Mermaid's Rest is a lovely home right on the water. We really enjoyed the kayaks and canoe that were provided to use on Lake Wequaquet. The house is tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood but is very conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants, which were only 5 to 12 minutes away by car. We loved going to Main Street in Hyannis. My kids thought it was just like Provincetown but with wider streets and less crowded. Craigsville Beach was a great family beach and having the pass to access Barnstable beaches was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and the house very comfortable. Classic Cape cottage on a lovely quiet beach(limited on street parking for 3-4 cars) Beautiful neighborhood for walking, short drive to town.

They were very friendly and helpful answering questions and my second payment we had a new card-they helped me get it sorted out quickly! They answered my questions about beach towels etc…we were a short walk from a beach! Right next to an excellent bagel /coffee shop! And next to a bike rental! We could walk to many bike shops!! We needed a house for a Chatham wedding and ‘Bob’s Place’ was the perfect fit. The availability was flexible so we booked Wednesday to Sunday, which was ideal for our schedule. More importantly, the house itself was fantastic; the location was great, the beds were very comfortable and while the outdoor shower could have used a little more water pressure, it still did the trick.

We had a great time in Harwichport. The condo was perfect for our family. I would definitely book this property again. My family and I loved 335 Meetinghouse Road. Beautiful home. Perfect set up for our elderly father to have a master downstairs and another master upstairs for my husband and I. I love to cook and the house has a large kitchen so no one is in the way. Nice grill and deck seating. Great if you want to eat in, which because of COVID, we did everyday. There is a nice outdoor shower. Short drive to everything you need. Nice location to visit other areas on the Cape. We will definitely return! We had a wonderful 2 week stay in this home. It was very comfortable and definitely felt like a home away from home! The quality of the furnishings from the appliances to the furniture to all the extras and everything labeled for convenience. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch, what a great place to enjoy coffee in the mornings and a cocktail in the evenings. We’ve stayed at this property once before and it was just as great the second time around. The location is perfect, a short drive into downtown area of Chatham and the private beach is just a short walk down the street. We’ll definitely stay again!

Sand Simeon is a fantastic house located in the heart of Chatham. My family has been staying there in and off since 2010. It’s a fabulous location. Steps to private Andrew Harding’s lane beach. Half a mile walk to Light House Beach. . A 10 minute walk onto Main Street in Chatham, to enjoy all the shops and restaurants. We love the house because of the pool, the location. We love that each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The downstairs is great for movies and on a rainy day playing pool and games. The outside porch has a great fire pit and outdoor dining. We grill a lot so we use the outdoor grill and table. Down by the pool kids can play in the yard. The kitchen is good with everything any cook would need. Our family and friends have enjoyed this house over the years. It’s a fantastic home with many fond memories. We had an outstanding stay at this gorgeous house. It had ample space for our family. There were 8 of us but the house could have accommodated 2 more. It had all the amenities one could want including a fireplace in the house and a firepit in the backyard. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. There was a dining room to seat all of us and comfortable seating areas in the LR and the FR. We were close to a bike path and several beaches in the Harwich area within a short driving distance. Perfect rental. House was well equipped. A 7 minute walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and close to all Chatham has to offer. Having two decks to enjoy sunset, your morning coffee or reading with views of Mill Pond was amazing. My only suggestion would be adding darkening shades or darkening drapes to the master bedroom slider and door leading to the outside deck. Even though the home had AC the afternoon sun keeps upstairs very hot. Otherwise, owners were thoughtful in setting up their home for renters. We will definitely return next summer. Many summers I spent at my aunt and uncles in Hyannis, MA. Looking for a rental, we stumbled upon Tide the Knot. A charming traditional Cape style home located on a quiet, private street. Less than a mile from the beach, the house was traditional with all modern amenities. The backyard, with its large outdoor shower was huge and totally gated. It made it really convenient to let our dog out to play. Every night we would walk to Eugenia Fortes Beach, walk up to the neighborhood overlooking Nantucket Sound and back to the house. Lots of great restaurants and day trips are close by. This was truly a wonderful vacation and we will be back again! We recently stayed at the Crosswinds II in Harwich, MA with our friends and family. This home was a true gem of a vacation rental. First, the location could not be better. It just steps from Grey Neck Beach, perfect for anyone but especially families! And just over a mile to downtown Harwich. The home grounds are immaculate; the sprawling backyard is ideal for families and children, or a cookout! The deck is where we spend most of our time though, relaxing by the fire. The shed in the backyard is FULL of yard games, kayaks, a kiddie pool, beach chairs..anything you could imagine is in there. And it's so neat and organized! This organization and immaculateness continues inside. The kitchen has every cooking utensil, pot, pan, bow or dish you would ever need and then some! It was a treat to host a family cookout there. The living room area is rather large, great for a movie night or just enough room to host the renters and company. The bedrooms are the perfect size, and again, very clean and updated. Having two bathrooms was so nice, each updated and clean as well, one even with a handy washer and dryer unit. The outdoor shower was absolutely a highlight as well; quintessential for a trip to Cape Cod! We loved our stay here, but the attention to detail here made us want to rent the Crosswinds II again and again. They even provided dog beds and treats for our dog! The Crosswinds II is the perfect place to enjoy everything that Cape Cod has to offer. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did! We spend entire days here without getting in the car. Breakfast on the patio looking out on the water, long walks with the dog around the cute neighborhood, relaxing paddles on the lake, swimming out to the neighborhood dock, grilled dinners on the deck, and the house’s layout makes it easy for one part of the group to end the day with board games while another watches a movie. The fun beach decor and Adirondack chairs help you get right into vacation mode. The house is lovely with great touches and plenty of storage. Our family truly loves Harwich Port and especially our neighborhood. We are so close to the beach, have wonderful neighbors who welcome us back every year and we just feel a part of the area. They say in real estate location location location. Being situated a short walk to town and the beach was ideal! We were celebrating a birthday and had a multi generational group. Not needing to drive everywhere was great - teens could go off for an ice cream or lobster roll with ease and everyone could manage their days as they wished! And I was so thankful for the dog friendliness of the place! Just watch for the neighborhood rabbit who popped by on occasion to visit (and then get chased by the dog!!). We really loved staying here, great location and CLEAN! We're a small family and found it fit us perfectly. The playground is good for kids and the beach is delightfully close. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a "typical" Cape-cation.

Clean and comfortable cottage with all the kitchen supplies needed. Close to beaches and ice cream as well as dennisport and harwichport for shopping and family attractions. Perfect getaway. Would definitely rent again.

We had a great time! What a beautiful home! Easy access to all the Cape has to offer. I would note that there is no beach cart so we loaded up the car and dropped things at the beach with one person and then walked down. I would recommend either replacing the light over the dining table or tying it up. Many bumped heads! The only other issue was refrigerator space. Amazing home- clean, plentiful amenities, easy access to beach. Large home fit 10 people very comfortably. The ocean views especially sunrise are spectacular! We would love to return next year!

We had a wonderful week with family and friends at Ocean’s Favorite. The kids loved biking to the beach, swimming, and fishing at the jetty. They also loved the go carts, bumper boats, and candy store that are close by. The upgrades to the house were very nice and made our stay very comfortable.
