The house was just as pictured and accommodated ages 4-64!
Beautiful bay views! Beach right outside back door!
Upstairs was great for a family with kids.
Downstairs bedroom great for grandparents… would have loved a king bed.
We had a wonderful week!

Stayed here for our annual fishing trip. Great house. It is an essential home, nothing fancy. Which we like. The smell of moth balls was something we got used to. The spiral staircase was a little sketchy, but just added character to the house. the view is great of the beach‼️ Very nice. You park in a different road than what the house is on. Everyone had their own beds and the 3.5 bathrooms came in handy. We got lucky it wasn’t hott this year. The home is not equipped with air conditioning. It may be a great option for our “fall run” fishing trip. But I dont think we will go back in june(we got super lucky it wasnt hot because we didnt see it had no air conditioning lol) Our fault, not the property. Look forward to renting again. We spent 3 nights at a lovely pet friendly CC home. It was a few steps away from a small beach area and fishing spot. The house was clean and comfy and had all the items we needed to prepare our meals. It has a great fenced yard and deck. It was a great getaway.

Arrived to a very clean, spacious and attractive unit. We spent 3 nights…with our pup. We enjoyed spending time in the fenced yard, a very lovely deck and fire pit area. The kitchen had items we needed to fix our meals…loved the office area off by itself…very convenient for calls etc….we liked walking to the beach area and throwing a line or two in for a few hours. We are very pleased with our choice of rental.

We truly enjoyed our 3 night stay! Booking was super easy and the rental company was great with keeping us informed on the home. The beds were incredibly comfortable. There was 6 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, umbrella, and 2 coolers in the basement. We loved using the fire pit at night and the kids loved the hammock. Everything was great! We would definitely stay there again! It was a quick 5 min drive to the beach, a walk to the pond, 5 min to grocery store.

We were here for sons wedding at CBI. Our other son came from California with 18 month old twins. This is a top notch home with all the amenities a family could need. Each and every room was beautifully decorated and homey. We would definitely rebt here again.

The Mooring is an amazing vacation home. The booking process and entering the home was easy. The home is clean, a beautiful last century feel with modern conveniences. The kitchen is ample and beautiful with all appliances, plates, etc. and a keurig coffee machine. The room are well-decorated and comfortable, parking and yard plentiful. Each room’s bathroom is clean with beautiful showers and modern with plenty of towels, but bring your own soap and shampoo. The large front porch is a wonderful place for a casual meal or to sit comfortably with coffee or a drink. The house is a short walk to a beautiful semi-private beach and to several restaurants and a quaint grocery store and breakfast spots. There are several golf course choices in the area and the Natural History Museum in nearby Brewster is a great place to spend the day. I absolutely recommend the Mooring Home in Harwich Port.

We enjoyed our time in Cape Cod and our accommodations made our stay even better. The condo is beautifully decorated and the central location made it easy to visit multiple towns. We were also able to enjoy the outdoor patio as the neighborhood is very quiet. The beach is very close to the condo, making for an easy walk in the morning. We would absolutely stay again!

This is my first time using NEVR. I was surprised at all the service and care that was taken. Cottage was GREAT neat and clean and as advertised. Information sent for recreation that included my dog was unexpected and very useful as we enjoyed the dog parks suggested. I have already recommended NEVR to several of my friends. Accommodations were absolutely wonderful! We rented the Moorings for a wedding weekend and everything was just perfect. We had 8 people and the location is spectacular. The house is very well fitted for a group of people. Each room is spacious and private while the downstairs is wonderful for the group to gather. Recommend downloading the SONOS App prior to arrival. We booked this lovely Cape Cod home for a week and it was the perfect getaway. First, the location: only about 1/8th of a mile from the beach, we walked our dogs up every day to enjoy the scenery. The house is also located just a few blocks off Rte-28, a main road to all restaurants, activities and shopping. As for the house itself: it was a perfect fit! Wonderfully clean and spotless, and adorably decorated throughout. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed — plates, glasses, utensils, cookware, etc. The fridge was SPOTLESS. Backyard is set up with grill, fire pit, table and chairs, and plenty of room for the dogs to run around after a long road trip. Another note about the dogs: the house came packed with dog bowls and beds! What a treat! Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. There’s a laundry machine/dryer in the basement that was great for a quick wash before we hit the road. Wifi worked great and the sitting room was the perfect place to gather around with snacks and a good show after a long day of sight seeing. I can’t recommend this place enough! We’ll definitely be back!

