This home is an ideal retreat for a large family. It is beautiful, roomy, clean, well equipped and comfortable. It is only steps from a spectacular beach and very convenient to goid restaurants, a good grocery store, quaint stores and even the National Seashore. The beach wagon, grill and large table came in so handy. We loved having linens provided. NEVR provided great service-easy to work with and wonderfully responsive. It was an ideal arrangement. We had such a nice time! The beach was right down the road. Everything was nice and clean and accessible. We had a lot of good restaurants to choose from. I really liked the Sailing Cow!

We had a lovely stay at this property. The location is perfect and the home was wonderful, especially the great room/porch. We had an issue with hot water but the property owner drove down personally to fix it very quickly. We would absolutely book at this property again!

This was our 7th season at “Summer Wind” and it continues to be the yearly family highlight. We love the view, the easy access to the beach, the wonderful “new” kitchen, and what my grandchildren affectionately call the “s’mores pit”. We can’t imagine a summer without this respite from real life ….

Excellent house and location. Clean, comfortable, and lots of space to relax. It would be great if the house had some window AC units for those very humid days (we had a couple of really rainy, warm days).

We had a great stay at this home, ages 12 to 77. House was beautiful, everything was well kept and extremely clean. Ample room for all, house is very well equipped with appliances and gadgets in the kitchen and outdoor furniture/grill/fire pit. Location was key as it was a minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the Center of town. Perfect location, perfect home.

Very cute summer cottage. We were very comfortable and were happy we could bring our dog. Backyard very nice and loved the gas fireplace. Had what we needed for our stay. Nice neighborhood for walking.

This home exceeded our expectations. The lake activities were popular with young and old alike. The house was spectacular. Plenty of room for everyone and multiple activities indoors. Best house we have ever rented at the Cape.

What a perfect vacation home experience! The rental process was seamless. NERVH was responsive, efficient and made the whole process easy to navigate. The home was a complete home run—clean, airy, comfortable and beautiful. Its proximity to the spectacular beach was perfect. The bedrooms were beautiful, the bathrooms clean and refreshing. The home was well equipped and met every need for our large family ( age 3 to 68). The beach wagon came in very handy as did the grill and large gathering table. Having the linens provided was a great convenience. By far, our best home rental experience. We hope to return someday.

A beautiful and relaxing condo vacation! The owners’ kind welcome bag and well stocked home made this vacation really relaxing. The view in the back was so beautiful, and we loved watching the two bunnies that live on the property.

This is a small beach house that has a well-equipped kitchen and is in a very convenient spot in Dennis Port. It is walkable to multiple restaurants, including Ocean House, Wee Packet, Wooden Shoe, and Sundae School. My husband, toddler, 3 month old, and I very much enjoyed our stay, although we felt a little cramped at times. The ventless washer/dryer was small, but worked well for our needs. The beaches within walking distance of the home were nice, easily accessible, and not particularly crowded.

We had the pleasure of staying in this adorable retreat in June 2023. Everything was new, fresh and clean and perfectly waiting for us upon arrival. Adorable and very clean! The house is set back from the road with a huge yard. We enjoyed watching and hearing nature wake up in the morning while we had coffee. The gas fireplace in the living room was awesome in the evening for a quick pop of heat and romance. Easy to work. We had friends over for dinner and the kitchen was modern and easy to work in. I think it is brand new. The location could not be more central. Skaket Beach was a two minute drive away, Shaws was less than a mile in the other direction and downtown Orleans a ten minute walk away. We will be back - thinking August for the PMC weekend!

This home was large, modern and well maintained. Having pool and hot tub was so great. Dock to the river was our favorite addition since we could paddle to the beach. No parking worries! Also close to restaurants, ice cream and Hyannis ferries. Really made for relaxing and enjoyable week with our family.

The proximity to the beach - a short walk away - and the hot tub both contributed to a relaxing getaway. The back deck and yard had a nice vibe too. Just a short drive to Chatham. The house was immaculate with plenty of spots to hang out and unwind.

This home is on a private well kept lot. Plenty of rooms for cars and the grounds are beautiful. The house is well laid out and perfectly maintained. The pool is great with plenty of seating. The hot tub and fire pit are bonuses.
