This was our first stay at The Pineapple House and we loved it from the moment we walked in. It is beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean. The outside deck is very large with comfortable seating and a nice place to relax at the end of the day. The house is fully equipped with all amenities you could want and the gourmet kitchen is wonderful. We liked that all 3 bedrooms had en suite bathrooms. This made it so easy for our extended family. We love the town of HarwichPort and being on Main St. enabled us to just walk out the door and have our favorite shops and restaurants and ice cream shops within easy walking distance. Our semi-private beach was quiet, lovely and not crowded at all. We hope to return next summer and have already submitted our list of dates. A huge "Thank You" to the owner for graciously sharing this home with us and to the wonderful folks at NEVR for always leading us to the perfect rental.

My family just spent a week at Old Camp and can't wait to come again next year. EVERYTHING was wonderful. The house was beautiful and fully stocked. The yard was like a park and the water was clear and the perfect temperature. Every day was spent on the water; floating, swimming and boating. Truly the best vacation we have had in years.

Our family loved this house. The pictures actually don't do the space justice - the common areas are larger than I expected. There is plenty of room for hanging out inside, and the outside is very large as well. We had my in laws staying in the bedroom with a separate entrance which was very convenient for privacy, and the office space was used for naps and some mid-day work time as well. The house is 1 minute from the highway which is also very convenient. It was also so QUIET on the property. Nothing but the birds chirping.

House was very clean, comfortable, well stocked and convenient to many attractions and bike trails. Quiet neighborhood a short distance from a private beach. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a magical stay at the Moorings. It was the second time we stayed there. The space is fabulous, everyone loves having an en suite bathroom. The kitchen is a chef's dream and since I cooked most nights I truly appreciated that (only complaint was that there was only 1 dish towel!) We celebrated a milestone birthday and a surprise engagement. Both took place on the spectacular wrap around porch!
The proximity to the beach makes this home almost perfect! Hope to make this a yearly vacation spot!

This condo lies at the end of the cul de sac , in a very quiet secluded neighborhood. The interior is very clean, and perfectly decorated, and the view from the back porch is amazing. I’m quite picky when it comes to cleanliness of rentals and this one met my expectations. I would highly recommend this rental to a friend or family member, or I would def rent it again! Very close to all the great hot spots!

This property is just as nice as it is pictured in photos. We were there during the most recent heat wave and it was perfectly comfortable for all. If you enjoy dining out, it is very close to Main St in Hyannis and many fabulous restaurants. If you prefer to have family dinners on the property (as we did), the grill is great and the kitchen is very well set up. Overall, we all agreed it was one of our favorite places we have stayed.

This was my first experience with VRBO and Harwich. We really liked the house. The deck was a relaxing. It was also very close to a bunch of things including the beach!

We highly recommend NEVR. They were really terrific in every respect. The house itself was everything we could hope for and the grounds are beautiful. The Ridgevale Beach was disappointing due to very excessive seaweed in the water and on the beach. We are not certain if this is normal or a fluke.

Seaweed is a common occurrence on our beaches, it can vary widely from one location to another. Next time gather up some seaweed and use it when you have your lobster or clam bake as this is an age old tradition learned from the many fisherman in the area.

This property and location could not have been better for our family. We had three generations staying at the house together and it’s hard to say who enjoyed it the most. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quintessential Cape Cod vacation.

Extremely clean, very comfortable, all new. Only thing I would suggest is a trimming of the bushes near the side entrance. Thank you for a lovely time in your beautiful home, we'll be back, for sure!

Beautiful home with room for our large extended family. The location was perfect, in town, but just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was set up beautifully. The outdoor space was used much of the time to hang out, have coffee in the am and beer and wine in the evening. The fire pit was a big hit, late at night.
The only draw back was the house got stuffy and hot as the day progressed. The 3rd floor and some 2nd floor bedrooms needed the fans we brought. We were not able to adjust the air-conditioning. The parking started out challenging, but worked out at the end.
We made sweet reconnections at this lovely home and will never forget the wonderful memories!

Our trip to the Cape was excellent and the house was perfect for our needs. Large bedrooms for the adults with king sized beds, and cute rooms with twin beds for the kids. The enclosed porch was heaven - we were out there day and night. Large kitchen table for our meals together. The host had what we needed for the beach, including beach chairs and umbrella and cooler. It made packing much easier! Next time we will bring some inflatable flotation devices for the lake! Amazing stay, would love to come back again.

The porch views from this house were amazing! As per other reviews while the access to the beach is a very short walk away it is a steep and long incline that might not be suitable for all. The kitchen was much larger than expected and well equipped. The living space was a little tight on the first floor but doable. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone!

We have been staying at multiple rentals on the cape over the years and have never liked a place enough to come back...until now. We could not have had a better vacation. The Pineapple House was perfect. Ideal location, private beach, super comfy beds and high-end décor. NEVR was great to work with with quick support. The only thing I would suggest is maybe replacing the keyless entry as it was difficult for some people in our party to use. Thanks for the great stay, we can't wait to come back!

This house is in a quiet neighborhood very close to Red River Beach. The kitchen, although on the small side, was well stocked with everything we needed and the living areas were comfortable and pleasing. The TV and AC worked with no issues. The yard is a little rough with cut down weeds that do not agree with bare feet but the grill, fire pit, deck and furniture were all top notch. The house was immaculate when we arrived and very nicely decorated. We were happy that it was a Friday-Friday rental due to a wedding on Friday evening nearby and lots to do in the area as well.

We loved the location and size. As new renters we would suggest a blender and iron and board as well. Otherwise we’ll stocked . Looking forward to renting again next year.

This is a wonderful home that my family enjoyed staying at. The home is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The front porch was especially nice for my morning coffee and the yard was sunny and relaxing. Lots of sunshine! We only wished we could walk to the ocean but having swan pond 10min away was enjoyable for us and our dog. The owners have done an amazing job making this home warm and inviting with a true cape cod feel. We made lots of new memories that we will cherish. Thank you!
