We had a wonderful stay at this sweet home on the cape. It was just the right size for our family of 5 and the beachfront location was super convenient. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. We used the linen service that was offered and it was great. The beach was mostly sandy with some rocks at the water line. Campfires on the beach at night were so nice and we really enjoyed the sunset views. We’ll definitely come back!

I found the unit to be charming and well designed. Although the toaster didn’t work, the kitchen was efficient and pretty well stocked. It was easy to get to the beach and Sailing Cow, as well.

Great location. House was able to accommodate our whole group comfortably. Yard and property were perfect for outdoor activities. Very private area up against the Holly Ridge golf course. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Sandwich.

The location is terrific and the home is charming with a true Cape vibe. The yard is very large and lovely, with a hydrangea hedge at the front of the house and we spent many hours on the back deck. Communication with the management company was prompt and friendly. The house is quite old, but they have done a good job with upgrades - new windows, new window AC units and appliances in the kitchen. As may be typical in an older home, not everything is quite level, and some of the doors don't latch all the way. A big watch out, though, for anyone with a mobility challenge are the stairs in the main house and the guest house. They are very narrow and very steep; we had to walk up and down the stair sideways, because evidently people had much smaller feet when the house was built! I don't think these would be workable for someone with mobility or stability challenges. Overall, though, the house was great and our family had a great few days there!

We had a lovely stay at seaside cottages, and this cottage was great for our little family. We lucked out that the weather was mild, if it had been hot and humid, I think the cottage would have gotten very hot. We’d love to come back again.

This is a perfect rental for a couple or small family. Very happy it is dog friendly too! Nicely updated and clean.The only "complaint" is lack of local TV access. We couldn't watch local news/weather or the Red Sox! Adding a basic cable plan would be great.

Well kept, great location. Has everything you may need for a week in the cape. Not much not to like, outside landscaping could use some sprucing. However, the grounds are made up of sand and not true topsoil.

Sweet home. Appreciated that the beaches had parking later in the day in sandwich. You can be disappointed in other parts of the cape.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The cottage even came with an Italian coffee maker and espresso cups. Perfect location steps away from the beach. We’re looking forward to booking with you again.

The Rental Team at New England Vacation Rentals is fantastic. They immediately responded to any questions I had. The place we rented completely matched the description provided online. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the necessary items needed for a summer vacation. I highly recommend NEVR!

Great summer stay at Misty Meadows! Felt right at home in the clean, neat, and well-kept apartment. Beautiful view of the conservation area behind the apartments, and convenient access to Chatham. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house in Sandwich! The neighborhood was peaceful with friendly neighbors. The house was clean, spacious, well maintained, and provided anything and everything that may have been forgotten. The restaurants that are nearby are fantastic. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back.

This is an absolutely outstanding cottage. Great central location, clean and filled with character. Lots of provided amenities and the outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after the beach. The only minor drawback was that due to the location of the cottage, the GPS got confused sometimes and tried to take us down the wrong road. However that’s a google issue and not a VRBO issue.

Loved this house! Extremely clean and modern with very comfortable beds and linens. My family loved the deck/backyard and how close we were to the beach. Had everything you would need. Would love to rent again!!!

Amazing stay! Beautiful and clean home. Lovely neighborhood. Walk to beach or walk to town, yet you feel far away from it all! Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough about our stay at “Flip Flops”. Check in was a breeze thanks to clear instructions from the host. The parking lot had plenty of spaces. The cottage was comfortable, clean and cozy and it had a good amount of amenities. Being just mere steps away from the beach was easily the highlight. The grounds were private, peaceful and well maintained. The cottage is walkable to Skippers for food and ice cream and a short drive to Route 28 making it a good place to stay and be close to all the Cape action. I hope we were worthy guests because we’d love to be back!

Everything ! The cottage was clean and the set up was great. More garbage bags, dish soap and salt in the shakers.
