We had a lovely long weekend on Spring Hill Beach. The house was immaculate and well equipped. The views of the Bay and the marsh were breathtaking. Also the bed was quite comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We recently rented the Priscilla House for a long weekend for our family to stay to celebrate our son's wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect! Excellent location - just a short walk to the center of town and the beach. Well appointed, kitchen well equipped, and a layout perfect for hosting. Highly recommend!

Great location. Great Airbnb which was very well equipped. Had everything we needed and close to shops and beach. Exactly as described. I recommend it highly. I would come back!!

I’ve stayed here multiple times with my family of four (7 yo/5 yo) and we love the area - beach backyard, close to good restaurants in Sandwich, we even brought kayaks for paddling through the channel at the end of the road. Plenty of space for everyone in the house and kids love the spiral staircase. We love the Cape!

The house was very nice. It was comfortable and clean. I thought the road ended when I saw the narrow winding sand but was assured by a neighbor that the road continued. It would have been nice to get a heads up about the road and access to the beach over the high dunes. Access would be impossible for people who are not fit. The less surprises the better. I drive a sedan and don't know how passable the road would be in bad weather. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning to Sandwich.

We returned to the Cape to the ocean, the bayside & the peaceful times to enjoy just sharing the warm, comfort of our rental home. We love the cape & decided to visit after the summer and visit again the places we’ve visited before & we’re so happy we did. We visited lots of places from E Sandwich to Truro and to Woods Hole while enjoying some meals at our house and others at local restaurants & cafes. We spent time at the national seashore & visited beaches all up the coast. Our home gave us the perfect opportunity to regroup & play when we had a rain date. Our kudos to KELLS and Christine for ALL you did to make this possible…you’re the BEST rental team ever. Loved the house and the location. I’m sure we’ll be seeing you again . Till then stay safe & Thank you again.🫂

An amazing property that has been impeccably restored and provides high-end accommodations. It is locating in the middle of the Harwich Port village, where you can walk to everything. The beach is also only a 2 minute walk across the street. NE Vacation Rentals also is incredible.

I don't think there is anything like the Mooring. Incredibly restored 3 story captains house in the heart of the Harwich Port village and 2 min walk to the beach. It was so nice my daughter's wedding photos were taken inside the home and on the beautiful porch. This is a beautiful home that I would highly recommend to anyone. Spotless, high-end in an amazing location! In addition, New England Vacations Rental does an great job with the process and communications.

My husband and I were in awe at how beautiful and secluded this location was. There’s a private road that leads to the small home on a large pond. It truly felt like we had the whole thing to our selves. This was a perfect spot for us to hangout and let our dog play in the water. The inside of the house is very basic but it had nice updated appliances and was perfect for a long weekend. Would definitely book here again!

Highly recommend. This place is exactly as described. Pictures don’t do it justice. We had a family weekend get together and lots of big spaces to hang out. Well stocked for cooking. Great location. We would definitely rent again. Had a question and they got right back to me 5 out of 5 Thank you

We have returned to this cottage several times now. We love the space and the proximity to many historic places of interest as well as yarn shops, bookstores, fabulous restaurants, movie theaters, gift shops and more. With the ocean view along with the equally beautiful salt marsh panorama, the setting is peaceful, calming & healing. A perfect vacation spot!

I brought my husband and kids to the Cape to show them around because they had never been. This house was a short walk to the beach, the Sandwich boardwalk, and walkable to restaurants and Treehouse Brewery. We used it as a home base while we explored the rest of the Cape. We liked that it was close to the bridge so that we could get on and off quickly when upon arrival and departure. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped to eat in or out. We enjoyed the back porch in the evening.

Again we had a wonderful time on Sagamore Beach. The house works perfectly for us space-wise. We love the decks and the fact we can bring our wonderful bulldog to the beach. Thank you—again!

Not only was this location amazing the house was too! So much room and the views are stunning. Fully stocked cooks kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and the firepit was perfect!

We highly recommend this home. Well equipped, spotless, and a fenced in yard for our goldendoodle. It was also very close to Snake Pond beach, a say walk or quick car ride. Dealing with the Cape Vacation Rentals was easy, and convenient. They provided lots of information, and even helped us get inside when we couldn’t figure out exactly how the lock worked. We would definitely book this home again.

This house was perfect for our annual golf trip. The basement was perfect for hanging out. The only thing I wish the house had was a larger, flatter yard. Either way we had a great time in this house!

We enjoyed our visit in this house and we would return. Bike rentals were very close by and the Shining Sea Bike Trail was a nice introduction to the Cape!

The house could sleep 12. We didn't have that many, but it was large and in the perfect spot for us. We left a note in the kitchen that there were many tiny ants in the kitchen area. They didn't seem attracted to the ant traps that were out.

Very nice place! A little difficult to find as there was a mailbox blocking the address. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Great location very private comfortable and clean.
Need to provide more specific directions to location very difficult to find! Naming it the hideaway is very appropriate as it is truly hidden away

This was our second time staying at this address, and we loved it again. The wildlife, views, and access to water & a little private beach is unmatched. It is quiet, peaceful, and so much fun. The outdoor shower is great after spending the afternoon down by Scortons Creek. We look forward to spending more time here soon!

Happy greetings again this year! LOVED our stay at the “Cranwood Road” house in Harwich. It’s just a perfect size & location. I truly look forward every year for our “Week” living there and I can’t thank you enough....Truly! We also avail ourselves of the “track” for walking & exercise!
