Private pristine location, but still very close to an amalgam of options from kid to adult adventures. Bike path, beach, or just kayaking in your back yard. My feedback for future stays: they should really have more than 1 tv in the house, a fire pit in the backyard and the shower heads are very low for tall people. If they added additional TVs in the bedrooms would really help when not all the family agrees to watch the same show. We loved staying at the pineapple house. Perfect location, comfy beds, great water pressure. The deck felt very private, even though we were right in the middle of town. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at 5 Quivet Drive. The stay started with an easy booking process. The staff at New England Rentals were very helpful and friendly and all needed information was clearly relayed so that expectations were easily met. The house itself was an absolute delight located in a wonderful central location in S. Dennis. We were expecting the rental to be very nice with some attractive soft furnishings based on the pictures. At the same time (based on past rentals) expected the actual unit to be not quite as cute or as large as it appeared in the pictures. This property managed to exceed all expectations! The house was thoughtfully pulled together with traditional Cape Cod wood floors and beams, a wonderful mix of antiques and modern contemporary furnishings and wonderfully laid out to create a comfortable space that could easily accommodate multigenerational families with ease. I would love to hire whoever decorated it to come to my house! Bathrooms were all bright and clean. Soft goods like beds and couches were all very comfortable. We cannot wait to rent the house again. We weren't sure what to expect with the place being such a great price. However, everything exceeded our expectations. The bed was oh so comfy, the shower had great water pressure, and there is plenty of storage and closet space. Plus, our place had many surprise items that could come in handy, like a sewing kit, bandaids, scissors, etc. There's a fun restaurant a short walk away, the Sailing Cow. They have great breakfasts, scallops, and adult beverages. This was our best vacation to date. There is so much to do in Cape Cod and Beaten Road in Dennisport is the perfect location to stay. The location to downtown can’t be beat as you are tucked away right off Main Street. The house is charming with three rooms and full baths upstairs and several different rooms downstairs to relax and unwind. The grill, outdoor shower, and fire pit are all great accessories in the backyard. Chatterbox is a quintessential Cape Cod home and we look forward to coming back for year three next August! This vacation home in North Chatham was wonderful. It was spacious, well maintained and nicely/comfortably furnished. There was plenty of space for our family and friends to relax and eat together or in separate rooms, indoors or out. The views of Pleasant Bay were stunning, and the deck was spacious and furnished with comfortable deck chairs and a large table. The Awnings were a huge plus, enabling us to enjoy the outdoors in either sun or shade. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools, utensils, plates, glasses and silverware. We vacation on the cape every year, and this was the best place we have stayed in a long time. The experience of working with NEVR was great. My family of 4 stayed at this house for a week. It was lovely. The backyard is a real gem. The beach is about .5 miles away. Unfortunately the boardwalk is under construction currently but the town of Sandwich is sweet and small enough that everything is within 10-15 mins. The rooms were comfortable and there were fire tvs in nearly every one. We would definitely consider booking again.

This was our second year at the Pineapple House and it was wonderful again. The house is lovely with attention to every detail. The management company is super responsive and bends over backwards to make sure your needs are met. We asked for additional towels and almost immediately someone arrived at our door with a bag of new towels she went to buy for us! The location of the home is wonderful and is steps from a private beach. It is completely fenced so our dogs were able to safely join us. And on Wednesdays night we were able to enjoy the Harwich Port stroll from the front porch. Weather wasn’t great for us but the house didn’t disappoint. Highly Recommend. If you want relaxed, this is your place. Literally across the street from path to the beach. Remote feel to the location, but less than 10 minutes to town. Home was spacious and clean. Great views from the decks. Third floor master deck is special. We couldn't have been happier. I would prefer to keep this place to ourselves so it's always available. Kayaking and swimming out the back door, super quiet private property minutes from beach and food, and bike path close by. Coffee on the deck in the morning, beverage of choice in the sunroom at night.

This home was perfect for us. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the closeness to the beaches. What was very special, though, was how up-to-date and clean everything was. We have stayed in our fair share of AirBnBs and other rentals that have not been as advertised. This home was above and beyond. The kitchen was amazing. The backyard fire pit was a treat. Overall our stay at 256 Phinneys Lane was wonderful. The house was decorated nicely, immaculate and well stocked with anything we could possibly need. If you are looking for constructive suggestions the only thing lacking in the home was a a pantry area or any space to store food/snacks we brought with us. Also we could not find a broom to sweep. There was a power outage the last day and a half we were there, but things happen and the owner was responsive and apologetic. House was very spacious with 4 BR and plenty of beds. The kids loved the BR addition with 2 sets of bunk beds. The back patio and yard were cozy and comfortable and got lots of use out of the outdoor shower. Walking distance to bumper boats, zip line, go karts and mini golf as well as several restaurants. Can also walk to the beach in less than 10 mins. Overall, a great family beach house and we definitely come back. We just returned from a lovely stay with our children and grandchildren. The house was perfect with nice, clean accommodations for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need including both a Keurig and a drip coffeemaker to satisfy our heavy coffee drinking crowd. The outdoor shower was a welcome addition to clean the sand off after the beach. The deck was beautiful with ample seating arrangements and overlooked the marsh. The best part was how secluded the house was with beautfiul landscaping. We would definitely return.

This was our first time renting through NEVR and we were so pleased! Communication was clear and prompt and professional throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this rental agency and the property was exactly as described. We had a minor tv issue that was promptly resolved. The beach was our favorite part and having coffee in the sunroom in the morning watching the sun rise was beautiful! It was the most nicely appointed home and all the kitchen appliances and pots & pans were like new! The air hockey was a hit with our grandkids & the home was spacious enough for all of us. The back deck is sensational with a view of an ever changing marsh and creek. Because of the trees on either side you have a feeling of privacy. The reverse living design of the house was only the beginning of a wonderful experience. Clean as a whistle and comfy, which was so appreciated as we didn't have great weather, we cozied up and read, played cards and enjoyed new recipes.
