Fantastic spacious property short walk to the beach.
There was not anything I didn’t like about the property if I did mention one thing the bathrooms are a little dated but they work just fine.

The Cure is in a perfect and most ideal spot in Chatham, being across the street from the beach and a short walk to downtown! We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It has a great front porch and nice deck in the back. There is a large yard. Good outdoor shower. The house is generally updated yet maintains Cape Cod charm. The proximity to town is excellent. It is walkable to the beach however with young kids, we decided to purchase parking passes and drive our gear down. We vacation in Harwich Port every year and plan to return to the house next season.

The house is located in a nice neighborhood. The walk to Lighthouse Beach is not too far, but I will note that the street can get a little busy with cars driving. The house is very nice, updated and the deck is beautiful. The beds and couch are ok as far as comfort level but could possibly use some improvement. The master bathroom is great and has lots of perks. Washer/Dryer convenient. The cleanliness of the house when we arrived was slightly below expectations. The beach chairs advertised in the description of the house are not in good condition; they are rusty, dirty and broken. I recommend bringing your own, as we had to unfortunately run out and buy new ones to use for the week. Appliances work well. Overall, had a nice stay and enjoyed the house!

This was our second stay in this well-appointed house in walking distance of Town Neck Beach. The house is well-maintained, and the owners have even made improvements since last year. It was very comfortable for 4 adults. The backyard is small but beautiful — we loved watching the birds and bunnies as we ate breakfast outside. This was the first time we’ve ever stayed in the same house twice. Highly recommend.

Everything was at least what I expected. No disappointments at all. Very clean and just a short walk to the beach. Restaurants were just a few minutes from the place.

The cottage is great and looks exactly as it is advertised. It is well located near local attractions and beaches. The neighborhood is very walkable. The folks at New England Vacation Rentals are highly responsive and friendly. They provided lots of helpful information about the rental and about things to do in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

had a great stay at Seaside Cottages. Beautiful location right on the water. Book Nook was well appointed and cozy with 3 fans and all the extension cords you could need. The extensive flower bushes and trees were really beautiful. Kids loved the beach and the unit. Easy parking and carts to help move luggage. would love to stay here again

My family of 6 and our little dog stayed here on our vacation to the cape. Everything was spotless upon our arrival and looked just like the photos. In a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, close enough to activities but far enough for privacy. Keyless check-in/out was super easy. Hosts communicated very well and left amenities for us to use, from beach chairs to travel guides. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and clean, the kitchen was well stocked with what you need to prepare meals. The pool was our favorite part of the house and was surrounded by a lovely garden. We appreciated the book collection in the study and the foosball table, can’t wait to come back!

The cottage was very well kept. The workmanship on the renovation was very well done. The cottage felt roomy for its size and was nicely decorated. We loved the beautiful grounds and walk to the beach. The whole complex gave off a safe and peaceful feeling. We would definitely stay at "flip flops" again.

This home and its property was like a dream! We traveled with 3 kids (ages 1, 3, and 11) and we felt safe, we had tons of space and plenty for the kids to do. The location is convenient to so many things, we highly recommend Heritage Park! The backyard is massive and a great place to hang out, plus there are bunnies hopping around. There was a whole downstairs level we didn’t even use, which would have been perfect for our in-laws if they came with us. This house had all the amenities you need for a great vacation. We cannot wait to come back again.

Great Cape Cottage! Very clean, working mini splits, comfortable beds, shower door entry is quite tight because glass hits the sink, but terrific otherwise. Would stay here again. Properties manager communicated by text and email, check in/out was easy.

Our stay here in Sandwich was great! The home was absolutely stunning, especially the landscaping in the backyard. The beach bar with outdoor TV was probably our groups favorite. Huge plus that they allowed dogs. SUPER easy to get to and very close to cape bay and ocean beaches. Would definitely return back here for another get together :). NEVR was always extremely responsive and very accommodating. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We stayed for three weeks and were thrilled with the easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The kitchen/dining space was generous and bedrooms adequate. The upstairs living space offered peeks of the ocean and relaxing space to gather. Onsite laundry was very helpful and the backyard grill and outdoor shower were special treats.

The cottage was amazing. The room you're in is big, and it felt roomy. Great bed, eating area, sitting area, and full kitchen. You're literally steps from a perfect beach and near all the best stuff on the cape. I can't wait to go back.

The house location right on the beach was exactly what we wanted. The house layout and furniture were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the front great room. It was spacious, plenty of room for the little ones to run around and comfortable seating for lounging. The patio was a favorite family hang out space. The bedrooms were tight, but comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find an additional shower and toilet next to the laundry which is located in the walkout basement. The kitchen drawers could use a deep cleaning, but other than that, we had no complaints and would definitely return. Sagamore Beach is a great location for children especially at low tide. We could walk out quite a distance and the kids loved it. Overall this home is a wonderful place to spend a week with the family. We'll be coming back again next year.

My wife and I hadnt gotten away for almost 20 years. Cabin 30 was perfect for us! Steps from the water, could hear the ocean at night, and everone else staying there was friendly. Loved the rabbits and the view was breathtaking. We were looking for a moment of zen and found it.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The only negative to this house is the size of the kitchen. It is very small and can easily feel cramped, especially with a family. Otherwise, this house is spacious, clean, lots of outdoor space, a large outdoor shower that we really enjoyed using, and a quiet neighborhood location. It is also conveniently located to 2 nice beaches - Hardings and Ridgevale.

My husband, myself & our 2 children (ages 7&9) just spent a wonderful week at this property! It is exactly as described. Chases Ocean Grove is a small beachside community, everyone is friendly & we felt very safe. The water is very calm here; of course it’s the ocean so a storm or a large boat can impact the waves but you should expect calm water. The property itself is very clean! I was pleasantly surprised to find all basic cooking needs covered including salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder & EVOO. As well as ice cube trays & frozen glasses! The property also has boogie boards, 4 beach chairs & a beach wagon. We didn’t use the boogie boards or the wagon but we did use the 4 beach chairs. They are average beach chairs that sit low & they worked great for us! Location as far as on the cape goes - excellent! We enjoyed Chatham downtown & fishing pier, Wellfleet drive in & took the ferry to MV out of Hyannis! All within reasonable driving distance! We look forward to our next stay!

This location cannot be beat! You are right on the ocean and can hear the waves crashing! No need to pack up your gear and struggle to your beach chair!

We were very impressed with our stay on this property. The house was tidy and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised it was larger than we thought. There are four different rooms where family members can sleep, although it is important to note that only two are truly private--the other two you have to walk through to get to the kitchen or bathroom. It has a 4-season porch that are kids loved hanging out in. The yard is fairly private and full of well-maintained gardens. True to the description, it is less than a mile to the local beach and lots to keep a family occupied nearby. We had brought a small fan, which was a life saver that helped me sleep at night. I wished the property had a welcome book that could remind you of check-out policies and provide more guidance on local activities and restaurants. Otherwise, we were all thrilled and would gladly stay there again.

Nice clean quiet place on the water in a neighborhood. Felt safe and calm. Enjoyed morning coffee on deck overlooking quiet water. Would go back again
