We had a wonderful week in this house. It was a great location to go all the way to Salem up north and to Provincetown in the East! The house was clean and is bigger than what appears in pictures and the outside. I would recommend this house to everyone and would stay again if we happen to go back to the Cape. This cottage is very clean, well kept up, and spacious, with large bedrooms, an attractive living room with a fireplace, a cozy kitchen and dining room, a back deck with a picnic table and gas grill, and a large finished basement for storing bicycles, beach gear, etc. The grounds around the cottage are beautiful: lush green front and back lawns surrounded by well-tended flower beds. My husband and I spent two weeks there, and our daughter and son-in-law and their two small children joined us for four days during the first week. The house held all six of us comfortably. The house was well stocked with children's toys and games and beach toys. The house is only about a quarter of a mile from the entrance to the North Falmouth-to-Falmouth-and-Woods Hole bike path, a stunningly beautiful 11-mile ride, which we did several times. It's also only a mile or so from lovely Megansett Beach and a short drive from Old Silver Beach and other beautiful Falmouth beaches. Plus there are wonderful restaurants in North Falmouth and Falmouth. We highly recommend this gem of a cottage. This property was perfect for our family reunion, even though it was December. The house was large enough to comfortably fit everyone and had a wonderful family room with amazing views of the pond where we gathered to play board games each night. The kids were able to get away from the grown ups in the second large family room downstairs if they wanted. We cooked at the property most nights (why go out with a large group when the house was so nice?) and the kitchen made it easy to cook for a large group. The property is about a 10 minute drive to the beach, but is on a pond and provides kayaks which would be fun in the summer. There is also a large yard and wonderful deck.

Our stay at this house was the highlight of our summer! The entire home was very comfortable and clean, with every amenity we could ever want. The kids loved the sandy beach and the large, well landscaped lawn to run around and play. The large family room was cozy to hang out and the dining room table easily accommodated our family of eight. Grilling on the wrap around deck watching the sunset and enjoying the family really made this vacation house feel like a home. The hosts carefully paid attention to every detail and were available to answer our day of arrival questions. The location was perfect for quick trips to the beach and shops and close to the ferry for a day trip to Nantucket. Hope to return soon! We found the house clean, welcoming and great location. The owners put out Christmas decorations and access was simple.

The Pineapple House is a well-maintained three bedroom full of historical details and charm! And the location couldn’t be more perfect. Harwich Port has a fun Main Street, and the house is located just a couple of blocks from the beach. (We drive to the public Bank Street beach because the stairs are steep by the house. In the ‘off season’ there is plenty of parking available. Inside, the house has a main floor master with a beautiful shower. The kitchen is the heart of the house, and is very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. The living room has a huge sofa and two chairs, and a big tv over the (non-working) fireplace (Non of the four fireplaces in the house are working, despite the fires in the pictures online.) The dining room has floor to ceiling windows with wavy glass where you can people-watch and listen to the church bells. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One has a queen bed, lots of closet/shelf space, and a spacious bathroom. The other room is larger with two double beds. This room has a cute little bathroom with a considerable step up into the shower. But the best part of the upstairs in my estimation is the skylights! Each bathroom, and the double bedroom, have skylights, letting in sunlight during the day and providing a beautiful view of the star-filled Cape sky at night. We recently stayed at 30 Kiahs Way in East Sandwich Massachusetts. The home was very clean, warm, and tastefully decorated. There is a beautiful lake in walking distance for family fun. Our family came together to enjoy a holiday. . 14 Hallett Lane was perfect in so many ways! 3 dishwashers handled clean-up easily, and there was plenty of oven and fridge room. Our pool players and football fans could watch and play downstairs and quiet conversations could happen easily upstairs. We loved being together in Chatham and definitely hope to do it again. Beautiful neighborhood, with the ocean so close and great walks in every direction! A call for more towels was answered within 20 minutes. Suggestions: set house up with more towels and dish towels to begin with and an extra blanket in each room for naps and snuggles would have been really nice. Minor really: it is a great house! Priscilla House was even better than we imagined! We had 20 family members from age 13-85 for Thanksgiving weekend and this house perfectly met our needs. Space was larger than we expected from the photos. We could spread out, keep up with football and the World Cup while preparing our feast. We enjoyed meals, played games, did puzzles, and even used the outdoor firepit. The location is perfect- easy access to Main Street shops and a quick stroll to the beach and lighthouse.

