We had a large group stay at The Priscilla House and we really enjoyed our stay! The house comfortably accommodated our large group, the check in/out process was easy & the location was great. Less than a five minute walk into town. We really enjoyed the outdoor space in the back as well! Thank you for hosting us.

Very nice house - only thing confusing was at first finding the tiny street and then finding the trash bins…. everything else was fabulous & those were minor issues!! Will do it again!!

My husband and I along with our dog enjoyed a very relaxing long weekend celebrating a birthday and anniversary. This home was very clean, bright and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to supermarket and restaurants. The deck with private beach was amazing. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here in the off-season, and enjoyed the house greatly! It's tucked away on a quiet road with easy beach access, and the house itself is overflowing with natural light. The views of the ocean are nice, and the house itself just had a lot of little nice touches to make it comfortable and convenient to stay in. Would love to stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay. Have to say we were initially a little hesitant to book above a business - BUT the ease of parking, finding nice places to eat - while being able to easily walk to the beach, quickly changed our minds. The business below the apartment was a great cafe and market that was closed for business by 6:00 pm and was never noisy. Additionally having the dedicated 2 parking spots for the apartment would definitely be a bonus during high season. The building is located next to many local restaurants. The apartment was spotless and really nicely decorated. The instruction provided for getting into the apartment we professionally handled and easy to follow. The upstairs made the perfect space for movie night and the two outside spaces were much appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms outstanding - The choice of a large shower in one bathroom along with a great soaking tub was much appreciated. Great beach access and lovely area.

This is the second time we've rented 229 Scatteree Rd. It is a perfect getaway for our family. So comfortable, roomy, and that beach! It is becoming a family tradition to come here. We have been coming to the Cape for over 45 years and this home is by far the best.

We had an amazing stay! We booked this house for our wedding weekend as it was close to our venue, and it was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable! Check in was so easy and we were even able to get in early! As former Cape Codders it definitely felt like home. Thank you for making our big day extra special

This cottage was so well equipped, clean and comfortable and the location being ocean front was spectacular! We enjoyed sitting on the Adirondack chairs at the top of the dune admiring the ocean and all the activity going on at the beach! Definitely give it 5+ stars!

Sweet little cottage by a beautiful pond. My son enjoyed fishing in the pond. We really enjoyed our stay in the cottage. Everything was very clean and tidy. Communication was excellent as well with New England Vacation Rentals

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist ein Traum! Wenige Schritte und man ist am Meer.
Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben, die Treppe nach oben ist allerdings etwas eng. Es war sehr sauber, die Einrichtung in den Schlafzimmern ist etwas altmodisch, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.
Was man ganz klar loben muss: wir hatten noch nie freundlichere, ausführlichere und nettere Infos im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes wie hier! Respekt, das war wirklich unvergleichbar von der Agentur, die die Vermietung übernimmt!

This place is a great place very dated but clean as a whistle. Our family enjoyed it had a great time walking the beach and looking for our treasures of sea glass. Only advice the first step to the house and the the beach step could use a railing for those with a bad knee 🙁 will be going back for sure 😊😊😊

The home was a great location for us. It was clean and as advertised. There was plenty of space and nice backyard. We rented linens and the service worked well for us. I would definitely recommend this home for a great stay in Chatham.

Well upon arrival, with the hurricane, we spent the first few days indoors.but as the weather cleared ,we enjoyed a spectacular ocean view from the deck. cottage is basic so bring supplies.NEVR is a very good company to work with. Many things to do and see in Sandwich. You are close to everything. The beach in your front yard,and the ocean view will make your stay fantastic.

Loved this place. Proximity to the beach and to town could not be better. The only feedback I would give is to get a mattress topper for the king bed (we never used the queen bed.). Bed was extremely hard! But this didn't stop us from having a wonderful time! Haven't finalized next years plans but would love to return!

Visited to attend a wedding at the yacht club. Proximity was a breeze. Could walk numerous places. Very close to the beach for early am walks. Only thing that I thought was a hassle was that we had to make up all our beds when we arrived late after a long journey. Also, it would be nice if small shampoos etc could be provided.

This condo was perfect for us, walkable to restaurants, shops, and a beautiful walk to the beach. We only used the king bed and it was very comfortable.
This condo has tons of space, bathrooms and bedrooms are a nice size.
The management company was super helpful and responsive. We usually stay in Chatham but would definitely stay in Harwich again, much less crowded. We will certainly rent here again in the future.

It is a big beautiful house, with great amenities. It is right at the street but has a private backyard. Town and beach are both walkable. Bathroom attached to every bedroom which makes it great for groups.

14 Hallet Lane, Chatham Ma...Our son got married at Chatham Bars Inn and we stayed at 14 Hallet for 6 days which was PERFECT. The location is walkable to CBI, downtown, the beach and just about anywhere the action is in Chatham. The home is lovely...numerous bedrooms for many to have privacy and comfort, fabulous kitchen with big dining room table for comfortable dinners and a big open family area for all to be together. There is even an additional level for kids with a pool table and additional kitchen facilities. ( Our grand babies are too little for that area 1 1/2 so didnt get use this space) We had our twin grandchildren with us ( 1 1/2) and they loved the pool, playing in the yard and just having a nice space to explore . If you are looking for comfort, cleanliness, space, privacy, a pool !, and lots of room this is the house for you.

This house was perfect for our group of five adult siblings plus spouse, with enough bedrooms for each of us to have our own and ample seating for dining, relaxing, or socializing, not to mention an incredibly well-equipped kitchen (we never ran out of coffee mugs!). Easy access to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops within short driving distance. My only note: the neighborhood is unlit and the driveway was hard to find when arriving at night (GPS was clueless). Leaving some lights on in the house for expected arrivals and/or some solar lights at the driveway would be very helpful. But otherwise, we fell in love with this place and would return in a heartbeat.

To calibrate this review, I have had some excellent and horrendous AirBNB experiences with downright deceitful listings. This is NOT one of the latter. This is an EXCELLENT property, even exceptional. The property itself is quite well executed. There is craftsmanship here that feels restorative. The property is situated in a truly remarkable setting (and I reserve that for only a few locations-Hawaii, Paris, London, Santorni). The salt marsh is experienced constantly through thoughtful placement of abundant windows and porches. Moreover, the walk out onto the peninsula is a joy, with well thought through seating. Here is the unexpected joy, the tide comes in and you are suddenly waterfront; the marsh disappears only to return agin in a few hours. It is quite remarkable. I recommend walking diagonally across the street to the wooded and marshes trails. Finally, the location is very quiet and secluded. Would return here (and do not leave a time way with that overall review often).
