We had a wonderful week with family and friends at Ocean’s Favorite. The kids loved biking to the beach, swimming, and fishing at the jetty. They also loved the go carts, bumper boats, and candy store that are close by. The upgrades to the house were very nice and made our stay very comfortable. The mini splits throughout, updates in the kitchen and patio were very nice. We hope to stay again next year!

Condo was just as pictured, if not better. I would highly recommend this property as it is close to town and close to the beach.

This was our first time using NEVR, although we have been to Cape Cod 6 times. From our initial contact with NEVR to the last text sent, our experience with NEVR was positive. Each person I worked with was professional and helpful. We loved staying at 4 Long Pond Drive in Harwich. We would love to stay there in the future, and usually visit every two years. The house was everything we hoped for, and was like coming home! Thank you!

Everything you need is right around the corner: snacks, pizza, sushi, gift shopping, beach, drinks, gas… all tucked away in a quaint, quiet neighborhood.

Another great vacation in Harwich!! The 1910 house is the only place for our family. We’ve been going there long enough now to chat with the neighbors and watch the babies on the street start to grow … it feels like home to us as soon as we step in the door. LOVE THE BRAND NEW GRILL!! Hubby does all the cooking and he enjoyed it. We noticed the new decorative touches made to the home and it’s the perfect place to hang on a rainy day playing board games or enjoying the deck for meals. There’s so much to do within 10-15” our kids are never bored. The area restaurant and bars are great!! Bank street beach is our favorite beach. The residents of Harwich are VERY friendly/polite to us vacationers. Also had an illness w our dog and Animal Hospital of Orleans was FANTASTIC at taking care of our pooch w kindness and at affordable cost, fit us in same day. Can’t wait to return next summer!!

This spot was perfect for our family of three. The house is updated, clean, and has a gorgeous spot in the woods. We had easy access to everywhere on the Cape and when we were done exploring we ate dinner on the deck overlooking the pond. We brought our paddleboards and spent a few beautiful afternoons paddling with the pond to ourselves.

They were very friendly and helpful answering questions and my second payment we had a new card-they helped me get it sorted out quickly!
They answered my questions about beach towels etc…we were a short walk from a beach! Right next to an excellent bagel /coffee shop! And next to a bike rental! We could walk to many bike shops!! Our home had a great patio where the 18 of us ate most of our meals.

We loved the house and the location very much. Upon arrival, we found the home to be as described and very clean! The neighborhood was beautiful and the neighbors were all so friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay in Unit 203 at 557 Route 28. The condo was nicely updated, had many conveniences, and was so well located. The decor is so tasteful. We walked into town for just about anything we needed. People in Harwich Port are very nice. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenience store, candy store, food market, book store, liquor store and ice cream shop. The beautiful Bank Street beach was a very short walk away. We were especially happy to have nice beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a wagon included with the rental. That was a huge convenience for us. The condo was very comfortable and is roomy. We were 4 adults and a baby and really felt like we had plenty of space. There are two outdoor seating areas which we used a lot and two parking spaces which was really great. I would give this property a 5 star rating. The only two drawbacks were the price (it's a bit high) and the early check-out (9:00 am). Everything else was perfect. It was a pleasure to stay there and we miss it already.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this rental property! It's perfectly maintained, in the best location, and the most relaxing setting. We spent the week with our 2 daughters and would've stayed the month if we could. This property is an absolute gem and the booking process was seamless.

We highly recommend this place , it is a lovely cottage, very comfortable and spacious for our 4 person family. We appreciated all the information , about the cottage and the neighborhood. It is well located to discover cape cod, and to have a quiet place to rest.

My family rented this house for a week at the Cape and had a blast! We had a 1 year old and a dog with us and the house was great for this! We cooked dinners at the house some nights and could easily and quickly drive into town for dinner out. The yard was bigger than we expected, which was a great surprise. Quiet street and really nice neighborhood. We all recommend!

Beautifully decorated and restored antique home in the heart of downtown Harwich Port. Walking distance to everything - shops, restaurants and beach. High end appliances, linens, mattresses, bathrooms, this house had everything. We didn't even care if we had a rainy day because the house was so comfortable and high end that we loved our time inside. Would definitely go back here - thank you for making this home such a treat!!

