My family and I had an excellent stay at Crosswinds II and can not wait to come back next year. The backyard and the distance to the beach make this already great house amazing.

My husband and I rented this cute home last minute and chose it because of it's location to the private beach at the end of the road. While the house was too big for what we needed, we could imagine a combined family gathering here. so much space, clean and well laid out. The only downside was the size of the showers. The upstairs tub shower was tiny! It reminded me of the scene in Elf when he was taking a shower and his head was sticking out over the rail. Small detail and it would be fine for shorter folks and kids - it was rather funny. The stall shower in the downstairs bath was better but still a bit narrow.
I would highly recommend this home for a family stay. Not only is it close to the beach, it is within walking distance or a very short drive to the center where shops and restaurants are. It is also a short ride to the Cape Cod Rail Trail which is wonderful!

Great location, good outdoor space and showers. Comfy beds. Walk to the beach. Spacious for family. Big kitchen that worked out well for fixing family dinners!!

Very well situated, the house is large and beautiful. Maybe a dishwasher or a washer (and a dryer) would be a nice addition to the house. We will come bach to Harwich Port for sure.

Everything was just as advertised. Spacious bedrooms, plenty of living space and yard space. Quiet neighborhood was terrific. We really enjoyed the fact it was pet friendly. Definitely would recommend this home!

Beautiful home. Lots of privacy and quiet. Great response from New England VR when a tree limb needed to be removed after a big storm. Also they sent out a maintenance person to clean out the smoke detectors after they went in the middle of the night. Only suggestion is to clean the wood chairs of mold around the fire pit. Otherwise it accommodated 6 adults and 2 kids very well. Great rental.

Private, peaceful, tranquil, beautiful, sandy, simple, rejuvenating vacation. The photos don’t do the cabin and locale justice. The cabin is ”tight”; - new windows, appliances, cookware, comfy bed. Everything we needed for a perfect three weeks at the beach. We were there during the infamous tornado of 2019 - and despite the fact that this cabin is raised on cinder blocks, we felt totally safe (and BOY were those winds unbelievably strong!). It’s so very private. We loved that it was right on the water - the sandy beach found its way in to the cabin every day (be prepared to sweep up twice a day) - but that’s part of the charm of a beach vacation. The water at Goose Pond is warm and crystal clear. Wildlife abounds: turtles, egrets, bunnies, turkey, falcons, fish, frogs, seagulls. Spent hours under the shade of the pine trees just letting the breeze flow over. The dog was in heaven - he was our official Minnow Patrol and made sure the coast was clear at all times (because you know, those minnows can be soooo dangerous... ha ha) Owners live across the street and are super friendly and eager to please. Quite possibly the best summer vacation ever. Thank you, NEVR!

Extended family trip and this home was perfect! Plenty of space for all the adults and kids. Lots of sitting areas - beautiful home and garden. We all had a fabulous time and location was excellent. Thank you for contributing a big part of our wonderful vacation!

The house was clean, large, and comfortable. The beach down the street was easily accessible, and we visited other beaches in the area as well. It’s a great property for multi-generational trips. So much close by and such a beautiful place!

Upon arrival the place was clean. Love the “beach house” feel. Absolutely adorable, updated kitchen, had all the appliances and kitchen utensils. The beach was close, and the neighborhood was calm and friendly. Love all the streets that you could go for a walk/run. We will definitely rent this place again!!!

This property was perfect for our multi-generational family. The home overall is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable (especially the bedrooms), has a fully stocked kitchen and a lovely deck and backyard. My parents enjoyed the first floor master and attached private bathroom, along with a quiet sitting room right next door. Our boys thought the twin bedrooms upstairs were perfect and us the large king bedroom down the hall and our oldest retreated to his own queen suite in the basement next the game room which made an amazing kids hangout. Overall we enjoyed every room of this home and the deck where we had several meals. The location to Hardings Beach is ideal, Ridgevale is close by and Chatham is a quick drive. The restaurants near by including Mac's Chatham Fish & Lobster made our stay even easier. Thanks for sharing your lovely home - a great Cape stay for all!

