It was so nice and easy to take a short stroll to the nice, long sandy beach. Neighborhood is good for biking and walking. Town is so close by too.
Cottage has all the basics including A little back grassy area with table and grill.
1 Bedroom upstairs does not have A/C and it gets quite hot up there even with a fan.

This is really a great summer house for a small family. Ample kitchen, plenty of outdoor sitting space, a cozy nook by the lake with access for swimming, kayaking, and more. We loved it!

This house was in a very quiet neighborhood with a nice yard and lovely landscaping with flowering bushes. Nice size family rooms, and a large and bright master. Harding’s Beach 5 minutes away.

My family and I had a great stay this past week. The condo is very well maintained and very clean. The condo is decorated very nicely and has beautiful crown molding and finer finishing. The location is great. Beaches near by, shopping, etc. I would recommend this property to all.

Had a lovely time, walked to Forest beach every day, saw seals, many birds, sunsets.....Biked to Chatham village, and to walking trails nearby.
Owner was very responsive when we reached out to her. Looking forward to bringing my sister and kids along next time!

I have been coming to Yarmouth for years but this is the first time I stayed in South Yarmouth. This house was amazing. As a family we were looking for something to do together but safely during this crazy time and this house was perfect. It had enough room for everyone while still made it feel cozy. We felt safe and secure in this house. We understand the extra time needed for cleaning during check-in and check-out, we wanted to stay longer but understand the precautions that are needed. The house and the area was perfect. We were able to go for walks or runs and explored other areas and beaches of Yarmouth we never went to. I would definitely book at Four Shores again! It felt like home very quickly no one wanted to leave! Thank you for letting us rent your home and making it ours for a week!

From the minute we stepped in, we felt right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and kid friendly for riding bikes and running. We walked to watch the most beautiful sunsets from the cove. The hammock was an added bonus for relaxation. We spent many mornings and afternoons on the screened in porch. We grilled almost every night and enjoyed the outdoor table. We will definitely be coming back!!

This was exactly what we needed! As listed—the home was clean, open space, and close to everything. It was absolutely perfect for our gathering!
We especially enjoyed Sundae School being so close. And we enjoyed some phenomenal sea food from Wee Packet and several other close, amazing restaurants. Thank you!

The living room is not pink as was in the pictures which deterred is at first. The inside of house was beautiful, large round table on deck and grill very accommodating. We had 3 families, and never felt on top of eachother, lots of areas for teens to hang out. The kettle pond just down the way was the most beautiful to paddle board and swim in. This was “the perfect place” indeed!

As I imagine most everyone's plans for 2020 changed we needed a tiny escape. This property was great for hosting 4 people. The backyard patio scenario really highlighted our stay. We were in a great location between our fav Chatham beach and the Harwich port. While the kitchen is a little tiny, you can definitely make it work and make great meals. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the 2nd. yr. in a row our family has rented this cottage & plan to do so next yr. The cottage meets all our needs which can be a challenge as my 89 yr. old mother is confined to a wheelchair. I cant say enough about how spotless we always find it & love the renovations they've done. The location is great too!

We loved the house, it’s 15 minutes walking distance to the beach, 2 minutes walking distance to Down town. The house was clean und updated, washer and dryer was very helpful. We loved to spend time outside on the back yard, but extra light outside will be helpful , and extra refrigerator in garage was very helpful.

This was a great house and very accurately described by the pictures on the website...The views from the house are spectacular and the house was immaculate..Only caveat is the stairs to the beach are very steep but otherwise no complaints!

We were a group of moms and teen daughters enjoying a week near the beach in Chatham. The home was spotless and smelled freshly aired out. The layout of the rooms gave everyone enough privacy. The yard and patios are spacious. We all enjoyed the hammock. Beach chairs in the shed made our trips to the sand a lot more pleasant. Hope to book again.

We totally enjoyed this rental. Amazing views, great, well appointed kitchen, wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sunrise every morning. Would strongly recommend an outdoor deck Off the screened in porch with seating to enjoy the view and air.

What a beautiful condo. It is as beautiful as the photos. Clean, bright, and welcoming. Felt right at home. The condo is in a convenient location to access the entire Cape. It sits in a building which houses 3 other units. The other units are owner occupied. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Of you enjoy walking, running, or bicycling there's a path which is right at the end of the road. Unfortunately for me I brought my road bike instead of my fat bike. There are many things to do in the area and short drives get you to nice beaches either along Route 28 a mile away or to the Rock Harbor Beach in Orleans, or upper Cape or West Dennis. The owners left many thoughtful ideas for travelers as well as many nice little necessities in the apartment. All are close if traffic is light. Of course this year was not as busy. It is great for couples or small families. Enjoy!!

Beautiful, we’ll lived home with tons of charm. The property manager responded immediately to questions. The steps to the beach are just around the corner and are a bit of a workout but TOTALLY worth it!

We have rented houses in the past during our annual vacation on Cape cod. 790 Queen Anne was the overall nicest and most accommodating house that we rented thus far. four bedrooms with three queen beds one room with three twin beds made the house very flexible regarding sleeping arrangements. The entire house was clean and renovated. The kitchen was cute and had all the necessities including a dishwasher gas stove plates glasses cups and large pans plates and bowls. we especially appreciated the nice outdoor shower, table to accommodate eight with an umbrella, and lounging area outside. And of course the house being in Harwich, mid-cape, all the beaches and restaurants and stores are within a 20-minute drive in every direction. We enjoyed our week at the cape very much.

This house was amazing, it is a big house with plenty of bedrooms, probably too much for one family. We had 4 adults and 5 children under the age of 8 and there was plenty of room. The pool was beautiful, the kids probably spent 4-5 hours a day in the pool and there was a big deck right next to the pool. The kitchen was large and great for cooking dinner and preparing meals for the 9 of us that where there, we ate dinner every night on the deck. Plenty of separate living areas if groups wanted to go off on their own and a big living area where everyone could sit together. The location was fantastic, you can walk to a dock where you can launch a kayak, the area around Buck's Creek is great for kayaking. The walk to Hardings beach is a little far for a group of young children after a long day at the beach (15 mins) but still very close - be prepared to pay for parking each day though. The other Chatham beaches are also very close (10 min drive). Downtown Chatham is also only a 10 min drive.
We had an awesome week in this house, the pool was perfect for the kids in between trip to the beaches. The house was plenty big enough for our large group. Highly recommended!

A very nice clean and modern house within walking distance to the beach and close to Chatham town center. Central to the Cape and so easy to get to all attractions.
