This was our 7th season at “Summer Wind” … and each year gets better ! We got to enjoy the new kitchen and the opened living area. For us, it’s all about the stunning views and the proximity to Red River Beach. Our grandchildren are already counting down the days to next summer. Also nice that the lawn gets cut each week. Highly Recommended !!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Cap’n Eri. The photos don’t do this sweet home justice. Great location - short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The fire pit was a peaceful place to end the day and the outdoor shower made it so easy to clean up after the beach. We hope to have another stay here in the future. The house was clean and served our family well. Each couple has their own bed and bath. The out door deck was wonderful. It was close to the beaches and down town Chatham. We had a great week. Overall excellent. Dog hair from previous renters caused allergy issues. One “queen bedroom” was not a true bedroom. Otherwise everything was as billed

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was better than photos suggested - clean, comfy and updated. Location was ideal. And the property management company was helpful in working with us, including sending someone out within a couple hours when the grill wasn't working.

This is the first time we've booked a house through any business and we were not disappointed. Our stay at 22 Muscovy Lane was very comfortable. The owners obviously care for and love their home, inside and out. The interior decor of "Beachin' It" was perfectly beachy - just enough without going overboard. All the rooms were more than spacious for our family of two people and one Greyhound. Beds were comfortable, the sunroom was a great place to relax. The partially fenced yard was well-kept with gorgeous plantings, and a photo-op worthy Hydrangea bush (ultimate Cape Cod). The house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac; the neighbors were all quiet the entire week of July 4th and waved when we saw them. We had a perfect week on the Cape. We truly enjoyed our stay at 23 Ridgevale. The home was the perfect size for our family of 5 and dog. The kids loved biking on the streets—little to no traffic. We enjoyed morning walks to Red River beach with our pup. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The fire pit was a favorite of all-lots of laughs and s’mores by the fire each night. This is a beautiful property situated in a lovely bucolic setting. It was the perfect size for my husband and I and has all modern conveniences in working order, as well as being beautifully decorated. Windows in every room made for a light and airy feel. We particularly liked having access to a washer/drier and a gas grill. It is conveniently situated near Chatham Village and beaches. But the pleasant surprise that it borders a wildlife area with a gorgeous view of the meadow/wetland and woodland animals. It was fantastic to awaken to birdsong each morning. The house was just as pictured. Four of us and 2 small dogs stayed here for the week. The backyard was excellent. The shed held everything you would need for the beach and games for the yard. Other friends were on the Cape for the same week and we met at this house several nights for dinner. Only a short walk to the beach. We would definitely rent this house again! This is a lovely house and property. It’s very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. It’s at the end of a quiet dead end street. Had everything we needed for the week. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was as I would have expected from NEVR, as advertised and VERY CLEAN. It's a great house for 2 families, there is enough room that you don't feel like you are on top of each other. The outside area is lovely and the ping pong table in the basement is a great place to send the kids!! I would highly recommend. This rental met our needs and expectations. Only suggestion would be to have the week run from Saturday to Saturday instead of Friday to Friday From New England Vacation Rentals- Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. at Simplicity. The property had plenty of space for my husband, myself and my son’s family. Our two teenage grandchildren enjoyed the “garage” living space and proximity to the beach. We all were able to enjoy the space together and our privacy.

Well kept and very clean property. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are very comfortable and décor updated. Located in a quiet neighborhood - the location has its pros and cons. Pro: not far from multiple towns - can go in any direction and be somewhere in 20 minutes. Cons: flip side is that you're not close to anything, so you need to drive 15 min plus to get to groceries, food, activities, etc. It was our first time in Cape Cod, so would have liked more direction on where to go and what to do - e.g. there is a private road that runs alongisde Long Pond with great views, but its not clear if short term renters are allowed to walk there (we did anyway). We also found a tiny beach off that road but it again isn't clear if that beach was for public access. Would also have been good to know where to get groceries, where to get public access to a bigger beach on long pond, the parking permit situation at the public beaches (it's confusing), etc. E.g. we bought a permit for the beach in Harwich - not sure if we needed it but then we couldn't print it to display on dashboard (other towns just need your license plate). Finally, having to order linens and towels is a bit of a pain compared to other places where it is included. Still a great property in a tranquil and relaxing setting. Needed a summer retreat for me and the kids that would allow my dogs. Owner and property manager were very accommodating in this regard! Easy check in and out. Water access to the pond right from backyard just as shown. It is not a “beach” but it worked great to launch our paddle board and kayak. Yard could’ve used a spring cleaning to clear tree beaches and debris, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying the space. Loved hanging out on the deck. Decent internet speeds and coverage. Dog Friendly neighbors too!

Our daughter got married at the Wychmere on Sunday and this was a perfect setting for hair, makeup and getting dressed for the bride and her attendants. Very nice home.
