I would definitely book this place again. The unit was open and very bright, spacious and has a fantastic roof deck. The location couldn't have been better, right on Main St and also a 5 minute walk to the beach! One extra bonus - there is a wonderful coffee shop and mini grocery market on the first floor. So relaxing!

Our vacation at ‘Latitude Adjustment’ was an immediate ‘Attitude Adjustment’. From the minute we walked through the front door, we were able to relax and decompress. The property was impeccably decorated, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for an amazing week on Cape Cod. The house was beautiful, spacious, and elegant with multiple spaces for both adults and kids to enjoy. We can’t wait to come back!

We were blown away by the design of Latitude Adjustment. The home is meticulously cared for and clean, both inside and out. The house is fully furnished and wonderfully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. It made our stay easy and more like a home away from home. Our daughter loved the bunk beds and game room. The location is ahhhmazing!!! Only a short walk down a safe paved sidewalk to the beach! You won't regret booking a stay at Latitude Adjustment.

We truly enjoyed our mini-getaway. The condo was well decorated and open and had everything we could have asked for and more. The five minute walk to the beach was great as was being right on Main St. A big surprise was the coffee shop and grocery mart downstairs that sold meat, fish, and made sandwiches. The coffee was fantastic too! As far as the condo, the roof deck was the best part, lots of sun when it came out. Would definitely rent again.

Fantastic property, quintessential Cape Cod. The rooms are nicely laid out and well appointed. Our extended family of 8 was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make family dinners. The 1st floor master was perfect for the grandparents. Location is awesome especially with the sidewalk to Harding’s Beach. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

We just returned from a fantastic weekend stay at ‘Latitude Adjustment’ in Chatham. The house plus location equaled the perfect long weekend getaway. It was so relaxing sitting on the porch with our morning coffee and walking to the beach. The beds were also very comfortable, which is often a rare find at vacation properties. The house was meticulously cleaned. It made for a perfect weekend getaway on Cape Cod.

This was the perfect vacation rental for us. From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed with this home – everything you need is readily available. The outdoor spaces are awesome, especially to grill, sit around the fire pit or play yard games. With two family rooms and a game room in the basement, everyone could spread out, relax, and do their own thing. You will not be disappointed.

We had a fabulous stay on Bishop’s Lane. The house is bright, cozy and very tastefully decorated with beautiful art. It is well cared for and impeccably clean, with comfortable furnishings. We really enjoyed spending time in the backyard on the patio and staying warm around the fire pit. The location is convenient to Chatham center and its central location is perfect for launching day trips on both ends of the Cape. We were very comfortable staying there and would recommend the house for couples as well as families!

This place is amazing! Great town, great people and awesome accommodations at the condo in Harwich Port Commons. Very comfortable and new! We couldn't have picked a better location. We will be back!

This is the perfect spot to stay when traveling to Harwich. Well appointed condo above a wonderful market on the main street in Harwich Port. Great shops and restaurants close by and the people in town are so warm and friendly. Would highly recommend!!

One of my favorites on the Cape! Deer Run offered the perfect blend of amenities for both a relaxing getaway from Chicago and hosting environment for friends and family. Loved the location as it is a short drive to both Chatham and Harwichport. The beach was only a mile away and the backyard will have all that you need this summer with a firepit, gas grill, outdoor shower and new patio! Last favorite part of my stay were the tall ceilings- felt super bright and airy. Looking forward to returning this summer! ~ Monica March 2022

Really enjoyed my stay at Sea Pine Villa and can't wait to return. The layout of the house worked really well for our group of 4 adults - everyone had their own space without feeling on top of each other and there was plenty of room for all of us to gather as a group in the common areas. The house has been very well maintained and you can tell all of the furniture is new. We got lucky with the weather too so we were able to enjoy lots of time outside grilling on the patio. (Also bonus points for an outdoor shower - my favorite!) Location can't be beat - centrally located and only a mile from a beach with public parking - a rare find on the Cape! ~ Kelli March 2022

We had such a lovely stay at the Great White Shack (89 George Ryder Rd)! The house is beautiful - cape charm with nice new renovations. Very clean and well taken care of. Cozy beach house feel (gas fire place in the living room, comfy couches and bedrooms) but spacious enough to fit a group, big open kitchen, large private porch with beautiful views and a nice fire pit in the back. Perfect for a few couples or a family. Newly renovated kitchen has everything you need. Two full baths + laundry. Loved the big dining table, open floor plan and the game room downstairs. Great location. Easy to get downtown, walkable to beaches. Would absolutely stay again!

