The house was immaculate upon arrival! It was a great location being close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The layout of the house was very accommodating to our large group. The backyard was great for the kids to play and barbecuing. Great experience with New England Vacation Rentals as well as Linen Drop. Would highly recommend!

Incredible views, a nearly private beach, and many family-friendly activities and restaurants in the surrounding area. The house is well maintained, with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend this property for your vacation.

This home was really comfy and well-equipped. It is conveniently located for everything you want to do: grocery, beach, ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, and Provincetown! A perfect getaway!

We loved our stay at 84 Cranberry! Beautiful view and backyard, and the deck was fantastic. Perfect short walk to a beautiful beach.

You never know what to expect when renting a home (even after reading reviews) and I wanted to simply say how pleased we were with the house. It was spotless, spacious, meticulous, had all the amenities, great neighborhood, beautiful landscaping - really all you can ask for. I would add in the details that there's also a single Keurig on top of a regular coffee maker for those k-cup users :) The yard really is perfect - you get sun all day. And, having the dog was a great way to explore the neighborhood and take walks down to the boardwalk/pond. I loved it and I know others will as well.

Lovely home. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our group of 9. The firepit was the perfect spot to spend our evenings. Easy access to the beach, Chatham, Harwichport and the ponds in Harwich and Brewster!

This cute, beach vibe cottage was perfect for our family (2adults and our 2 teens). Pictures were spot on and surprisingly didn’t show the true size of the rooms. It is more spacious than it appears and is comfy, cozy and clean. The response to questions was quick and the informative emails about the house and things to do were most helpful. This is a definite “rent again” should we vacation in the Cape again

Below is my feedback on 2 Mashpa Road, Harwich, MA. My wife and I and 8 of our immediate family had an outstanding week (August 27 through September 3). The house layout was perfect. All the rooms were very spacious and the floor plan provided all the space needed for all of us to relax comfortably. The kitchen had lots of cabinet space and was also very large. The outside wrap around deck was huge and the back yard was great to play games in. We also enjoyed the fire pit every evening. The house was next to a fresh water lake and not far from the local beaches. We look forward to staying there again. The Jones Family

The location is a short walk from local beaches, stores, and kid-friendly activities. A great option for families vacationing on the Cape.

House was exactly as advertised, it was beautiful, clean, and full of quality appliances, dishes, and pots. The pool was a big hit, perfect size for a family to enjoy. We had a storm come through and they had someone come to clean out the debris from the pool, the very next day. The dock was fun to go down at all different times, just to see what fish, birds, or crabs we could see. The kayaking was great exercise and we even caught some beautiful sunsets across the bay. We enjoyed cooking in, saving a lot of money, playing games, doing puzzles, and friendly ping pong competitions. This was beyond a 5 star vacation, you won’t be disappointed in this home and location.

The home was steps from a great beach especially for young children. The home was amazing with the main living space on the second floor including a gourmet kitchen, living area and dining area and a great master suite. The views of the water were amazing. Three additional bedroom suites downstairs were perfect for guests. The outside space included a large well appointed patio, multiple decks, plenty of outdoor furniture and a great fire pit. Everything was top shelf.

We traveled separately and when family began to arrive, we got calls and texts saying how amazing it was! Once everyone arrived we all agreed this was a high caliber home! We were looking for a place our family could stay and be happy during COVID. The pool was a big highlight, just hours of fun. The dock and bay was lovely each time someone walked down they saw something different. The wildlife is amazing, the birds, fish, crabs, muscles, plus the lights at night were so romantic. We also enjoyed kayaks and sunsets on the bay. The kitchen was great, we had many meals in, which saved us so much money, as well as gave us such wonderful family time together, from cookouts to a full Italian meal….it was just wonderful. The washer/Dryer was great especially the “quick dry cycle” for towels and bathing suits. We Had so much room for everyone, even some puzzles and games were there to enjoy. Don’t forget to have a ping-pong competition! Just the best vacation and such a great response if you need anything from the booking agent. Don’t hesitate, even if it’s a bit of a splurge, go for it!