(Stayed July 2022) The location of this house is perfect, a short walk to "Little Beach", minutes from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, in a pleasant family neighborhood. You can hear the waves while sitting up on the deck in the evening or sleeping with the windows open. A great Cape Cod beach house.

(Stayed August 2022) We loved our Cape Cod vacation at Beach Plum Cottage! It is so close to the beach and we loved that we could easily go back and forth throughout the day. The house has lots of great indoor space, but we especially liked the different outdoor areas. The patio was great for grilling and we also loved the screened porch for relaxing and gathering for dinner. You can see and hear a bit of the ocean from the deck, which makes it the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine. This house has Cape Cod charm but is updated and modern.

(Stayed July 2022) I loved sleeping in the twin bedroom next to the window and waking up with a view of the ocean. I took my coffee out on the deck to enjoy the sun and watch the water and it was absolutely beautiful. It’s also a great neighborhood to go for a jog then hop in the ocean to cool off!

This place was a little gem. Directly across from the beach and a short bike ride from the canal, it was perfect for our young family. The home was very clean and well cared for. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunset from the back porch… wonderful views of the sun setting in the distance over the Sagamore Bridge!

We loved our visit to Sagamore Beach. The beach was right across the street and had a huge sandbar. We enjoyed every minute at the beach with our grandchildren searching for sea treasures. The home was perfect for our needs as we stayed in the basement bedroom and my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren slept in the upstairs bedrooms. We loved our stay and will be back.

We had a great stay. We love the natural light and bright atmosphere. Our kids were able to spy some deer in the backyard a couple of times. Thanks for all the board games we played something new every night. We appreciated the high-speed Wi-Fi as a few work-related issues came up. Clean and comfortable home.

We stayed for a week in Aug 2022 at this perfect house! Everything was easy, clean, and clear, and the boys each had their own rooms. The owners were super helpful in providing best things to do and places to eat. Few highlights: Crisp for dinner outside, Kettleers Baseball at Lowell Park AWESOME, The Barn on MV (best food!! Plus bowling), jumping off the Jaws Bridge on MV, the Heritage Museum in Sandwich (classic car exhibit), The Chart Room restaurant in Cotuit on the water, kids liked Water Wizz but it was very crowded, The glass museum in sandwich (glass blowing every hour)! Fabulous dinner at Añejo in Hyannis, the outdoor seating is enchanting! There was plenty to do at the house! Games and books and entertainment plus a beautiful deck and easy walks to a fun general store. The owners provided a beach, pass for the local beach, and also offered their kayaks! We would absolutely vacation here again, without hesitation!

I can't say enough great things about The Wicked Whidah! As a dog owner, I was thrilled to find a pet-friendly rental property that went above and beyond to accommodate our dog. One of the highlights of our stay was grilling on the deck while taking in the wooded view. And with beach supplies already at the house, we were able to fully enjoy the nearby beaches without having to worry about packing everything ourselves. We can't wait to come back again!

We had a great stay at The Wicked Whidah. The location was perfect, with shopping area close by and easy access to Route 6. The house was cozy and well-decorated with a nautical theme, and the living room was comfortable with a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a great seating area. The bedrooms were spacious, and the the beds were comfortable. The lower level had an area with plenty of toys and games, which my kids loved. The yard was large and provided a great space for us to relax and the outdoor shower was a great addition! I also appreciated the local art displayed throughout the home. June 2022: So cute! It felt very cozy and was very clean. Love the quaint atmosphere and the back patio space! Hosts were very helpful and kind. Ps-Shower pressure is solid too! Overall, we had a great time - we went to a beach that was a 10 minute walk away - there is also another larger beach that is a little farther but easily driveable. Also, there's a very fairly-priced fish market down the street - we cooked some lobsters and steamers from there in the kitchen and it was delicious!

Amazing place! Small like a studio apartment but you're on vacation! Perfect location, super quiet at night and there are so many awesome restaurants within 5-10 minutes and the beach too! Very clean, smooth check in, awesome price. Book it!
