Absolutely beautiful place to stay and very close to the beach! The outside patio is so cute and the inside is decorated beautifully. The bed and futon couch were comfortable and having a full kitchen was a plus.

Loved the location! It was a 2 minute walk from the beach with beautiful sunsets and sunrises! It was a bit smaller than I expected but it worked perfectly for my boyfriend and I.

This house is ideal for family getaways! The location (a short walk to the canal and an even shorter drive to the beach) and the fenced in backyard made this a perfect stay for my family and our dogs. We enjoyed the large dining area and snuggling up for a movie in the living room or with a book in the sunroom. The beds are also super comfortable, which is a big plus for us!

This is a fantastic house. Honestly, the most well-equipped kitchen I've ever come across in a rental; super comfortable beds and really awesome AC. It is also spacious and very clean. The location is very convenient for exploring the area and the nature reserve (a 5 minute walk away) is incredible if you enjoy running. Management was very helpful in our communications and I highly recommend her house as a great place to stay on Cape Cod.

Very clean and comfortable home. Convenient to many destinations in the Lower/mid cape. The beds were very comfortable. Ac in every room so each person can adjust to their comforts level. Easy to communicate with management. I would definitely stay here again!

We adore this beautiful, brand new house in such a serene setting on the salt marsh! Wonderful, unique Cape view. Bright and comfortable overall with beautiful bathrooms. It’s spacious, yet has just the most “family closeness” feel. It’s been the perfect place for us to enjoy Chatham.

“ I had a wonderful experience renting the property this past summer. My neighbors on Highpoint Dr as well as other RCLA members were so welcoming and included me in many of their social events and other fun activities ……I made some wonderful friends renting there. This house is in a secluded spot overlooking a cool tidal salt marsh. It is bigger than we expected and had plenty of space for our two large families. All the amenities you would ever need for a fun beach week are included. The lawn has ample space for lawn games and sunbathing. Just a fantastic week, can't wait to return.

We had an outstanding stay on Sunrise Lane and cannot wait to return. The house is fully equipped with whatever you need, and the stores are only 5 minutes away if you need anything. We brought kayaks and stand-up paddleboards and enjoyed daily adventures on the marsh. You can paddle right out to the beach, or explore the many creeks around the marsh. There are good restaurants nearby but we were so enamored with the house and the location that it was hard to leave, so we ended up cooking at home most of the time! I will never forget sitting out on the deck in the evening, drink in hand, grill blazing, taking in the marsh view with the ocean beyond. Thank you for having us!

We loved our stay in Sandwich. The house is excellent and huge and very family friendly. The views are amazing. When the tide is in you can swim or kayak right out the back door. The kids loved walking to the train tracks a few blocks down the street to watch the trains go by. If you walk a few blocks further you reach the town center where there are restaurants, coffee shops, quaint stores, etc. If you get in the car there are a bunch of solid restaurants nearby. Oh and if you like beer the tree house brewery is 5 minutes away.

Wonderful spot. The house is just as advertised and the views are stunning. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of space. Loved watching the variety of wildlife over the water during the day and stargazing at the huge open sky at night, reflected over the water. The sun rises right out over the ocean, so be sure to get up early at least one morning to watch the show. We would definitely stay in this house again.

The house was perfect for our week in Cape Cod!!!! The management company was very easy to work with and responded timely when we had any questions. We used the binder of information to help plan our days and restaurants to eat at. The beach parking pass was very useful!!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay - a lovely home in a charming neighborhood. Close to beaches and restaurants, and within walking distance of the Shining Seas Bikeway. There were only three of us, but the property can sleep at least 10! Really appreciated the window A/C units and the availability of beach chairs to use. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed staying at this home so much! We have twin 18 month olds and they loved all the beach toys the home provided. The house had plenty of room and everything was very clean. The landscaping surrounding the property was so beautiful and the house has a great back yard. We really enjoyed our stay!

This property was perfect for our family. We stayed in North Falmouth for a week while visiting my son which plays with the Falmouth Commodores. It's close to the beach, the Shining Sea Bikeway, restaurants and a 15 minute drive to the Main Street. The main highway is close by so it makes it easy to travel anywhere on the Cape. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was also equipped with everything we needed.