Our family enjoyed the house a lot. We had comfortable room for everybody and we had fun on the pond with the kayaks. We will be back for sure!

Our second summer staying at the fabulous Baxter House was wonderful! This year, our grandson was 17 months and the house was amazingly child friendly, especially for a antique home. The main living space has wide open rooms and the perfect amount of furniture for a toddler to navigate and play. Once again, the house was spotless upon arrival and is a turnkey rental on departure....very simple and easy to close up. Thank you for providing us with another amazing summer getaway!

Property was great. Good location. AC was adequate but upstairs was hot and needed fans along with ac at night. Only other suggestion would be more light in the basement especially around the washer/dryer. Would definitely rent again.

We have been renting on and off from NEVR for several years. And they keep getting better and better with their service and their portfolio of properties. They make the whole check-in and check-out process so easy and the responsiveness / care they provide is wonderful. The welcome bag too is a really special touch. Despite a strange 2020, they still helped make our summer vacation special and relaxing.

This is a terrific, very nicely equipped house for our family of 3 adult sons and significant others with room to spread out both inside and out. Particularly good was the fact that they had areas in the house to work remotely. The master bedroom suite area gave us and them some privacy. The spacious lower level was great for our online exercise zooms and provided additional quiet work space when needed. We toasted s'mores in the fire pit. All that and we could walk to the beach. We had a great time there and highly recommend it!

Beautiful house with plenty of space, all the amenities you could think of, and the perfect back deck. I could spend all day just hanging out on the deck enjoying the breeze and the lake views. But if you do make it off the deck, the lake is lovely and the neighborhood is so cute and peaceful. Will definitely be staying there again!

The house could not have been a more perfect location, not only just for a vacation, but for my husband and I it was also the perfect spot for an intimate wedding. We had a wonderful time celebrating with our closest family and friends. There was plenty of space for us inside and outside in the spacious house and the great backyard. It was better than we could have imagined. We had a small ceremony on Millway Beach, across the street, and then came back for a clam bake and celebration on the deck with ocean views. We are so glad we found this location and will never forget our stay.

The Chatterbox is a delightful, fully renovated home steps away from Main St. Chatham which was perfect for our group of 4 friends. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed grilling and relaxing in the house. Even though this house is right in town, it was quiet for sleeping in the high season which was perfect. The house was exactly as described and photos were accurate. We can’t wait to return.

We loved the convenience of walking down to the beach each morning! The road is quiet with very little traffic, so kids can scooter or walk to and from the beach safely. The deck is spacious, and the kitchen has a wonderful flow for bustling families. Beds are comfy with blackout curtains in every room. There were a lot of fragile items, so we had to watch young kids in a few spaces or put things out of reach, but the outdoor shower was a huge hit! Great location for shopping, but Shaw’s also delivers there via Instacart, so you don’t have to leave your beach oasis unless you want to. We had to move some items to get our car in the garage during a tropical storm, and we had to reach out to New England Vacation Rentals about their plans or policies around hurricanes, but the storm skirted around us so in the end it was a non-issue.
Overall the house was wonderful, and we hope to rent it again!

This house was the perfect choice for our family. In a quiet area, near where everything we needed, perfectly clean and pet friendly. After losing my Dad to covid we wanted to be able to get away but not be near a ton of guests. Would absolutely book again!

We wanted a place that could accommodate our family of 5 and 2 dogs that was comfortable and clean. Having lost a parent to covid this year it was very important to visit a independent place free of a bunch of guests. This home was well kept,cozy and pet friendly. Would highly recommend

The location was great. 2 blocks from the beach and the unit included 6 beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. Perfection
We loved walking to the local restaurants and bars. The roof top deck was great too

This was one of the nicest places we've stayed at and I've been coming to The Cape for many, many years. The area was quiet. The landscaping around the house was beautiful. The rooms were comfy and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was great to cook in with plenty of amenities. Just loved 22 Muscovy Lane and can't wait to be back there next summer!!!