Spent long weekend in November for our wedding at nearby venue. Place was great. Enjoyed the pool table. Wish the weather was warmer to enjoy the nice fire pit outside 😊

During the month of June, my family and friends (3 adults and one child) stayed at ‘Birdsong Cottage’ (79 Azalea Drive Harwich).  We had such a lovely experience in this cozy cottage which had all that our family needed to feel at home, including a nice backyard for evening meals.  We loved being close to beautiful beaches and being able to take nature walks and to relax at the beach. We loved this property, head and shoulders over others we have stayed on at the Cape. The house was gorgeous and very well appointed, in a lovely, quaint neighborhood. The pictures online portrayed the interior very well, but when we arrived we were struck by how much more spacious it was than what we'd anticipated -- an unexpected bonus! The open floor plan on the main level was laid out perfectly, a nice flow between the kitchen, eating area, and living area. We loved how sunny and bright every room in the house was. The bedrooms were cozy and charming, and we loved the upper porch where we sat and watched the sun set each night. The fireplace was a huge hit, and did a nice job taking the autumn chill off, very cozy. And of course, the hot tub was also fantastic!! We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with all the appliances/utensils/pots/pans/dishes we'd need for preparing meals (also a nice plus having basic spices on hand). We cooked each night vs. going out for meals because we enjoyed being in the house so much. Special thanks to NEVR for providing the goodie bag with essentials for the weekend -- that was such a nice thing to do, thank you! The house well laid out. We filled most bedrooms and most of the time did not know who was there so lots of privacy upstairs and great social area on the first floor. This was our first time using NEVR. We have rented through VRBO in the past and we had a favorite spot in Chatham. When we were looking to rent our favorite spot was not available so I did the research and came upon this property. This property is everything it says it is. The location is awesome in downtown Harwich. The Condo is absolutely beautiful, it is spotless, very updated spacious and sunny. I loved the vibe of being above a coffee shop. It is great for people-watching. There is a pathway in the back that leads to a nice neighborhood and a quick walk to the beach. We stayed in early October and the weather was beautiful. We walked to the beach every day and sometimes at night to watch the sunset. There are many restaurants available in close vicinity. Bank St beach was beautiful. George's Pizza is very coinvent and they have awesome pizza. If you like Asian food 3 Monkies is the place to go. The vibe and atmosphere of this condo is awesome, you wont be disappointed. We Usually stay in Chatham, our place that we usually rent was not available, we came upon this location and although it wasn't our first choice which is Chatham, this place was beautiful. We loved the location, great place for walks very close to the beach, lots of restaurants. The condo is truly beautiful and has all you need. It was immaculate. We would stay here again.

A beautiful spot, a beautiful property... perfect. The only issue I had was that the front door was a little difficult to get into. Do I need to ay anymore? Well equipped, immaculate with a sunrise that could not be captured in photos. What a find.

I’ve been my husband's caregiver for three years watching him decline on a regular basis. We’ve been married 42 years- a lifetime. In September he was admitted to a skilled nursing facility. That same month I realized I needed to take a break. On short notice I booked this cottage and headed out to the cape. My own personal respite. Nothing soothes the soul like sharing an experience with best friends. In my case best friends are my 2 dogs. You let me bring them- I’m forever grateful. Immaculate large beautifully remodeled home with incredible entertainment possibilities from outside encased bar, with TV and refrigeration and recreational space to fully equipped finished basement. This house was the gathering point for family (we were all out of state) during my sons wedding weekend and I felt so happy to provide this upscale relaxation in the beautiful large house to all.

This place is AMAZING! The pics do not do it justice. There is a lot of gathering space, large kitchen, and the open layout concept was great for our group of 9. Most of the house has been updated to some degree. The kitchen and master bath are amazing. The location cannot be beat as it is right next to shops and several smaller cafes. We did not get to use the BBQ or the outside furniture due to weather, but the firepit was nice to sit around our first night. A local inn allowed us to borrow a lighting stick as the stores were already closed. The management company did call back about the stick, but we had already borrowed one. They never brought one to us. The only issues we had were very minor. There were 2 partial rolls of toilet paper upon arrival for 6 bathrooms and 9 guests. There was no lighting stick for the firepit and the quality of the towels do not match the quality of this property. There were plenty towels, but they worn, thin, and the smallest things you've ever seen. There are two sets of washer/dryer if you needed. The management company never returned my calls in regards to tp and never brought any the next morning. Overall, EXTRAORDINARY experience and home. Priscilla House is well worth every cent you will spend. The owner has done a remarkable job. It is an absolute treasure. During the booking process the New England Vacation Rentals company was also amazing. Since there were no major issues during our stay, I am not sure how they would respond if there were.
