Everything was exactly what we needed for our Mother/Daughter getaway. Morning coffee on the beach which is literally a few steps away. Very comfortable and cozy. Perfect location if you’re looking for something super close to the beach yet an easy drive to everything else you want to do. We will definitely be back. Definitely recommend!

Seaglass was amazing! It’s perfect just like the pics on the website! It’s all it’s cracked up to be, a 5 star house right on the beach. The house was clean and well stocked (linens, soaps, dishes etc). We’ll definitely consider renting here again in the near future. The host was very responsive and the keyless entry was easy to use. It’s perfect for a family getaway, it’s a peaceful and private. We loved it and would highly recommend it! Thanks New England vacation rentals for making us feel right at home!

We enjoyed the property very much. Nice to meet the owner, Andrew. I have spent a fair amount of time on the Cape over the years. However, it has been a while. Disappointed that there weren’t more restaurants.

Very small house with a great fenced in yard, which our dog loved! Awesome outdoor firepit and grill. Close to the lake in a nice,safe walkable neighborhood. The location was close to stores and about 15 minutes to Mayflower and West Dennis beaches.

Its a Perfect studio apartment cottage in a private setting area along w other cottages. Very cozy. The beach is literally steps away w stairs down. Everything described was exact and great. Really nice beds. Hi ceiling,fans, full kitchen, nice bathroom, easy functioning TV, & more. Perfect getaway for myself (dad) & my 2 young teens. We'll be back.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home, we enjoyed the stunning views of the lake and the house was perfect for a family getaway. Lots of attention and details that made our stay perfect. Sunfish boat and Kayaks were definitively a big plus as well as fishing gear.

We loved this sweet little cottage and would recommend it to friends looking for a beach front spot. It was great to have beach chairs, umbrella, blanket, and cooler to set us up for our day on the beach. When we needed more blankets the hosts were responsive and prompt.

We had a wonderful stay in Whale Watch at Seacoast Cottages. Steps away from the beach, ocean breeze coming through the windows and comfortable accommodations. Absolutely the R & R we needed after a busy few days of moving our college freshman into her dorm. Just perfect!

This house is perfectly situated on the beach in a very peaceful and serene environment. The house feels new and had everything our family needed for a comfortable week long stay. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family, and we would love to stay again in the future.

Our stay was exactly what I was looking for: an old cottage, right on the water’s edge, with water views from multiple rooms, outside space to sit for quiet sitting, a sunporch with a comfy couch to lie on all day with a good book . A/C in all rooms, TV in each bedroom and living room and sun porch. Although you must bring your own linens, they provided adequate starter amounts for all essentials.
I would definitely return; however, having said all that, please read the rest of the review carefully, as this could be “3” for you.
This is an old house; well maintained, but old; it has slightly slanted floors in some rooms, a narrow, steep staircase with sturdy rope bannister on one side. The kitchen is well stocked with good appliances and the bathrooms have been updated, if small. There is no separate dining room; there is a round table with 4 chairs.
If you are looking for shiny, new and updated, this is not your house. For me, it was exactly what I wanted.

Beautiful cottage steps from the beach. Plenty of lounge chairs along the lawn overlooking the beach. Flip flop cottage was perfect for us and was well stocked. Great location “mid-cape” making it easy to get anywhere. Highly recommend!

This was a fantastic place and perfect for two families! The attention to detail was great, everything was labeled and there were so many games/cards/streaming services- plenty to do to keep my kids entertained on a rainy day! We would absolutely rent again!!!!!!

Kitchen was especially wonderful. While we love Chatham's restaurants, we also love to pick up goodies at the fish market and create great meals. The dining room accommodated us very well. Also, our guests noted that the mattresses were among the best they'd experienced in rental homes. My husband and I agreed. Loved that the linens were supplied. Also that soaps for all purposes except laundry were on hand. GREAT having two washers/dryers and dishwashers.

The Whip-O-Will house is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, surrounded by trees and filled with bird songs. We spent our morning coffee and other meals in the screened porch which is a perfect place to relax, enjoying the fresh air and the birds. The house is not big but can comfortably host six people. We spent our days away from the house, exploring the National Seashore hikes and beaches, so all we needed was a place to sleep and to cook our meals for which the Whip-O-Will house was perfect. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful stay with New England Vacation Rentals, in West Dennis. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Planning a family vacation can often feel stressful, but the team at NEVR made it seamless and enjoyable. From the moment we began browsing properties on their easy-to-navigate website to the day we checked out, every detail was handled with professionalism, warmth, and care.
The rental home we chose was absolutely perfect for our family. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. There was no dish washer or washing machine but the sink was ample and not too far away was a very amenable laundry service.
There are plenty of local restaurants to choose from and the beech is only a seven minute walk.
This location is perfect for the ideal Cape Cod getaway.

This home is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It felt like home from the moment we arrived. We loved all the games, especially the ping pong table! We definitely had some heated matches and made some wonderful family memories. We stayed in and cooked delicious meals in the extremely well stocked kitchen almost every night. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk to the marsh. Our dogs loved the walk around the block and hanging out in the private yard. Thank you for an amazing week! We hope to be back again soon.

Fantastic location and great view of the water. This would be a perfect place for adults or families with older children (the rough wood porch, steep stairs, and having a kids bedroom on a separate floor is tough for younger families). The kitchen is a bit outdated but everything works fine. We loved the backyard and deck and being able to walk to the beach. We’ll be back!
