Great stay clean place. They have window AC units in the bedrooms so don’t bring your own fans from home! Lol

We really enjoyed staying here! The condo was spacious, clean and decorated very nicely. Location was perfect for walking to beach, get coffee in the morning and dinner. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome time at this house! It was such a perfect little oasis that you don't even feel the need to leave the house. The backyard, pool, outdoor kitchen, everything was perfect. We were there with our two young children, but this is such a great house for all types of guests. Communication was great and we truly enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Great beach house we enjoyed the deck very much overlooking the marsh. We have been going to the cape for over 50 years and have rented this cottage several times in the past from the original owners. My 2 kids, husband, and mother-in-law enjoyed the cottage very much over a week in late August. LOVE that the very special, very quiet beach is only a 3-minute walk over a charming boardwalk through the dunes. We picked beach plums -- ask a local how to identify the ripe ones -- and made beach plum crisp, and took photos of all the lovely plants and flowers on the path. Delightful every day. The cottage is very comfy, tidy, and efficient -- though as with any rental I recommend bringing your own sharp knife and any other key utensils if you're picky when cooking. Recommend a beach tent of some type -- can get cool and windy at that time of year, so we'd set up to shield the breeze and still enjoy the sun. This unit was lovely- nicely decorated, steps to beaches, lovely outdoor patio, and centrally located to enjoy all of Cape Cod. It’s just a 10-15 minute drive from Mayflower Beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. The unit is well equipped- small but cozy and more than enough to meet our needs. The management team is very responsive and check in and out was seamless! This vacation exceeded our expectations and we would happily stay here again! Lovely updated unit that looks out on conservation land. Friendly neighbors and very quiet. What could be better: - The refrigerator seems old. Items placed on the second shelf get partially frozen/have ice crystals on them. The freezer door is difficult to close. - Bathroom sink will not hold water. This same problem existed last year. - TV in bedroom didn’t work or I may not have known how to use it. Wasn’t a big deal. We agree that the location is peaceful and the views serene! We appreciate the feedback concerning the sink, the refrigerator and the TV. We will pass the comments along to the homeowner for consideration. We wish we had known about these concerns as you did request maintenance to attend to the running toilet and we would have had them look into the other items had we known. Regardless, we look forward to your return in 2024! UPDATE: Owners immediately purchased a new refrigerator and are thankful for your feedback!

This property is beautifully decorated, well stocked, with lovely outdoor patio space, and is in an ideal location. Just steps to beaches, and centrally located to explore all of Cape Cod. It’s a 10-15 minute drive to Mayflower Beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. Check in and out were a breeze and the property management company was very responsive. The toaster in the unit was broken- which they alerted us to, and was replaced the next day. It is a relatively small unit but cozy and more than adequate for our needs. This vacation exceeded our expectations. Limited space for drying wet beach clothing- but I should have remembered to pack a drying rack!

Thank you so much for sharing your home. We enjoyed our stay very much! Your guides were helpful since we were new to this area of the Cape. Wonderful beaches, would highly recommend the Skipper Chowder House for a unique Bloody Mary and "selfie" Mudslide just up the road! Me and my family had a great stay here the house was clean, had a lot of space, and a LOT!!! of beds for many people. I had a great experience here even if it was just for a few days with my friends! My family had a great 3 nights at this home. It was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is perfect as you can walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants nearby but it is a quiet and family family. The house itself is very nice and walkable to the beach. The ice cream place down the road is great! Just know this rental is through a rental property rather than an individual. One thing I did not realize before booking was that we would have to either rent our linens or bring our own, which we chose to bring our own. But they did communicate well and we had a lovely stay!

Adorable and well appointed cottage. Looks small but has everything needed for a perfect stay. Well located with access to the CCRT for walking and biking to restaurants and shops. The Mooring is absolutely stunning and well suited for a big group. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the living / kitchen areas are well set up for getting together. The kitchen is stunning! Our group loves to cook and we were able to have multiple cooks in the kitchen, never stepping on each others toes, and have a great time. The house was also conveniently walkable to the shops and restaurants in town and to the private beach about a 5 minute walk away. Overall I would highly recommend booking this property if you have a big group headed to Harwich Port! From New England Vacation Rentals: Thank you for your review, Leslie! We loved our stay at this property; the view of the cove through the trees fron living room windows was so restful and we were a very short walk to the beach. The patio was so inviting, we spent most of our time around the granite center table just reading or hanging out. We did tear ourselves from the patio to explored the Canal side of the Cape and found some hidden gems to experience.

We rented 12 Feake for our family (3 couples and 2 dogs) to stay while attending a wedding in Sandwich. The house was very comfortable for 3 couples with great beds and newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The house was very well equipped and worked for our stay. The living room could use more seating for 6 people and the property could benefit from some landscaping, but all in all it was well-located and suited our needs. NEVR did a great job providing us with clear instructions. They were exceptional in getting us into the house earlier than the standard 4:00 time slot as we learned after booking the house that the wedding we were attending started at 2:00. We were notified that we could get access by 12:00 which enabled us to get the pups settled and get dressed for the wedding. Greatly appreciated!!
