Overall it was easy. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Outdoor shower was terrific. Location was great and easy to find. Beaches galore in the immediate area both Salt water and beautiful fresh water ponds.

Great experience! Stayed here with my family over a long weekend. The house is beautiful, clean, updated and nicely decorated. The location was amazing, very short and easy walk (even with kids) to the beach, into town and across the street from a cvs! The management was very responsive and helpful. The only comment I would say would be to include the linens/towels and small amenities like shampoo etc with the rental listing, but the linen company was super easy to order from and went extra steps to help with the process! Thanks for a great vacation experience!

This property is perfect for a family! Clean and gorgeous! It was great to put the kids to bed and sit out by the propane fire pit. 10/10 recommend!

We had an incredible time at Birdsong Cottage! Fresh, fun and sparkling-clean, it had everything we needed for our mini-family reunion. All the amenities and basics for cooking big feasts that we enjoyed on the back patio, super-comfortable beds, strong wifi for those of us who had to keep working. Hammock and fire pit a huge plus for relaxing and conviviality! The location is excellent--even though I grew up in Boston I was unaware, until this trip, of the magic of mid-Cape! We rented bikes which were conveniently dropped off right at the house, and spent a lot of time on two wheels: riding to gorgeous Paine's Creek Beach for tidepools and ice cream, the multiple gorgeous swimming ponds a very short bike ride away, and shopping in nearby towns. There are SO many ways to have fun on the Cape from this very peaceful, away-from-the-hustle home base. We look forward to staying there again! Would rent again in a heartbeat.

This was our second summer renting this beautiful home. You won't regret it! The home is cozy, inviting, clean and has everything you need while vacationing on the Cape! You can cook meals in the kitchen and they have serving platters, enough flatware, dishes and cups. The bedrooms are all decorated so lovely even the beds are comfy! The backyard is beautifully landscaped, the outdoor shower is amazing and the grill works like a dream! You can comfortably watch TV in the den area. The downstairs basement room is a fav for our teen daughter since it's like a little apartment down there with a tv and even a 1/2 bath! We cannot recommend this beautiful home more and book it now before it gets rented for the season!

We were pleased with the accommodations which met all our needs. The living room was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the back yard was a hit, especially with our dog. We enjoyed our stay.

The pictures don't do this property justice. It was by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The check in, check out process was smooth and easy. The location couldn't be better, close to the beach, right on main street. We all truly enjoyed our stay!

Chatterbox is an absolutely great location. Right off Main Street but set back so you don’t hear anything. The house has real New England charm and there are several different sitting areas for playing games and reading. The outdoor shower is great and the house is extremely clean. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!

The house was perfect for our family. Loved the layout. It was perfect for when our grandchild went to bed - we were able to still laugh, watch tv, play cards while she slept peacefully at the other end of the home. The only part that was hard was the walk to the beach - it was listed as a walk to the beach - which I took in as a stroll - it was indeed a walk. If we were without our grandchild - it would have been perfect all around. Still no complaints.

Just returned from our second stay at this lovely home. The neighborhood is quiet and close to all the places we love to visit while staying on the Cape. There was a lot of room for our family of 7. The game room and extra hang out space downstairs was enjoyed by young and old. We enjoyed the enclosed porch and the kitchen filled with all the touches of home as well as the outdoor shower! The back porch was awesome for star gazing and enjoying lots of laughs Lover’s Lake was a great place for paddle boarding. Thank you for including all the amenities that made us so comfortable.

I will start by saying that I am a super picky vacationer. Ask my family and you will hear that I rarely rave about our lodging. But the Pineapple House exceeded all my expectations. The home is in an excellent location which allows you access to the downtown Harwichport as well as the private beach which is literally steps down the road. It is beautifully appointed with top of the line kitchen appliances and designer furnishings. The towels were nicer than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in and the beds were super Comfortable. We visited with my 2 adults kids who very much appreciated their own bedrooms upstairs with newly renovated en-suite baths. Wednesday nights there is a stroll on the Main Street featuring musicians. The front porch offered a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the music. The back deck was super comfortable as well and a great place to relax as well. The booking agency was super responsive and replied immediately to all of my questions and needs. The only minor complaint I would have is that the fence in the back yard was in need of repair as it was wobbly and I was a little concerned about my dogs escaping to the busy street. All in all, I can’t recommend this place enough! We will be back!!!