This was a beautiful location right on a small quiet beach. A little tricky getting into the water because of rocks so next time we would bring water shoes. For some of the week we had 8 people, spanning ages 16-80 and the house suited us perfectly with the bedroom arrangement, large dining table and plenty of room to spread out.

We were there for 2 weeks in June and loved the condo. The place was beautifully decorated and spotless. Can't beat the walk to the beach. We love Harwichport and this spot is great. New England properties very easy to deal with.

The home is beautiful! The home was very clean and fresh and well organized!! We loved that there was sufficient lighting as well. The short walk to the beach was definitely the highlight!! Being able to bring our dog and have her roam outside in the backyard made our stay even better! The only comment I would make is that the house is advertised as a 4 bedroom and there are only 3. We had family sleep on the pullout couch downstairs and the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Other than that, we loved the house and would definitely consider renting again. Overall our stay was great!!

We loved the house and location. It was close to downtown and within walking distance to the beach. The house was newly decorated and offered plenty of living space for multiple families. The three floor sleeping arrangement worked nicely for each family. We especially loved the double set of washers and dryers!!! We would definitely choose this home for a return trip. CS

This is the second year we have rented this location and would definitely rent again. It is excellent for dual purpose of grandparent having own sleeping and bathroom quarters and privacy all on the first floor, with grown grandchildren and parents upstairs. This house is big enough for all of us without getting into each other's way. Its kitchen is well stocked and furnishings are very comfortable. Most of all it is clean PLUS the location is extraordinary to both beach, town, and other locations on cape.

The house and neighborhood was beautiful. However it was about a 12 min walk to the beach and there was no parking. We had to do drop offs and pick ups.
The check out time was very early.
The house was clean and had everything we needed (besides the welcome bag that was in the details when booking). Overall we had a great stay and would do it again. Thank you

The house and the neighborhood was beautiful. The house was very clean and had everything we needed(besides the welcome bag that was mentioned in the details when booking). I thought the checkout time was super early and it was a bit hectic getting the kids up and out by 9am. I wish the beach was a little closer or there was parking to get to the beach, but we did enjoy some walks, bike rides and scootering to the beach.

We had a wonderful week at 161 Bay Lane. Such a gorgeous home and setting with the pool/hot tub and dock with kayaks all just steps away! NEVR provided great service and promptly responded to all inquires with helpful information. We would definitely stay here again!

Expect a well decorated, efficient Cape Cod cottage convenient to stores and places of interest. Very close to a nice pond on a quiet street with a fenced in yard. Great response to any questions from the owner. We all loved being there and were sad to leave.

Typically when you stay in a rental something is missing, the furniture in uncomfortable, or the mattress kills your back. NOT SO! We loved the small living room, the beds were so cozy, and the sun porch, even though you couldn't sit on the cushions for long, the bright windows and the breeze made up for it. Every utensil, appliance, pots and pans, glasses, were thought of and then some. We were within walking distance to a park with walking trails for the dog too. The home was refreshing, and close walking distance to the beach which was small but had ample space. Our one complaint was the weather, which you cannot control, and we were disappointed with the 30 parking when we wanted to visit Mayflower Beach and some other areas. Maybe this could be communictaed for folks to get a week pass? Overall, this was a great rental. Thanks to the ownder for taking such great care of our needs.

perfect getaway Our family of ten thoroughly enjoyed The Pricilla house. it’s excellent location to the town, and the beach. the kitchen was perfectly stocked! beach chairs and beach towels were a plus. the outside provided us with great family gatherings around the fire pit and a great gas grill. we’d all return in a heart beat.

The home was clean and comfortable! It was just the right size for our family or 6 with a small dog. We loved the screened in front porch, the comfortable family room, outdoor shower and a/c. The yard is beautifully landscaped and made for a relaxing space to eat meals outdoors. The location of this home is nearby all the "must do" local Cape attractions. The rental agency, NEVR, was very communicative, via email, and was helpful before and during our stay. We had a great stay!