We loved staying in this adorable home. It was the perfect size for our family. We loved that it is also pet friendly so we were able to enjoy our vacation with our pup. The fire pit in the yard is a nice touch. We enjoyed making s’mores with the kids on a cool night. The house is in a very cute neighborhood, close to restaurants, beaches and Main Street in Chatham. The neighbors were also super friendly and welcoming! We would definitely recommend this home to other people and would stay here again in the future.

The house was perfect for our large family. It was a great house that gave us the room to spread out, have time and dinner together, and take advantage of all Chatham had to offer just down the road.

One of our primary reasons for renting this house was the hope that we would see some impressive birds. We did! We saw herons and several other large birds in the wetlands behind the house. The yard is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. Every room is tastefully decorated. We plan to return here next year.

Wonderful house for extended family of 8. We enjoyed all features.. basement with theater sized screen and pool table., outdoor fire pit, grill etc. Everything was in excellent condition. There was a huge storm with tornado touchdowns nearby. The house has an emergency generator which helped us get through 30 hours without power. Working with New England Vacation rental was smooth. Highly recommend. Would stay there again.

Because we had rented a second property through an Agent, we can appreciate the service you gave us. It turned out to have a very unfair restrictive occupancy clause, essentially prohibiting us from having family for dinner. We appreciated having a place we could go comfortably without censorious criticism and second guessing, And your accommodations were cleaner , newer, more dependable, than the other.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home, even during a tornado! The house is lovely and we were given very prompt replies after the tornado came through . Everything was just perfect. Thank you!

This beautiful house was just as described. It was spacious, clean, light and nicely furnished. The neighborhood is charming with lovely homes, large lots and beautiful landscaping.
However, the outdoor shower lacked the water pressure to take an adequate shower.
I would definitely recommend this house to others! Loved it!

Wonderful location. You probably should have a truck, the road is a bit rough...but at the end is a little hidden gem. Our pupper loved running straight into the water everyday. I loved paddle boarding in almost solitude. We also went to Port Harbor nights in Harwich and stopped by Chatham for a little shopping. For us, it was perfect.

This a perfect little cottage if you want to be walking distance to the beach and have all the conveniences of home. Loved the outdoor shower. Perfect for rinsing off the sand. We also took advantage of the bbq and outdoor seating. The week went by too quickly.

The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The yard was great for my grandchildren and the hammock was a big hit! We liked the area and the Dennis beaches. We just felt there should be another trash receptacle and we are so used to recycling and there wasn't a bin
But overall it was a fantastic. Vacation house

This house was great! We took the kayak out, and enjoyed nights in the hot tub. The house itself was clean and charming. The stairs/rail down to the lake was a little tough for a few people that came to visit. And that was the only complaint. Great property.

Just back from my week long stay at Salty Paws. The place was perfect. Recently renovated, the home is comfortable and sparkling. The location near the beach is perfect for long walks and sea breezes. I hope to return next summer.

Monomoy house is lovely! Beautifully decorated with all the comforts you might need when on vacation. We loved having the central a/c, the outside shower and sweet little patio for our breakfast and coffee before our daily trips to the beach. The only thing we would change is the king size mattress as it wasn't very comfortable unfortunately...quite hard and the mattress cover wouldn't stay put. Otherwise we would rent this house again in an instant!! :-)

We had a wonderful time at this property. Exactly as advertised. Plenty of room to spread out and close to town and the beach. Was very clean and beautifully decorated. Felt right at home. Nice touch that beach chairs and towels were provided. Made for many fun days at the beach.

Came in to the Cape for a family vacation with folks coming in from across the country & Canada. Difficult to find a single property to accommodate 17 People & personalities, but this home worked out perfectly. Walking distance to the beach & the shops & restaurants in the middle of Chatham. Bonus to be there for the 4-th of July parade going right in form of the house !! Property was exactly as advertised - Grill area & fire-Pit were awesome
