We recently stayed at 2 Cove Rd. The property is in a tranquil neighborhood and close to the beach(5 min drive). There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The kitchen was very adequately stocked and the house well maintained. We especially enjoyed the back patio with the fire pit. The large yard was great for our kids to play in. We really enjoyed our stay and give it our highest recommendation to others. The stores were a mile away so that was also extremely convenient.

It was a real pleasure to work with NEVR to acquire a rental for our vacation. Dawn and Laurie were friendly, accommodating and patiently answered all our questions. We stopped in to the Chatham office and received excellent assistance with the Happy Stays app. The response to emails was prompt and informative. All necessary correspondence was timely, efficient, and methodical resulting in a very positive experience. We would not hesitate to partner with NEVR in the future!

Our gathering of friends loved our stay in this comfortable and updated home in a quiet neighborhood. We started the day overlooking the treetops with coffee in the large, brightly lit sunroom and ended each day enjoying drinks and grilling on the huge deck. So relaxing! The house is completely renovated and equipped with so many amenities. It was an easy walk to Lovers Lake for swimming or boating. Chatham is the perfect beach escape. Two of our favorite places to spend the day were Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge and Lighthouse Beach. Great shopping and restaurants in downtown Chatham were five minutes by car. We also went on day trips to Brewster, Nantucket and Provincetown. Communications with the owners were quick and easy. They succeeded in making our stay a great experience. Would definitely recommend it!

Cannot describe the beauty of the house and the views! We were so pleased we found this home. The amenities were abundant and it had everything we needed. Certainly will come back.

Quick and convenient walk to the beach, lively neighborhood, close to restaurants and shops. House was clean. We had a leak under the kitchen sink that was addressed quickly. The only negatives were that sometimes the fridge was nearly impossible to open, and the bed my husband and I shared was not comfortable. Otherwise, the home was ideal.

Everything was excellent. We had a wonderful time. The deck was amazing. and so peaceful. The house was spotless and very inviting! The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need and then some. I would highly recommend this house.

The house is nice new and has plenty of room. It is located a 10-15 min walk to most things in downtown Hyannis. The baseball field, harbor and ferries are even closer. The dead end street makes in nice and quite also.

Overall great house. Well equipped. Third floor great hang out spot for kids. Access to the beach was very steep between stairs and too difficult for some.

Our family of ten thoroughly enjoyed pricilla house. it’s excellent location to the town, and the beach.
the kitchen was perfectly stocked!
beach chairs and beach towels were a plus.
the outside provided us with great family gatherings around the fire pit and a great gas grill.
we’d all return in a heart beat.

Lake Wequaquet is a large lake, and the rental house is on the southern side. This allows sun filled patios, (plural, yes there are 2) and swimming. The house is spectacular. I loved the decor, the well appointed rooms with a fully equipped kitchen. We were even given a guest-welcome bag with soap, detergent, toilet paper, etc. Which I found very thoughtful. The master bed is even more comfortable than my own. We enjoyed the patio off the kitchen for our meals. The lower patio lent itself to lounging after the hot tub and gatherings around the fire pit. The kids spent most of their days canoeing around the lake and swimming out to the dock. There were all kinds of floatation devices so they spent hours just floating too. My favorite was the canopy of trees and bushes. It is so refreshing to be amidst green growing things. It was very much a true vacation. Our favorite grocery stores were nearby (Whole Foods and Trader Joes) and we had no lack of healthy eating. We were given a pass to park free at all the Barnstable beaches. We used this mostly for sunset walks to avoid the crowds. I am looking forward to next years vacation at this same house, maybe it will be our home away from home.

Charming home full of character. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked with everything you'd need, including a beer fridge. Kids loved the third floor. The highlight was definitely the covered deck and views. Anyone not wanting the trek to the beach would be quite content there.

Close to beach, golf, restaurants and shopping. My husband and grandkids love the outdoor shower. Our dog was free to roam the fenced in backyard and she settled in quickly.

My family spent a week here (including the dog!) and it was a great find! It is walking distance to nearly everything (15 minutes to town and the Nantucket ferry and 15/20 minutes to the town beaches) and is down a quiet residential street. The house is clean and in good shape with AC units in most rooms and a great backyard for BBQing. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed staying at Cockle Cove. The house's layout worked perfectly for us. House was immaculate when we arrived and we got settled quickly. The kitchen was very well equipped and supplied. So was the laundry room. Everything we needed was easily found and available. The screened porch was quite comfortable. The only minor issue was that the igniter on the outdoor grill didn't work, but here were igniter sticks located with other grilling accessories in the garage. Overall, a wonderful stay!!!

We were pleasantly surprised by this sweet house! It is larger than the photos convey, perfectly comfortable for 4 adults and a pup. Great amenities, and still simple, easy for a laid-back stay. We will definitely be back.

The house was perfect for two couples and two children. It was well well equipped in the kitchen, and even had laundry detergent and some extra beach towels and chairs. Our one complaint was the comfort of the second queen bed. It was a very thin cheap mattress and wasn’t nearly as comfortable as the master room. A downer considering how great the rest of the house is. Would have been fine for children or teens but not for grown adults. Otherwise a lovely place.

We had such a great experience staying at this property for a Father’s Day trip with the family! The place was very clean, in a nice, safe area. All beds were very comfortable, and every one of us enjoyed the house. We also loved the outside area with cornhole and hanging out by the fire pit. The beach down the road was close and nice, but small so we explored other beaches around Cape Cod as well. We hope to stay here again in the future!

We really loved being on the Rail Trail at Sky Way and found the planes fun to watch. The layout of the house was very nice and we especially enjoyed the breeze on the sun deck. The dog brothers spent all day resting out there! 😍 Thanks so much. Really had fun!

Super cozy cottage in a very quiet and nice environment. We loved every minute of our stay. Perfect gateway to many of the sights on Cape Cod, a pond is 1 minute walking distance away. Loved it and want to stay there again should we be on Cape Cod again.

Overall the house was nice and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. I didn't realize that both bathrooms are on the first floor until we arrived, an oversite on my part. It would be helpful to have a shade on the door facing the parking lot for privacy with bathroom right there. Also, shades in living room are completely see thru. But house is very cute and nicely decorated. Would definitely rent again.

The house was wonderfully comfortable and very conducive to our family gathering for meals, board games, etc.. The outside space was wonderful and it felt like every door to the outside led to an area where you just wanted to plant yourself and watch the views. Completely unobstructed water view, steps from private beach. Quiet, private, at end of road that is great for early morning/evening walks.

This was our first visit to Cape Cod and we loved it. House was wonderful, clean, well furnished, everything we needed and dog friendly. The house was also in a nice, quiet neighborhood near several different beaches to visit. We were close to many activities. Loved Plymouth Plantation, whale watching, and exploring all the towns. There are alot of things to see and do !