This home is a great spot to relax and unwind in beautiful Chatham on Cape Cod. It is located near long-stretching beaches, restaurants with a variety of cuisines and meal times as well as interesting shopping. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the home is equipped with all the usual necessities including an inviting kitchen with up-to-date amenities., comfortable living room seating and many books for interesting reading. What I find most appealing is the wonderful artwork that abounds in this home. This makes for a more interesting atmosphere and not just a run-of-the mill environment. A nice terrace is located just off the kitchen and eating area for easy indoor-outdoor living. Will definitely stay here again. Mary – Summer 2021

We actually drove past the street the first time because it's more like an alleyway. It's a secret treasure smack dab in the middle of the town. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The house is beautiful and roomy. Appreciated everyone having their own bathroom, and the powder room downstairs. It was nice to be able to store one of our cars in the garage. The gas fireplace took the cake and was a centerpiece of our stay. Had a wonderful time!

This beautiful home was a restful and charming spot to spend a long weekend. It is located in a great neighborhood that is a close distance from local beaches as well as a short drive from many enjoyable stops on the Cape. The spacious house has been rejuvenated with new and tasteful purchases. The updated kitchen has all that you need to enjoy a meal at home. The living room and bedrooms are decorated beautifully and very comforting, both with the charm of the original house and the updated furniture. I especially enjoyed the features of the fire pit and grill, located right outside from the kitchen and dining room area. Additionally, I loved the natural lighting found in the dining room. I enjoyed my stay in Harwich in large part because of this amazing property. I look forward to coming back for more visits in the future.

Bob's Place is a very clean and comfortable home. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking ware. The beds are comfortable. The Location is convenient to Chatham and other areas on Cape Cod. We enjoyed our stay.

By Lisa H July 2020. From the minute we stepped in, we felt right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and kid friendly for riding bikes and running. We walked to watch the most beautiful sunsets from the cove. The hammock was an added bonus for relaxation. We spent many morning and afternoons on the screened in porch. We grilled almost every night and enjoyed the outdoor table. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Location. Short walk to private association Dock on Ryders Cove. Great for View Sunsets. The House was immaculate when we arrived and felt comfortable and relaxing. Perfect for a couple or family with 2 young Children. Easy Check in and Check out.

Very satisfied with the home. Great place for multigenerational family weekend away from the city. First floor bedroom for grandparents and bunkbeds upstairs for children. Lots of family games to keep you busy. Note: arriving after dark can be a challenge as the house is pushed back off the road.

I loved staying at this beautiful cape home. It was a very convenient location in between Chatham and Harwichport - with easy access to the excellent restaurants and activities both have to offer. It’s steps from a gorgeous, private beach (1 min walk). The home is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean - and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It was such a lovely getaway, and we can’t wait to go back next year.

If you're looking for the perfect retreat, right on the Cape... look no further! We can't recommend this house enough. It's fully stocked, impeccably taken care of, and central to everything else the Cape has to offer. Working with the rental company was a breeze as well. This home made it so easy to have a fun and relaxing time on our vacation. Our whole family loved coming back home after a day out. We'd absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I spent a long weekend at The Blue Hydrangea in early September. It is a lovely home in a fantastic location (just a short walk to a quiet and virtually private beach). The home is beautifully decorated, well appointed and provides all of the amenities including a large and very comfortable jacuzzi tub. The rear patio is a great place to unwind at the end of the day. It is the perfect home for a couple seeking a quiet, relaxing weekend or a family looking for outdoor summer fun. It is also close to both Harwich and Chatham Center so you can readily take advantage of the benefits both have to offer. We highly recommend this home.
