of the lake / marshland and it is beautiful. We are making the cape our new summer tradition. Wow! We were a family of 4 adults and a 4 year old kid. The best thing we liked about the property is the backyard and deck. Our kid enjoyed the backyard a lot. The kitchen was well equipped, though some more cleanliness of utensils is desirable. Overall it was a stay that we all will cherish.

What a gorgeous house! Pics do not do it justice- Kitchen has been renovated since these were taken. The minute we walked into the house, we felt totally relaxed. Driving distance to everything- We loved the fire pit and the quiet neighborhood. Would love to be back next year!

It's our third time using NEVR and second in this house. Everything went great once again and we will be back in September. 151 Skyway is spacious and comfortable and the view on the lake is wonderful. Beautiful house with a nice big kitchen, comfortable living room, nice deck outside from which we watched foxes and bunnies run by every day. Loved the deck off the master bedroom for watching sunsets. Easy walk to the beach. Central location to all our cape activities. We had bad luck with the weather and the gas fireplace was awesome for warming up. The only thing was the hot tub stopped working half way through and the mattresses are a bit cheap so not the best nights sleep but it wasn't horrible.
