So enjoyable. Great family vacation. Our son, an amateur gourmet chef, was happy with the kitchen. He cooked wonderful seafood meals for us. We love the location. Hope to return in 2024!!

The home was perfect for our family. The owners have done an amazing job creating the cape cod scene. The outdoor shower was key! Beach front living was the perfect escape. The ease of the rental process was purely gratifying. For sure will do it again! Robert

We had an excellent stay at this property. House was very well appointed and comfortable for our 2-year old and dog. Very well located, in close proximity to the beach, and a short drive to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and other activities. Will certainly look to return.

We stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed every second of it. The house is very well appointed and centrally located; a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and other activities. Neighborhood was very quiet. Communication with the property management company was simple and easy and the one minor issue we had during our stay was quickly resolved.

We were very happy with this vacation rental! There was plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 little ones. The ocean views from the house and deck were beautiful! The path across the road to the beach was just a quick walk! Shades in the bedrooms would have been a nice addition but we certainly managed without them!

We enjoyed our stay the Latitude Adjustment very much. The house is easily the most well appointed rental home we have ever rented. It has everything you would ever need. The short walk to the beach is pleasant and the beach itself is lovey. The short walk up the hill to restaurants and stores is convenient as well. Overall, the house and location are great.

What a wonderful week for a vacation! We enjoyed looking for sand dollars at low tide, walks to the canal, and pool time at the house. A birthday lunch at Fisherman’s View across the canal was terrific for lobster rolls, crab cakes, and chowder. The house is so beautiful and comfortable. Thanks for a memorable vacation!

The house has everything needed. But the most importantly is when you walk out the front door and your front lawn is a beach. 5 year running and will continue visiting

Amazing home! Beautiful marsh ! It was awesome watching the tide go in and out daily. House goes from ocean view to ocean front with the tide:) We rented kayaks from Rideaway Adventures and enjoyed kayaking through the wetlands and creek, fishing, catching crabs. Great location on route 6A easily got to other towns and beaches!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of four! It was extremely clean and very well stocked with all the essentials. We could have easily fit another family of 3-4 in this home comfortably. A short walk to the beach and on a very quiet part of an already peaceful road. We loved this home!

We have rented this house twice now and have loved it each time. The location is close to town and a short walk to Oyster Pond which has become one of our favorites. The beach at the end of the road is also a plus that our dogs enjoyed tremendously. My only complaint is that we thought there were kayaks included with the house but they weren't there this year. We were looking forward to using them. Overall, we love this house and plan to rent again.

This was our 3rd year renting 54 Hiawatha. Every year it is better and better. This year - Painted walls, new refrigerator.. In the garage - there were beach toys, beach chairs was great! Corn Hole Game for the back yard. As always the grill was great! The only thing is the floor in the outside shower is falling apart. A few screws were sticking up-we screwed them back down. Someone should look at it soon so no one gets hurt. We definitely want to rent this house again. We have rented it for the same week for 3 years. We have lots of family that rent houses the same week. Can someone please call me or email me as I would like to make sure of the week. Thank you, Paula

We adore this house! It is so close to the beach, where we spend 90% of our time when we visit the Cape. It is clean, comfortable, and the central AC is amazing. It has everything we need in terms of space (bedrooms and places to spread out) for a family, areas for dining, an outdoor shower, and beach chairs and accessories. We love that we can be in town in a few minutes and walk to the beach in about 3 minutes. The residents and other renters on the street are always kind people who make our stay fun. We plan to return next summer!

Perfect for our family of 4. Very cool tiny house packed with everything you need for the perfect week on the cape. Extremely convenient location, especially to Skaket Beach and Orleans Firebirds baseball games which are both activities we love. Modern feel inside. One constructive idea is to look into a bunk bed with fold out on the bottom in the den to accommodate kids as they get older. Current setup was perfect for ours though (age 5 and 7). We would recommend to family and friends and hope to return again.

This was our second year renting the Pineapple House and it was as wonderful as the first year. The home is immaculate with large rooms and comfortable furnishings. We love that all 3 bedrooms have en suite baths; so convenient fr our family of 5. The fenced in yard is perfect for our little dog and the large deck with comfortable outdoor furniture is perfect for relaxing with a good book, a glass of wine and just chatting with the family. Our family loves being on Main Street and being able to walk to the wonderful shops, restaurants and ice cream shops. Our beach is just across the road and a short walk. Easy peasy. We are so looking forward to returning again next summer to our "home away from home". I would also like to give a shout out to NEVR for their friendly and exceptional service. They are all so easy to work with and are always available to answer any questions. We have used them for several years and can't imagine using any other rental agency. The Pineapple House is simply perfect.

We loved the location! Walking distance to Sea St beach, the Pelham House, Sundae School, Chapins fish & Chip, the Wee Packet, Wooden Shoe and more. The house was clean and comfortable and we loved the outdoor patio and outdoor shower. Thank you!

We've been staying in this house for several years and its a great place! Great location, a good amount of space and nicely furnished. The addition of AC this year was also a very nice surprise. The only complaint we have is the mattresses/beds. Both the queen size and the twin size mattresses are not all that comfortable and the queen bed is extremely noisy when you get in or out and even when just rolling over. The queen bed is also very low. Aside from the beds - we love Cape Shore C

We had a great experience here as usual. Been staying for years and was happy that it was as wonderful with NEVR as w Beach Realty. Had a little difficulty with the TV bit it was resolved fairly quickly. Also the instructions for the garbage pickup was not clear but also resolved. Can't wait to come back next year! Thanks

Second year at 118 Deep Hole Road, Harwich. The home is perfect for us. Large dining room table hosts our yearly vacation puzzle plus room for late night card games. The owners have a cabinet full of Christmas dishes so we went with the theme of Christmas in July this year, we had Christmas lights and made decorations and Christmas cookies, on the 25th we did a Yankee Swap! Weather was perfect for beach days and just a short walk.

Very close to the beach, the Cape house was very inviting, loved the outside enclosed porch, spent most of our time out there. Since it was a very humid week, the central air was a plus. Have been going to the Cape for many years, and this property gave the feeling of Cape Cod. Would recommend that a: suggested list of items to bring: trash bags, paper towels, tin foil, Kleenex, toilet paper, and other items that are used daily that the owners will not supply. Definitely, interested in renting it again next year. Also would like to comment on the excellent service given by the New England Vacation rentals staff.
