July 2022: GREAT value and location on the Cape! Loved using the outdoor area and walking to the nearby beach! The space was equipped with everything we needed. It was very comfortable for a couple on vacation. Although in a condominium community, the space was very private. Would love to come back!

September 2022: We enjoyed our recent stay here and found the unit to be clean and the bed very comfortable. Check in was easy and we appreciated the private outdoor space and handy kitchen supplies. It is a small space but the photos are accurate and it was perfect for the two of us!

July 2022: We loved our stay here and the location was amazing! The beaches were about a 4-5 minute walk as were restaurants and bars. I think this stay is perfect for a couple looking to relax and enjoy some beach time!

August 2022: This is the perfect space for staying on the Cape! You have everything you need to relax after a day at the beach or checking out the local sites. Checking in/out was a breeze and the the hosts responded very quickly to any questions. I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed every minute I was able to spend at this house on the Cape. The vibe of the house is one of calm retreat and spacious airiness. It was lovely. It’s off the main road, at the end of a lane with only one other house, so it is very quiet and offers lots of privacy.
There is a wood stove and big wooden table in the kitchen/dining area which was a lovely way to start and end the day. The view is of trees and an open grassy area where birds flitted by and their birdsong was always there—and, if I felt like eating outside, there was a deck right outside the door.
The bathroom is spacious with a skylight above the tub, the bedrooms are open with comfortable beds and plenty of windows giving views of the trees outside. The living room area also has lots of windows, a big relaxing couch and a nice-sized TV, which I didn’t use much because the house is so conducive to reading. It was just so easy to snuggle up on the couch with a cup of tea and a good book that I did that most evenings.
The quaint town of Barnstable with its town beach is close by, there’s plenty of woodsy walking paths — the closest was just a bit beyond the end of the lane — and if you want a day trip to Truro or Wellfleet, they are less than an hour away. Basically, it's a sweet, spacious and relaxing house in a perfect location on the Cape. I’m looking forward to the next time I’m able to spend time there.

Our family had a wonderful time at The Sandbox! The house was clean and fresh and we loved the coastal contemporary design vibe. Everyone loved the convenience of being so close to the beach, especially the kids, who made frequent drinks, snacks and bathroom runs! Highest praise comes from Wally (our sheepadoodle) who was absolutely joyous to have been included. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. The beachy (but elevated) interior design of the cottage together with its proximity to the ocean and village of Harwich Port, provided us with the perfect vacation - we caught up on our reading (on the beach) and walked everywhere!! And although we enjoyed eating out, we were very appreciative to have an outdoor grill and a well appointed kitchen!

I spent a week at The Sandbox with my two adult boys and daughter. The home is the 3rd house from the beach at the end of a long, dead-end street, so it's very private with almost no vehicle traffic at all. The property was immaculate, both upstairs and downstairs and set up perfectly for our family. The backyard was ideal for grilling and the boys used the outdoor shower which was hot and private, every day. The town is close enough to walk for coffee and we went there at least once or twice every day. I can't wait to book this again.

We have been fortunate to spend time at Elmers, and what a beautiful spot! It is close to several wonderful beaches and has quick access to Hyannis with a number of restaurants and such. The property is quiet and tranquil with a big deck overlooking trees and flowers and a pool if you’d like a change of pace from the beaches. It’s a perfect spot for adults looking for a quiet getaway or for a family looking for a great spot to enjoy time together.

We loved our stay on Portview Road!!! What a magical location!!! The photos don’t do it justice. There are multiple decks with gorgeous views and a sea breeze, the interior is adorable and spacious. Plenty of room for our whole family with lots of kid amenities. Could not recommend it more! Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

(Stayed 8/25 - 8/28 2022) This home was lovely and spacious - perfect for our multigenerational visit to Harwich Port. My parents were able to stay on the main floor while we stayed with our two children in one room and my brother stayed with his son in the other room on the second floor. Perfect space and location was great too - walking distance to town and the beach but nice and quiet! We would stay again!

This house is just a short walk to Cockle Cove beach. There is also a cart path in the neighborhood to a private beach, and we had a lot of fun exploring trying to find that. This house has everything you could imagine. The kids had so much fun discovering the waterway and kayaking to Taylors Pond and then back again toward the ocean. The adults enjoyed relaxing outside on the deck, catching some sun and grilling for dinner. What a special time away as a family.

My mother and I stayed here for a long weekend on Cape Cod. The location in INCREDIBLE - practically steps away from the ocean. The apartment itself is super cute and appealing, and extremely comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend!
