Our daughter got married at the Wychmere on Sundayand this was a perfect setting for hair, makeup and getting dressed for the bride and her attendants. Very nice home.

This house is just as listed. The location and house were both great! I will admit I didn't love that you had to rent linens but it wasn't too much of a bother really. One note is that it says it is kuerig style coffee maker but the kuerig is missing a part so doesn't work. It does have a regular coffee maker also so just bring regular coffee not pods. Overall great stay!

This property checked every box. It was a warm, luxurious, well appointment and comfortable. The proximity to the beach and downtown Harwich Port added to the considerable charm and convenience. We stated multiple times that it did not feel like a rental property as it was even more grand onsite than the photos depicted.

Enjoyed our June 2022 week here!!! The unit and its location are excellent for several reasons. Firstly, the owner of the unit shows great care and excellent tastes in furnishings and small amenities that help to make occupant stays comfortable and worry-free. Secondly, the views of Nantucket Sound are spectacular and the proximity to a private beach strip is a big plus. Thirdly, the unit's location in Dennis Port is close to great restaurants and venues of interest that allow for enhanced vacation eating and activity efficiency. Also, as "parents" of a five-year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi, we appreciated the pet acceptance, the good pet policies and the availability of the elevator to make the up and down trips to the unit. Finally, the Staff of New England Vacation Rentals (NEVR) have been ever so helpful in answering our questions, handling registration details and assisting our securing of linen and other services to smooth the preparation of the unit for our stay. We rented this unit in 2021, again in June of 2022 and are eagerly looking forward to being back again, time and schedules permitting. This place is perfect for young couples and for those young at heart and we highly recommend both this unit and doing your bookings via NEVR.

We were in Chatham for a family wedding. This home was in the perfect location to walk to everything. Plenty of space and bathrooms for us to get ready. Great set up! We will stay again.

Such a spacious house! Beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to eat dinner and hang out in the living room.

So much privacy...beautiful backyard Had a great time enjoying the private backyard in particular. Perfect for lawn games, grilling out and we put the fire pit to use...so much fun.

We loved our stay at Kiahs Cottage! It was so convenient to walk down to Spectacle Pond and enjoy the afternoon on the water without having to lug all of our stuff to a public beach. Water was perfect for swimming and the beach was quiet to read and unwind. - Lauren H

Well-appointed house with a great location to the beach and close to the Harwich center and bike path. Hot tub was great - we had a minor problem with heating it but NEVR staff was attentive and sent someone over to fix it in a timely fashion. Also, the staff in general was very service oriented and provided good communications. The house had all we needed! Thank you to the house owners and the NEVR staff!

Spectacular home. Very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking needs and the house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. The host quickly replied to any requests and were very accommodating.

The experience was amazing. Now I sleep with a sound machine mimicking what you naturally here at this home, the sound of waves. The home was exceptionally clean, the decor and style was wonderful. My daughter loved exploring it, and it was a great to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. I didn’t want to leave! I would recommend!

Wonderful / spacious house and location. There was a bit of a mix up with linens and beds (we didn’t have the right sized sheets for the king beds), but we worked with the property manager to solve the issue.

The Blue Hydrangea was more than expected. Everything in the house was spotless and all the appliances appeared to be brand new. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room and quickly felt at home. The outside fireplace and shower were nice also! NEVR management was in contact with us throughout our stay and were very friendly. We definitely look forward to staying at this house next year.

The house was great and pretty much like the photos showed. Any issues we had there (minor ones) were promptly dealt with by the staff. It was a great three days with 17 of us, beautiful weather, and lots of family time.

This cottage was what my wife and I were looking for; secluded and quiet. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short, but if you are looking for a quiet spot that is close to town and is on water this is a great spot.

I stayed at Beach Glass for a long weekend and wasn’t disappointed. With three generations, there was really something for everyone. Nice to have an ensuite bedroom and bathroom on the first floor for an elderly family member. The guys liked that we could get loud watching a game and just close the French door of to the family room so the ladies could catch up undisturbed, and the kids had a blast watching moves and playing in the huge finished basement. Convenient location, comfortable beds, loads of space, a bottle of wine left for us by the owners when we checked in and a bike path entrance literally at the end of the street. What more can you want? We’ll definitely return to Beach Glass.

This house has everything you need for a great trip, but what really makes it stand out is that it is gorgeous! From the minute you walk in, it’s really clear that you are in a house that someone cares about and the owner has great taste. The personal touches all throughout really made it feel like I was a guest in someone’s home instead of a vacation rental. Everywhere you turn there is a coastal touch from the colors – it really does feel inspired by Beach Glass! – to the accessories to the beautiful art. It was all so beautiful but never stuffy – it’s a really comfortable home. I brought my dog with me and he had a blast running around the yard. I really appreciated that the owners left a long line for us to use, as my dog isn’t the best off-leash. I stayed here during the early spring and I can’t wait to return during the warmer weather; and since the house is huge – I’ll be bringing my girlfriends with me. PS: I want that wallpaper!
