The house is immaculate and felt like home! The check in and check out process was easy and the stay in between was nothing short of fantastic! We walked to the beach 3+ times a day since the walk was so short and enjoyable! The location is perfect. Everything you need is within 5 min! On nights we stayed in, we were able to cook delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen! Excellent stay! We highly recommend.

This was the first time ever staying at a VRBO this was a great overall experience listing was exactly what we wanted. It was exactly what we got was very quiet the house was clean no problems whatsoever. I was amazed at everything that was there. It’s totally different than staying in a motel I would go back again anytime the ease of booking was amazing

We enjoyed our week long stay at this beautiful and spacious home. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and downtown Harwich Port and a short drive to all the attractions. Our teens ride they’re bikes all over. Started my days with a walk on the beach and we ended most days with sunset swims. Would definitely book again.

The Mooring is the perfect vacation spot, a block from the beach and a block from downtown shopping in a quaint New England town. A great place for people watching with a nice glass of wine, lounging on the front porch!

This was the second year we rented 225J. There are three of us, so this house was beyond perfect. There were a few things that needed to be repaired, but it did not affect the home or our vacation at all. A couple more chairs on the outside deck would’ve been most appreciated, as well as a few more cooking pans, but other than that the house is wonderful! The natural breeze it comes in from the front door is just delicious!

Wonderful vacation, great little cottage, our only complaint is mattresses are super hard, and would be nice to get in earlier than 4pm check in, with check in so late and check out so early eliminates two days. I know need to clean between but so small it doesn’t take long! I cleaned it before we brought all our stuff in anyway. We love the beach and the location. Thanks for another great year, this was our 10th we think!

Our second summer at this very well maintained and welcoming property perfect for a comfortable, relaxing family vacation. Well equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. Very short walk to the beach and a heated pool. Easy access to the Cape Cod Canal Bikeway for cycling and walking.

This is our 4th year renting this house. Plenty of space, nice deck and yard. Only thing missing is an outdoor shower. The new realty company New England Vacation Rentals made the rental process and check out super easy.

I loved the house! I loves how it had wood floors throughout the house. I loved how it had an open feel, yet you could also have some privacy by going to your bedroom or the second family room. I loved how the house was fenced in for the dog, that was a huge bonus! The area was quiet and I loved it. I would def rent this house again next year! The only thing I would fix is the beds/mattresses. They are not comfortable, very very firm, and the two double beds especially squeak and make a lot of noises every time you move. Other than that the house is great!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful home that was clean and spacious. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and downtown Harwich Port ( both just a 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride) . Started every morning with a walk on the beach and ended most nights with a sunset swim. Our teens loved the dorm style bedroom and access to everything from this home.

House was a perfect fit for our group! Perfect location! Would highly recommend this house. Kitchen stocked well. Would have liked to have some bigger pots to cook in for a larger group but we made it work. Very clean house. Rental company easy to work with and responds in a timely manner!

We just got back from our first vacation on the Cape and we stayed in the cutest little cottage right on the ocean (well not directly, you just had to walk across the tiny parking lot). The cottage was bigger than I expected with everything you need to call it home for the week including a washer dryer! 3 bedrooms, plenty of beds if you have a small brood and despite it being off season, still plenty to do locally! The rental company was awesome, I had screwed up the dates and they got it fixed right away! The woman there was in quick contact with me to help with any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience and highly recommended!!

The cottage is exceptionally decorated and very fitting to the Cape vibes. Great storage for two adults, however, would be tight with children. Outdoor space was lovely to have and well equipped though beach chairs in rough shape. Area was perfect, steps from the beach. Thank you for hosting us!

At first I thought the cottage was a little tight for the three of us, but the yard is a nice size. Absolutely loved the outdoor shower. The lake is next door, there's a small sandy beach that is shared with the community. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Location is great if you plan on exploring the cape or staying in Yarmouth. I would definitely stay there again. The neighborhood was safe, friendly neighbors. We really enjoyed our stay.

Indra's cottage is a home away from home. I loved the warm & welcoming feeling from the minute I stepped inside the home. I walked around the neighborhood, enjoyed the private beach which is only a few minutes away, and loved walking around the shops/restaurants. In the evenings, the back patio has a wonderful gas fireplace, bbq for grilling and the entire open floor layout makes it feels so nice. The ferry to Martha's vineyard is close and there are so many beaches to visit all around Mashpee and around the Cape. Come and treat yourself to a relaxing time! Plus, the beds are super comfortable and there's a game room in the basement with a ping pong table and Pacman!

I would recommend removing or grinding down the stump close to the driveway. My husband hit it twice causing us to have to purchase a new tire for his vehicle. The window air conditioners were noisy - maybe replace them with new ones. Please don’t be offended by my previous comments- Everything else was GREAT. The house was big enough to accommodate a large group- it was only my husband and I for the week, but part of his family came for 2 days. The deck in the back was great to hang out and watch the boats. The house was very private from any neighbors. We loved how close this location was to everything - Main Street, grocery store, etc. Cleanliness of the house was good - the option to rent linens was awesome. Our family visited Indra Cottage in July. From the quintessential Cape sounds of the driveway stones upon driving up to the adorable blue house to sunset summer dinners on the back porch, we truly had a perfect visit. There were plenty of cozy beds for our family to rest their sun kissed skin, the kitchen was spacious for serving up big breakfasts and gathering around a large table, and the living room was a great place for playing, puzzles, and cuddles. We loved being able to walk to the pond or hoping in the car for a quick ride to the shore. It was fun exploring Mashpee Commons too; nice restaurants, shopping, and ice cream treats nearby. The location is great-not too far from Bourne Bridge and we had minimal traffic getting to and from Cape Cod during peak season. The house had everything we needed for our stay (esp crisp central air) and we can’t wait to go back!

My family and I had a fabulous time. This is a beautiful home and look forward to booking again. The only issue we found was that the grill was filthy and we were unable to cook on the grill which was disappointing. I sent an email to NEVR they contacted the owner and with in an hour or less he had a very nice gentleman come out and clean the grill. The backyard is not very big and no privacy, it may not be a good yard for families with small children. For me it was perfect sitting out on the deck each morning enjoying the quiet and my coffee. The walk to the beach was maybe a 3 min walk. The beach is very rocky and really not a place to swim but you can certainly work on your tan. The house was just minutes way from restaurants, groceries and liquor stores. Overall we had a wonderful time.

My family came to this house for a week to celebrate my Mom’s 80th birthday. It was perfect for us with the kitchen and large table for meals, the pool, the walk to the beach, the walk to town, and that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The house is well stocked and beautifully detailed but without too much clutter. We had a fantastic time and my Mom was so happy to be with us all that she choked up and cried more than once.

We have been staying here for several summer vacations. The house is well equipped, clean, spacious and family friendly. We have young grandchildren, so being right on the beach is very important. The rental agents are easy to contact and respond/notify us with any issues/concerns (we had none). We look forward to making many more memories there in the future.

This was our second visit to Cape Shore O. We love the location! It's very private and quiet on the end of the road. The 2nd floor deck gets shade in the afternoon making it the perfect spot to escape the sun. We loved everything about this beach house and look forward to returning!

We absolutely loved this house! The beach was easy to get to and the views from the deck were beautiful. We had 10 people in our group and we all slept comfortably. I would definitely stay at this house again!