The cottage is spacious, with four large bedrooms (two of them huge, containing not only a king/queen bed but two or three single beds for kids or grandkids). The house has an up-to-date kitchen with excellent appliances; there are beach toys, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas plus lots of regular toys for kids (our grandkids loved this about the house); the deck looks out onto a lovely grassy backyard; the grounds contain well-kept gardens; and the finished basement large and comfortable, also a great place to keep your bikes. The neighborhood is quiet, with the street dotted with quaint New England homes and gardens. A wonderful neighborhood for walking and riding bikes. Plus the location is a short drive or bike ride from lovely Megansett Beach and only a 10- or 15-minute drive from the gorgeous Falmouth beaches

We loved our stay! This home is surprisingly large. There were only 5 of us and we were able to spread out. We could have easily had another family stay with us. As everyone else mentions, the beach chairs, ice chest, and beach toys were such a welcome bonus. We kept the chairs and a full ice chest in our car and enjoyed sunsets on different beaches every night. We had every intention to grill a few meals, but didn't end up eating at home - too many restaurants to try. However, the kitchen was well-stocked and the grill looked in great condition. The yard is gorgeous and the neighborhood so quiet! Very convenient to other places in the Cape. The longest drive we made was to Provincetown for whale watching - 1.5 hours to get there. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard was so close. The Shining Sea Bike Path was beautiful...and around the corner. They do provide a few blow dryers so you can leave those at home. Bring sheets, beach towels, and towels - that was new to us Texans, but is the norm in Cape Cod. Bring soap, too! The washer and dryer work well. We would absolutely stay here again-we felt right at home!

Everything about the property is excellent. The home is very well maintained, spacious and there are some really great amenities. The property is situated in a very quiet and quaint neighborhood in a beautiful wooded lot. There are many great beaches and restaurants all within a short drive. I would absolutely stay here again without question.

I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Falmouth. Short ride to the beaches and any stores you made need. Plenty of beds and every room had A/C! The home owners are extremely organized (providing a very detailed binder about the house and the area). The house is also so clean. They provided many items for kids as well, there was a pack n play, a booster seat, changing pad, games, night lights available and probably more. When it came to the beach, they also provide a lot of items you would need between chairs, towels, beach cart, toys, umbrella. etc etc. Just an all around great property for a week or weekend down the cape.

Each year our family (Grandma/Grandpa, Mom/Dad, 3 children: 16, 14, 9) takes a week during the summer in various locations to have some fun together. We stayed at this lovely house this year and were delighted with both the house and the location. There was plenty of room for everyone. The bike rental shop is a 4 or 5 minute walk from the house and the bike trail is right across the street from that. Perfect spot to hop on the trail and ride all the way to Woods Hole (10.7 miles) if you are feeling energetic. The neighborhood is small and quiet...perfect for the kids to ride their bikes after breakfast or while waiting for dinner. There are a few restaurants close by to walk to as well as a small grocery/deli. It was small but they had everything we needed. We visited a couple of the local beaches. One was a short 5 minute drive and the other was about 10 mins. We watched beautiful sunsets at both. We all enjoyed our stay in this very clean and comfy home and would love to return when staying on The Cape again.

We loved staying in this house. It was in excellent condition and beautifully decorated. The house is surprisingly spacious, and all the bedrooms are roomy with comfortable beds. Beautiful landscaping as well, with a nice sized backyard. Highly recommended!

I was lucky enough to rent this house along with my in laws and brothers family this summer. We had a wonderful time felt the house was clean and well maintained and the amenities were easy to use. It was a bike ride away from Megansett, the smaller private beach which made it both easy and fun for us. Old Silver Beach (prettiest beach in MA) about 5 min drive and has ample parking. I rented again early September when we visited Martha’s Vineyard, the house is located about 10-15 mins to the ferry and although its spacious enough for a family it was quaint for a weekend getaway for my fiancé and I . I look forward to renting again and I would highly recommend this home.

My husband and I have spent the last two of our Cape vacations at this lovely home. It has everything you could ask for. New and delightful furnishings and very comfortable beds. There's even an outdoor shower to wash the sand after a day at the beach. The private yard and deck, complete with a large gas grill, is perfect for a quiet evening in. Or if you prefer it is close to downtown and many quaint restaurants. We look forward to spending many more of our "Cape stays" at this location
