Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful vacation home. We came to spend Memorial Day weekend with our son's best friend and his family. We are going to have some wonderful memories from our stay - from mini golf to going on the Cape Cod dinner train to shopping and dining in P-Town and Chatham. We have been staying here every summer for past 20+ years and love it! It is quintessential cape cod, house is rustic but comfortable and location can’t be beat. Best beach on cape cod, gentle water, huge sand bars and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets and views. If you want a true cape cod experience and family time without the crowds this place can’t be beat. We were down the cape for a famiky bridal shower. House was perfect, as advertised! Had minor glitch with TV but was taken care of immediately. Outdoor space is wonderful. Enjoyed and will be back! Thank you.

Certainly, Centerville does not compare to the island of Nantucket BUT the house does!! The details and decor were spot on. The views are breathtaking. And it is very peaceful. We were there in mid-June so possibly, the lake gets busier in July and August. We also slept great because it is so quiet. The basement deserves a review of its own! The younger adults played pool and watched movies in the great room. We never heard them while lounging in our master suite. We will be back!

House was clean and bigger than we expected. The best part about the house is the very short walk to the beach and the wonderful deck over looking the ocean.

We stayed at the Lobsta House at 19 Burton Avenue, West Harwich for the period May 26 through June 23. The month spent there was wonderful, relaxing and the house had all the amenities that one would find at home. The location was ideal as it’s conveniently located between Dennisport and Chatham. We enjoyed the all weather enclosed porch and the spacious deck with comfortable chairs. This is our first vacation rental through NEVR and we highly recommend the company. First class service, responsive to our requests and very efficient.

Changes in Latitude is tidy home with water view, a walk to the rocky bay front beach, and a quick drive to town or the Canal waterfront. The house color palette is tastefully simple whites, grays, blues. The kitchen is stocked, the beds are comfortable and you can peek the sunset from one window and check the Bay tide from another window. There is a flight of stairs to get to the main living area, so keep this in mind if your family has seniors or small children. There are similar steep stairs outside to the patio where there's a fire pit, an outdoor shower and a yard filled with birds and bunnies. (We always love an outdoor shower on the Cape.) There are two bathrooms, but both need to be accessed via the bedrooms. From New England Vacation Rentals: Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. This house was very comfortable with knockout water views and a great deck. Two sleeping areas on either side of the living quarters, each with a queen room and a twin room make it ideal for two families vacationing or one family entertaining some guests. The management company was superb, responding immediately and courteously to our questions/concerns. They offer an excellent, clear process for the rental process, providing option for cancellation insurance. This was our second time with them and now I would look to them first when seeking a rental. The rental was a bit overpriced. The driveway has a pretty bad pavement heave going on that needs to be fixed. There is an ants problem that seems over and above what might be expected. We are happy to assist our guests with anything that may come up! We agree that this home is special for many reasons - the views and location being a lovely start! We apologize for the ants - they are an unfortunate seasonal issue on the Cape but we do have ways to ease the situation if we had known. As for the driveway, the homeowner has looked into repairing the uneven spot and plans to consider that outside of the rental season (it would require the entire driveway to be resurfaced). Regardless, we always appreciate your feedback as it improves the guest experience and we look forward to helping you find your next vacation home!

The views are what will grab you from the moment you walk in. Peeking thru the front door, we could see thru the beautiful appointed den to the lake! The house is beautifully decorated. It reminds me of rentals on Nantucket: comfortable with rich fabrics throughout. My adult children enjoyed long nights in the fabulous basement, while my husband and I slept without a sound in our master bedroom ( and the views!!!). Wish I had a boat to enjoy the calm waters and neighborhood. It offered all the amenities needed for cooking. A super comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere. The back yard area offered up the perfect place to hang and eat breakfast/lunch. The pool looked amazing but it was a tad bit chilly for us to take dip in. The best part of all was the short 2 min walk to the beach. I was super happy to squeeze in and get some beach and tan time in. There are abundance of places to go out to eat. 100% recommend this place. The place was neat and clean. We have been going there for many years. However , there were no cleaning supplies IE paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid . Except in the bag you left. From New England Vacation Rentals: Thank you for your review! We are glad you found the home neat/clean! The homeowner does offer the "Welcome Bag" that we leave on their behalf/cost. It includes a "starter" amount of supplies for your stay but our homes do not come equipped with those items. We apologize for any confusion this caused however this homeowner did choose to supply some items for their guest so they would have an enjoyable experience.

This cottage is beautifully laid out with two family areas and a great fenced-in yard for our dogs. I've never been so close to the beach! And the rental company is very responsive and friendly. The only two drawbacks are the small bathroom and shower, and the beds are a bit hard on the back, but overall, still a great place and a great neighborhood to walk your dogs and chat with neighbors.

We really enjoyed staying at this location - so close to everything in Sandwich! The beach-y themed decor was spot-on, and the dog friendly amenties were appreciated, such as the outdoor doggy shower. From New England vacation Rentals:  Thank you for your great review. We spent a few days down on the Cape for our anniversary. We loved our rental! It was close to some amazing restaurants, an art gallery with beautiful works, and not too far from Chatham. The pictures of the home didn't do it justice. We walked in and couldnt believe how spacious and big it was. The windows brought so much natural light in and the roof top deck was perfect to sit out on during the day to soak up the sun. And at night to hear some of the live bands playing at the restaurants nearby. We look forward to staying here again!

The house was just as pictured and accommodated ages 4-64! Beautiful bay views! Beach right outside back door! Upstairs was great for a family with kids. Downstairs bedroom great for grandparents… would have loved a king bed. We had a wonderful week! New England Vacation Rentals - We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and used the amenities this home has to offer!  We will put in a good word for the King bed - maybe you will see it next year.

Beautiful old Cape Cod Cottage with amazing views. Clean, comfortable with stunning views Oceanside and Marsh side! The dogs also love this place! Great for walks by the water and marshes and the best deck to view sunrise/sunsets. Can’t wait to go back next year!!! From New England Vacation Rentals :  Thank you Pat! Althoug a nice quiet rental with all you need...we did not use its potential.....we travelled all over boston and up and down the cape....and yes we would definetly rent again but for a longer period of time .....it was GREAT and thank you

This house was perfect for our family - spacious, clean, nicely furnished, and a well-stocked kitchen and newer appliances. The weather was not entirely cooperative, so having a nice place to spend time indoors, as well as being so close to Chatham and Brewster, was ideal. But we did have some nice days, and the kayaks/canoe were a great bonus. This house is clearly well-loved and maintained well. We would visit again - thank you for having us Poppy!
