This adorable well decorated home was so comfortable. A perfect place for a relaxing get away. Steps from a private beach and perfectly located to take advantage of all the great shops and restaurants that both Chatham and Harwich offer. The size of the home makes it comfortable for a couples getaway or family fun. If you seek a Chatham rental, Sea Mist Lane and The Blue Hydrangea is a top choice vacation spot. My husband and I recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at 26 Sea Mist lane very much! The bed was comfortable, very homey, love the beach vibe, all the amenities of home and location is ideal, very short walk to the beach, close to delicious restaurants.

We had an absolute blast exploring the Cape and this was a great home base for us to rest and recharge. We had little ones and this was the perfect house to enjoy while they took afternoon naps. The backyard and bar were so fun to hang out in and enjoy a fire in the fore pit. The basement bar was also so fun. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. All around a great stay!

Everything was perfect , beautifully decorated large living room, comfortable beds, great deck and backyard and so close to the beach. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t available to us! It was better than it looked online and I thought it looked great online.

We had a great time in Dennisport in the off-season (October). This was our second stay at this condo right on the beach. Couldn't be a better location and the condo unit is well-appointed and in great condition. There are views of the beach and ocean on two sides and you couldn't be any closer to the water without being in it! Dennisport is centrally located so we took short trips to Hyannis, Chatham and several other towns. Our dog enjoyed walks on the rail trails, so we all had fun.

The house was wonderfully restored, clean and comfortable. The furnishings were new and very nice. It was great to walk down just one block down to the private beach and it was within a few minutes walking distance to various shops and restaurants. We highly recommend!

Just had the most wonderful stay at the Priscilla House in Chatham! Our group of 9 couples all had comfortable rooms in this beautifully appointed house. The common spaces were spacious and the kitchen was newly remodeled with top of the line appliances. When we arrived, check-in was seamless and the house was immaculate! The backyard has a great stone patio with large gourmet gas grill and a separate seating area with a gas fired fire pit! We spent every night gathered around the fire enjoying the beautiful Chatham nights. Days were spent taking walks on the local beaches, bike rides, seal watches and enjoying the local restaurants, everything within walking distance! All in all, a perfect getaway!

The pictures don't do justice to this two-floor condo. It is well-stocked with everything you could need for a vacation. We would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to be in the center of this cute little community close to beaches and restaurants!

We had a wonderful 3 day weekend at Bob's Place! The house is clean and updated. Beds were very comfortable! Neighborhood is quiet.. We would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week in Chatham. The house is in a perfect spot to access Oyster Pond, we loved using the wagon to tote the kids back and forth. The house was very comfortable and we would love to return.

201 Main St is in a perfect location in Chatham. A 2 minute walk to the beach and less than 10 minute walk to downtown. The home is well appointed, clean, and has lots of modern amenities. Still, it maintains all of the charm of Cape Cod and made for a wonderful family getaway.

This was our first visit to Cape Cod, and our first time using NEVR. The communication with them was top notch, they were quick to respond to all of our questions. The home was just as described; clean, nicely decorated, with all the amenities and perfectly located. The neighborhood was very quiet (maybe summer is busier) but we met several neighbors and LOVED having the private beach so close by. We walked down every night and enjoyed the sunset! The location on the Cape is ideal for day trips and exploring, and we hope to be back before long. We will definitely book 27 Fiddler's Green again! Thanks for sharing your wonderful home.

This was a great property. We found it very clean and comfortable. It's a very private setting, but still convenient to sites and shopping. Will be renting again!

We had such an amazing stay! The house was clean, has a beautiful deck and is nearby some of my favorite beaches. They gave us access to use the chairs, umbrellas and bikes in the garage! I highly recommend staying!

Great home! Looks small from the outside - don't be fooled! It's very spacious. And wonderful master bath oasis. Close to Skaket Beach and town and bike path. Very relaxing. Definitely recommend - no issues.

We enjoyed our stay at The Captain Henrick House in Orleans. It was just as advertised and perhaps more! The house has a lot of charm and we felt it was cozy. The location is convenient - near beach, bike trail, grocery, brewery. We were able to accommodate two families with 4 young kids quite comfortably. The house is well appointed with everything you may need during the week to cook, east, clean, visit beach, etc. One thing we though could be improved is the comfort of a couple of the smaller beds upstairs which the kids slept on. Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay again.

The cottage is lovely and was perfect for our vacation. My husband, dog and I really enjoyed our stay. There was even a doggie bowl when we arrived at the cottage. Even though we had her bowls with us, we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. The fenced-in backyard was very pretty and was perfect for our dog. We would love to stay here on our next visit to the Cape.

One of the best houses we have rented on the Cape in the 20 years we have been coming! So much space for everyone to relax (and work) with multiple living rooms/dining/office/sunroom space. Beautifully furnished antique home. Very comfortable - including the beds! . Loved the first floor master with views and spent many hours sitting on the terrace looking out to sea. Very well equipped kitchen too. Enjoyed walking the dogs round the quiet neighborhood and also had wonderful days out at Nausset beach and Lighthouse Beach, including crazy golf at Cape Escapes.

We were so lucky to have booked with New England Rentals. This was an unusual request: Book a beloved place off-season for a wedding (which meant negotiating with the owners). Then COVID refused to go away ... we hoped for the best, but in the end, our friends had to scale WAY back to just a few people at the wedding. We had to cancel. New England Rentals took this situation on and refunded our money -- perhaps beyond what was actually required. I love to recommend businesses with a real "step-up," virtuous and values-based approach that goes well beyond what they strictly needed to do.

I would HIGHLY recommend working with Joanne and the entire NEVR team. Last year was my first year working with them and despite being in the midst of COVID, everything ran smoothly and they were able to consistently book my home with high quality renters. I truly feel we are a team making the best decisions together. They know the market so well, are very responsive and have given me great advice along the way regarding feedback, pricing, etc. The best part of working with them is that it is a STRESS FREE experience - priceless!

If the beautiful rental house we leased in Chatham is anything like the experience we had booking it- we can’t wait. The team at New England Vacation Rentals made it very easy. We signed everything online and their app/website made it really easy for us to log on and pay off our balance.

Our family has worked with NEVR for several years, both as owners of a rental property in Chatham and as guests (renting additional NEVR homes for reunions of our extended family). In both cases, we have been extremely satisfied. NEVR's knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and excellent advice have greatly facilitated renting out our property. The location is a short walk from local beaches, stores, and kid-friendly activities. A great option for families vacationing on the Cape.

What a house! Perfect positioning, close to the beach and shops. The place was spotless when we arrived. Everything we could need there and more. If I had to find one criticism it would be that there were so many cushions on the bed!!!! Would absolutely come back again and recommend it to people.

The Mooring is an absolutely amazing home! Perfect in every way. The main floor has a huge kitchen perfect for entertaining, along with a parlor with a bar and plenty of cozy sitting areas. The front porch is a great place to hang out with friends. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable each with their own bathroom. We can't wait to come back again!

Sweet Serenity is a great vacation rental. It is clean, up to date and nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. This was our second time renting this home. We like to come to the Cape in September with our dog and this house fits the bill. We had a very nice week, good weather, easy parking in town and no crowds!
