All 20 of us loved our stay at the Priscilla House at 388 Main St Chatham… With two living/TV areas, gobs of refrigeration, 2 washer/dryer combos and 5 full bathrooms, this house more than met our needs!!! The kitchen was exceedingly well equipped, and the outdoor seating and grill was fabulous. This house is also steps from shopping, and a 7 minute walk to the nearest beach. ❤️❤️❤️

This is our 2nd year renting this home and our expectations have not been changed. It is a beautiful home with more than enough room for the 9 of us. The backyard allows the grandkids to play without any concern since it is fenced by shrubbery and viewing s possible by the kitchen , family room or the spacious deck. We expect to return next season

We just returned from a stay at Heron's nest with our kids and grandchildren. The house is situated beautifully in a very private setting. The house was a perfect set up for us with plenty of room for privacy if needed. The house was well equipped with everything we could need including all the kitchen appliances, tons of plates, bowls, and glasses, board games and puzzles for the kids, and even beach chairs. The deck was perfect with plenty of seating and the outdoor shower helped wash the sand off the kids after the beach. We would definitely return back.

We had a wonderful time at this very clean and well laid out home! It has everything you need for a great beach vacation. We loved the neighborhood and rode bikes comfortably. The garage with beach supplies was a great surprise!

This is the second summer we have spent a week at Norma’s Cape Escape. The house is very well suited to families enjoying time together, but also having space in which to spread out. It is conveniently located in a quiet family neighborhood.

Our second time staying at “Cape Vista” and we rate it a 10/10!! Perfect size for our growing family and bonus, our dog too! It was a quick walk to a very clean pond for the kids and dog for go for an evening swim. The kitchen is filled with everything we could need to cook. And the home was spotless. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Our stay at 22 Charlene Lane Harwich was wonderful. We had a great time. We have rented from you in the past. We would definitely rent this home again. We would highly recommend NEVR and we have. We spent time sight seeing and shopping exploring. The lighthouse in Chatham was fun and also the Fish Pier. We love Baxters in Hyannis for a meal, and on occasion we visit Hanger B at the Chatham Airport, and our favorite is a meal at Wequassett Resort and Golf Club. We also visit several restaurants in the area that we enjoy.

We had a wonderful week at this house on Sagamore Beach! Our favorite aspects were being right on the beach, just walk up over the dunes, and the outdoor shower!! The backyard was amazing with plenty of chairs and lounges, nice deck with dining table/chairs, plus more seating. Two bedrooms were perfect for us. All in all, we were very happy with this rental and will return next year!

End unit and one level which was easy for loading/unloading our travel gear. Perfect spot mid Cape to get to local beach or National Seashore. Sliders to deck to enjoy the bunnies, birds and our morning coffee. Kitchen was perfect for a bit of home food preparation, but nice restaurants were less than 10 minutes away!

Location, Location, Location! The cottage isn't fancy but the view from the big windows and deck is fantastic. I've been vacationing on North Shore Blvd since 1976 and at 87 North Shore for the last four years. The relatively reasonable price and the great location make this place a real find.

This is our second summer at this home, and we can’t wait for a third! It’s a gorgeous home with quite a bit of space, and it works so well for families, kids, and pups! Even on a rainy or cloudy day, the view is just incredible. Close to everything you need (beaches, shopping, food, the highway, but yet secluded and quiet. We just love it!

This house was comfortable and well equipped for our multigenerational family of 6 adults and two children. We appreciated the air conditioning, backyard, proximity to town and the walk to the beach. We’d stay again!

We are so happy having chosen the Salty Dog. We did a family trip to East Sandwich and lived staying here. The location is great, walk to the beach in a few minutes, close to many places. We BBQ'd and cooked most meals and ate out at nearby places. The house was very comfortable. We would definitely start here again.

Stayed here with family for a week and overall had a great time and were happy with the house. The house is lovely, very clean and well maintained. At first we were taken back by the 'bring your own linens' rull, but it was actually nice to use our own. Not providing more than one roll of toilet paper is something I can not understand.
Over all we liked the place. The description and pictures were accurate and managing company communicated clearly.

We have stayed in cape cod for 7 years and this was the first time we had a leave right on the ocean. It was a great house and it fit our family perfectly. I would highly recommend using this device and this house to anyone looking for a great location at the ocean.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this home and the beach vacation we hoped for. We were surprised with the sleeping accomodations since there were more beds than expected. It allowed our family to be together in the rooms offered. The only comments for consideration would be a dedicated space for food in the cabinets, and the air conditioning was difficult to control. It was hard to adjust the temperature for the upstairs without it be very cold on the main floor. But overall it was a great place for all of us to gather and enjoy our time together.

We have rented the Pineapple House multiple times for the past several years and continue to really enjoy staying there. Its central location in Harwich Port is its best feature but the house is also well appointed and nicely furnished. In terms of potential improvements, I would suggest two things: 1) new coffee maker 2) vacuum cleaner. Coffee tastes bad from that machine. A vacuum cleaner would help us and other renters keep the place tidy during our stay. Most other houses have vacuum cleaners on site. Thank you.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well stocked, exactly as described. The location was in central Cape Cod and a short drive to National Seashore, Hyannis, Yarmouth, etc.

Super location with outstanding ocean view from covered deck. House had plenty of room, clean and well equipped.
Close to cute /town with nice QFC and a few restaurants/gas. Close drive to Plymouth and Sandwich.
Access to beach was 3 houses down the street through path down to beach. Beach was very private and scenic.

This house was clean and the location would be hard to beat. It is a little shabby some aspects and could use some spucing up. But that had little or no effect on our stay. Great, quiet neighborhood.

Stayed here for a week. Great home, close to everything we wanted to do. House was immaculate and felt recently updated with everything looking crisp and new. Nice and cozy but with lots of room for everyone to spread out. Very comfortable beds with thoughtful touches like a USB port on nightstand in the primary bedroom. Fully outfitted for cooking which was nice when we didn’t want to eat out. There is a pond down the street for swimming and kayaking (2 kayaks come with the rental). Wonderful and responsive host. Highly recommend!