We had the most amazing time at this beach house. Having a 2 month old and 2 year old, we splurged in order to guarantee a comfortable temperature with central air and a walk to the beach to easily head home for naps. The property owners thought of everything we would need and our toddler and dog had so much fun in the spacious backyard.

The condo is very spacious, bright, and comfortable. The location is perfect for day trips to the seashore, Cape Cod Bay, and the islands. The beach at the end of the road is lovely and the nearby shop has very nice gifts and offers group activities, such as a ceramic paint night. We had an incredible stay and cannot wait to be back!

My family had a wonderful time in this house. There are three separate living rooms to spread out in. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of games to entertain my children. Patio furniture and backyard were also very well maintained. Walking distance to some shops/cafes as well as a beach. Would definitely return.

The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and well-stocked. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for us to spread out in. Plus we were walking/biking distance from a few beaches! NEVR made the rental process very easy and were responsive when we had a small issue with one of the fire alarms. Additionally, they provided lots of helpful information on the area (I especially loved the email with details on dog friendly beaches and places!).

My family and I had a fantastic time in this home! Just as advertised, the house is lovely, clean, quiet, and convenient. The management company was extremely communicative, when we did run into a couple issues, they had a handyman over to fix them within 24 hours. Can't wait to book with them again!

We had a wonderful week at your Cape house. It was comfortable for our family of 5 adults and 2 little ones! The high chair was just perfect for our 8 month old and we finally convinced the 4 year old of the joys of an outdoor shower. It was great to be able to walk to the beach.

Perfect home for our family of four. Home was very clean and had everything needed to enjoy our vacation. Beds were comfortable, AC worked perfectly, outdoor shower and washer/dryer were great additions. Very private location but close to everything. We brought inflatables to enjoy the pond - having a kayak or canoe would be perfect as well. Perhaps the owners are looking to have one on site in the future. All in all zero complaints. We enjoyed our time here immensely.

In June 2022, our family of four spent a wonderful week at Birdsong Cottage. Everything about the house is perfect, from its pristine condition to its well-equipped kitchen to its quiet location in a lovely woodsy neighborhood near many of the Cape’s trails, towns, and beaches. The house is so welcoming that we felt immediately at home and didn't want to leave at the end of our vacation. We can’t wait to return!

Vacationing on Cape Cod is wonderful and Birdsong Cottage is the perfect venue. It is so comfortable & convenient to all that Harwich has to offer: Cape Cod Biking Trail, restaurants, beaches, shopping & just relaxing. Birdsong Cottage is aptly named as morning coffee on the deck is a birder’s paradise. It was a joy to be there.

July 2022 I spent a delightful long weekend at The Birdsong Cottage. It is a peaceful cozy home with a back deck that overlooks a woodlands full of songbirds. The cottage is conveniently located near beaches, hiking trails and biking paths. At the end of the day, it is easy to find restaurants, markets and shops to meet your needs. I definitely will be a return customer.

Birdsong Cottage is a wonderful spot in Harwich Pleasant Lake area. The home is clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the deck off the dining room, the hammock to read and nap in, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. It is a very quiet location yet close to HWY 6 and Harwich Port. The home has a comfy vibe that we were able to enjoy as our base in Cape Cod to explore. It is close to the CapeCod Railroad trail for walking and biking. I look forward to staying here again.

I enjoyed my stay at Birdsong Cottage. Its location allows easy access to exploring the Cape, both bayside and oceanside. As a coffee aficionado, I had fun trying out area coffee shops. For nature lovers, exploring the area’s fresh water ponds is an extra bonus. And gotta love the perfectly private outdoor shower!

We had a wonderful time at Sweet Serenity! Everything from the location to the house amenities were perfect. Very close to multiple beaches and downtown Chatham. The house itself had everything you would need. It's perfect for families of all sizes. I would highly recommend staying here!
