We had a very relaxing stay at Seaside Cottage. The cottage has a beautiful and relaxing beach view and the area is very peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, comfortable beds and kitchen had everything we needed for our week at the beach. Nice outdoor shower and easy access to the beach in front of Treehouse. Would stay again!

Could not be more comfortable and lovely with Seymour Pond down the street and well stocked in every way .Near the bike trail and Sheep Pind ( great for kids )and great grocery store nearby. So clean and neat

Wonderful house with plenty of room for a family. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need, as well as new appliances. With the house a little secluded, the quiet area made evenings very restful. Downtown Chatham was easily accessible for a short drive or 25 minute walk.

Great neighborhood. Lots of places to walk the dogs and check out local beaches. Very cute little house. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs and the neighbors were all friendly with dogs as well. Will definitely be back again!

We enjoyed just having a space where the family could be together for a week. We had 7 adults, 3 children and two dogs. At night we played a lot of board games. During the heat wave we just stayed in the pool and the house. We enjoyed the pool. The beach is not far and restaurants were nearby too. It's a lovely quiet little neighborhood. The grocery store was not far so mostly we stayed at home and cooked. Sandwich is a lovely town and it's just over the bridge. It's not far out on the Cape and was just an hour and 5 minutes drive from our Boston suburb.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house! The view of the marsh on one side and the ocean on the other is just incredible. The house is beautiful and clean. It’s so peaceful and quiet but close to town. I highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at A Change of Pace was overall wonderful. Communication was a bit lacking but the host responded very promptly to one issue we had regarding a mini split. The location is perfect- just 4 minutes from Skaket beach. It is very private in a nice neighborhood and everything you’d hope for on the cape! Would definitely stay here again!

I traveled with a group of 10 women to Chatham and we stayed at this property. Everything about the stay was a 10/10. We were walking distance from everything beach, coffee, dinner, and going out. The house was also incredibly clean, comfortable and there was great communication from the property management team. Everything was seamless and several of the guests wanted the link to the house to rent in the future. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and could see it being very family friendly as well.

Our group included a 2 year old, 6 year old, 16 year old and 4 adults. Everyone was super happy with the house. It was immaculately clean, nicely decorated, had a spacious yard for the kids, and great proximity to the beach. The layout and amenities worked out perfectly. We definitely hope to come back next year!

This place was great for our group of 10. The common area is a great place to hang out, along with the outdoor deck. We would stay here again! We went to a wedding at the Wychmere which was easy to get to. We walked to and from the main street restaurants many times - only 20 minutes.

We spent a few days here in June. The weather was chilly, but it was still fantastic to be able to listen to the waves from the deck. The place was as advertised. Great location on the beach. Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking for us. Not many other people on the beach while we were there. I agree that the oven portion of the stove is difficult to get started. We used it once, then the second time we tried we couldn't get it started. We ended up using the small convection oven for our pizza.

Tucked away at the end of a quiet unpaved road is this gem. This rental had a beautiful grass yard with lots of shade for our dogs to enjoy. A comfy hammock and spacious interior. We loved it!

We loved this converted carriage house. It had comfortable furniture, great kitchen, 2 good size bedrooms on the first floor with THE most comfortable beds! My teen granddaughters had the second floor to themselves, with bathroom, sitting area and tv. They loved it! We enjoyed the private backyard with picnic table on the deck. My only wish was that I could have stayed longer!

The house is wonderfully appointed with anything you may need during your stay, especially the kitchen. My husband, myself, and our two boys thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the week. We spent most of our time relaxing outside by the pool and the pool water was the perfect temperature for early June temps in the 70’s. The outdoor kitchen/bar area was beautiful and was the perfect place to sit if you’re looking for a little shade. The location of the home is in close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and it’s only a short drive to Craigville Beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning for a future vacation.

Place was big, and super nice! Very clean and had everything we need. Plenty of outside space with the deck and yard. Very good location close to beaches! Plenty of bathrooms but one of the toilets had a broken handle which was not fixed but we were only there for a long weekend.

We loved our stay in Harwichport. I know this area well so was happy to find this airbnb right in the heart of downtown. Very walkable to everything! We didn’t get back into our car again until it was time to leave. We walked around town with our dog, and out to get coffees in the morning, beach during the day and out for dinner and drinks at night. Easy uber over to Chatham too. The unit is located above a cute market/deli with great coffee. While located right downtown, we barely noticed street noise from the bars since this unit was toward the back of the building which was great. This home is beautiful and spacious. We loved the rooftop, especially on a very windy day where we couldn’t enjoy the beach. We really felt like we could make ourselves at home and will definitely stay again!

it was a very pleasant stay, the cottages are very well maintained, and the view is beatiful given that there is a little elevation where the cottages are located. The only comment is that there are a lot of rules like not using your own charcoal grill that you only find out after you have booked the place

Our week in this home was wonderful. Everyone in the Sandwich area is so friendly. We loved some fresh baked goods from Beth’s Bakery and the Superior Fish Market is wonderful. We dined out at the Fisherman’s View Seafood. We highly recommend this restaurant.The house was just as it looks in the pictures. The landscaping is breathtaking, just wish we had been there when everything was in bloom.My only suggestion would be to get a few more pots and pans and a few more blankets.
