I loved this beach cottage. Favorite things were the sofa on deck, outdoor shower and sofa bed on "porch". Things you could do to make it even better would be to have a step down sign on outdoor shower door and a hand held sprayer added to outdoor shower.A shower bench outside would make it perfect.

Latitude Adjustment was the perfect property for our family getaway to Chatham. It is just a short half-mile walk to the beach, spacious, immaculate, and very well equipped. There are several seating areas, both inside and out that makes the property feel extremely large, but still with a coziness about it. We highly recommend this property and are likely to book again in the future.

The Mill Creek cottage was so incredibly charming and the area was even more charming than expected! The cottage was so well stocked, the backyard so private, and the beach was a short walk - perfect for an early morning stroll with our pooch. We will be back!

Clean and spacious with lots of space for the whole crew to spread out. The deck is a nice place to enjoy the ocean breeze at night. Lots of great family memories made here. We would definitely stay here again.

This 3 bedroom home was conveniently located in Sandwich near the Treehouse Brewery and Cape Cod Canal. We were in Sandwich for a wedding and finding a house with beds for 3 couples was a must The home was well equipped, had 3 bedrooms with very comfortable queen size beds, and updated bathrooms and kitchen. Living room could have better seating for 6 adults and the yard could benefit from some landscaping, but all in all a nice comfortable stay in Sandwich.

We were fortunate enough to spend a weekend at Bela Vida and what a wonderful weekend it was! The house is so charming, sparkling new, super clean, modern but cozy. We loved getting up and having our coffee in the sunny dining room, and then sitting outside under the beautiful tree. The kids loved being able to walk to the beach and use the kayaks that come with the house. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook. It’s also located a short drive to great restaurants and shopping. We loved our walks on the many walking trails near the house. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home! We will definitely be back!

This home was simply fantastic! The house is right on a private, quiet beach...you just step down the deck stairs to the sand. The home is spacious, clean, well-equipped and freshly decorated with a casual, open layout on the main floor. The bedrooms are large, the beds are comfortable and lots of bathrooms and showers (which was very important for a girls weekend! 😄 ). Great views from the deck overlooking the beach and Cape Cod Bay, and the marsh view out the front of the house is amazing. The entire weekend was a huge success. We loved it! Did I mention that view? WOW!

We loved this house it was very clean and beautiful! Close to everything 😊we have never been disappointed with any vacation home through this company. We usually got a welcome bag but not this time 🤔

We had the greatest vacation here at the Jones/Murphy House!! What a lovely vacation home for our family of 4. From beach days, Go Karts, funbox jump park, brewery tour, nighttime beach trips and tons of games...this place had it all. We cannot wait to come back next summer. Thank you for this wonderful stay. The kids had an amazing time before the start of school next week. You have done such a beautiful job creating a great space to recharge and unwind.

Was very comfortable and homey, was the perfect size for our group of 5. The upstairs shower was a bit small, my girlfriends complained about how shower curtain liner needed to be weighed or suctioned cup so as to not have curtain being blown on to their wet bodies while showering.
Upstairs shower. Should supply 2 ply toilet paper; the one ply was awful.

We had a nice time staying with our dog over the long weekend. The location is perfect to get around to many places on the Cape and easy to run and bike to nearby trails. We took the fairy easily to Nantucket, went whale watching in Provincetown and ate at some great places. There isn’t a fence in the backyard for your dog, but it’s a very nice neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay at this little cottage! Easy check in. We really loved the town of Orleans. This cottage is about 10 mins to Nauset beach and 6 mins to Skaket beach- both beautiful. Orleans is centrally located on the Cape, so getting around was convenient. The cottage was super clean. The only down side is you need to bring your own bed sheets and towels. But they do offer a linen service for ppl who can’t bring their own. The shower in the bathroom is really small, but I didn’t use it once since the outdoor shower was an option! We would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding over Labor Day weekend. The place was a perfect amount of space for what we needed. The location is convenient to good food, beaches, major roads and downtown Harwichport. The hosts are very organized with instructions and were responsive. A fantastic choice for a summer stay!

This is a newly renovated home. We enjoyed our week here very much. It is a short walk to Cockle Cove beach and Ridgevale beach. And a short drive into town. It has 3 full bathrooms, and a finished basement and a nice deck that looks out over the marsh. We would highly recommend this property.

We loved the house and the location. We like to walk each morning and it is a beautiful 1.7 mi. walk to the lighthouse, or 1.3 to town. Our family enjoyed the multiple levels, lower level for the kids to be watching TV or playing foosball or ping pong, while adults could enjoy conversation in the living room. As we had a rainy cool week we did not get to enjoy the nice deck very much. One suggestion is that there need to be more coasters in the living room. We found very few. We may book again for next year. Thank you Gail

We really enjoyed our stay as a family at 53 Freeman Ave. The house was set with the main living space on the second floor - nice for all of us to gather and enjoy the view. The house was nice and air conditioning was welcome for sleeping on the hot/humid days. It was stocked with everything a home should have at the beach. Sandwich is a great town and this was close to everything. Hosts were on top of everything and the entire week went without any problems. We would go there again.

Lovely house, great location! We enjoyed our week at Sweet Serenity. The weather was fantastic and that also helped! Only feedback is that I do not think it should be the responsibility of the guests to have to deal with and replace the propane tanks for the outdoor grill. We ended up with one tank that was very low and another that was defective (and not usable). Also, we went to two places (Ocean State and Stop 'n Shop) to try to get refills only to find that they were out of tanks. Ensuring that there is at least one full tank available for each guest seems like a reasonable expectation especially at the price for the rental.

We understand the implications of not having a full propane tank but it is stated in our rental policies and this is because, without homeowners on site, it would require a workforce dedicated to traveling the length of Cape Cod every turnover day to check and supply propane to our 300+ homes. We are always aiming to enhance our guest experience and are therefore always looking for solutions to concerns such as this. However, it is simply not feasible at this time.

We have rented this home for many years and always enjoyed it. Being on the beach is a real plus. We appreciated all the updates the home owners did this year (new couches, new safe stairway to the beach, new tv upstairs, some painting, a new window, etc.) The house was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only glitch this year was the smoke alarms kept going off during the second week. This issue was being resolved just before we left. Hopefully, it's all straightened out for the next guests. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Super comfortable house to visit. Good walking/biking neighborhood with two fishing ponds that my kids can walk to on their own, and Schoolhouse Pond for swimming very close by (you have to cross a very busy street to get there, but still walkable). Its a good location in terms of being within 10 minutes of anywhere you’d want to go in Chatham (beach, town, ice cream shop, bike trail) but never trafficy. Nice yard for kids to run in, efficient kitchen with everything you need for vacation meals, great outdoor shower, one of my favorite things about Cape Cod.

This has been one of the best homes I have rented while on the Cape for a weeklong conference. I love to cook and it was a well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, glassware etc. It was close to all the things I like to do and an easy location to find in a very nice neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely rent again.
