We really enjoyed are staying in this modern, spacious, graciously appointed apartment near the beach. We loved being able to take advantage of the outdoor space! The open plan kitchen made dining in a pleasure! The location was perfect as well for enjoying being at the beach!

Very cute home with comfy furniture. Loved the open layout of the common spaces, the way the master bedroom was its own separate suite of sorts (my hubby and I got to have our lovers den away from the family) and the outdoor pit and grill. A much needed getaway space for us super COVID scared/PTSD ppl from NYC.

Great house for a family of 4. Plenty of room, lots of beach chairs and toys. Easy walk to beautiful Ridgevale beach. Books and games, even movies. We loved the privacy of the back and front yards, which can be hard to find in a rental on the cape.
Everything worked perfectly. Outdoor gas grill could use updating.

Super clean interior, comfortable beds, this was my first time renting a dog friendly place and I was worried about cleanliness but no hair, no smell and the fenced yard made for a relaxing vacation with our pup, great outdoor patio area. Driveway a little tricky pulling in and out.

The house was absolutely stunning and as described. The views of the water and the pool were amazing. When we got there unfortunately the pool heater was not working but the property manager was very responsive to trying to get fixed. We loved going out on the canoes every day, using the hot tub, and playing ping-pong when it rained. The house is very well stocked and everything is clean and feels new. We will definitely be back again!

This house is great for families. The location is perfect being about a half mile from the beach and even shorter distance from town. The screened in front porch and open back porch provide great gathering areas.

We stayed here the last week of August. Due to the health crisis, we planned to do all our own cooking between trips to the beach. The house had a lot of charm and character, and was very clean and comfortable. The property was on a cut-de-sac and wooded, so there was ample privacy. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and the gas grill outside worked well. The house has many new TVs, good Wi-Fi and great central air. Although the property is not on the beach, it is centrally located and it was easy to hit a number of the cape beaches. We would definitely stay here again and it would also be a wonderful spot for a family reunion. Keep an eye out for wild turkeys in the backyard!

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, well-appointed home with all of the amenities needed for our family vacation. The space is bright and airy, with a roomy layout that had plenty of room for the five of us (two adults and three children). The large, fenced in backyard was great for our kids to safely play outside while we hung out on the deck. We loved the quiet location just a short drive from beaches and downtown. A great place to relax and unwind!

Even though it is not directly on the beach it is only a very short walk. You can actually watch the kids from the second floor balcony off the kitchen. While you get in a lot of steps with the kitchen on the second floor, the function and the patio make it worth it. Everything you need was there ( 3 different kinds of coffee makers!), Laundry, fire pit, grill, chairs wagon, toys. We had a lot of fun there.

Well equipped home with may amenities and short drive to stores. Would have preferred a third bedroom rather than a loft (privacy). All around nice home!

The house was great. Location was amazing and the amenities worked well.
Check in was very late and we sat outside of the house for 2 hours prior to 4pm even though the cleaners had clearly left. I did reach out but was told I had to wait until 4pm
Listing shows 2 king beds but there is only 1 - luckily we brought enough queen linen so it worked.
House was delightful and the location was amazing.

The house is amazing. Cozy but you don’t need more when you are outside most of the day. My daughter woke up everyday and went straight to play in the sand. We swam all day, even my dog was swimming!! Very short drive to all the beaches and to Chatham downtown area. Can’t wait to come back next year!

We enjoyed our trip very much. We were close to the banks St beach although we drove a few minutes extra to go to Red River beach because we preferred it. The location of the house was great and they had everything we needed in the kitchen. The deck was wonderful to sit on and relax. The trees surrounding the property kept it nice and cool. We did find a lot of long black hair in the bathrooms (none of us have black hair lol), but we chose not to call about it because it just seemed like a hassle to have someone come and clean so we cleaned it up ourselves. Check in was easy and the combination door was very easy to work. Plenty of room and great shops and restaurants near by. We did have some issue with a neighbor across the street, he was creepy and we couldn’t figure out what his problem was but he would drive down the middle of the road and wouldn’t move to the right and then he’d slow his truck down next to ours and put his head out the window and stare at us, he even drove slowly in front of the house and stared in so we started shutting the blinds. Otherwise it’s a great house and we had an enjoyable stay.

This home is exquisite. We didn't take a single detail for granted - both the beautiful antique characteristics and with the modern updates and mid-century modern furnishings. The home has three very comfortable bedrooms. My husband and I traveled with our 2-year old daughter and my mother joined us to help out. Everyone had their own en suite bathroom. The master was so luxurious and private. Beds in all of the rooms were very comfortable. The house feels so incredibly clean and comfortable - like staying at a 5-star resort which really helped us to relax and enjoy the trip. Especially where we aren't dining out and going out as often between COVID and having a toddler. It was so enjoyable to be able to cook meals in this modern kitchen, take advantage of the beautiful dining and enjoy the lovely backyard and deck. I truly cannot say enough great things about this home and I hope to visit again!

This was a beautiful property with all of the amenities. 5 minute walk to the beach and we were able to also walk to all of the restaurants. I would recommend this property to Both families Or just couples looking for an upscale rental.

NEVR remains a top notch rental company. They are responsive (by email) and honest. When the latest COVID travel restrictions (8/1/2020) for Massachusetts were activated, NEVR reached out to us directly and when we cancelled the vacation refunded our money without hesitation. We highly recommend NEVR without reservation to anyone looking to rent a home on the Cape. We will return to NEVR for our Cape vacation needs.

The home on Meetinghouse Rd was perfect during this time of Covid. Spacious home, self contained and close to everything. Each bedroom was a home to itself with AC, TVs and bathrooms- quiet space for everyone if needed!

This is not your typical "Cape House," everything is brand new and sparkling clean (comforting during a pandemic), great wifi and A/C. The in-town location is perfect for walking to restaurants and the gorgeous beach. You do have other tenants to worry about (one complained about our dog, even though it was a pet-friendly listing), but the property manager was very nice about it. Overall, a great choice for a very easy and comfortable vacation.

We had a great time at the house. Everything was beautiful and clean. The short trek to the beach was manageable. The view from the deck was amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked (utensils/ platters/ food storage containers) for those wanting to cook dinner at the house. I highly recommend this house for your next vacation!

Every morning we woke up thinking we were in heaven. The sunrise was so beautiful that we refused to close the blinds in the bedroom. If you’re looking for views, this is the home to be in. The home has beautiful ocean views from the entire side of the house. The view from the master bedroom is stunning!!
The home had everything we needed and more. Our days were spent on the beach, which are steps away, and kayaking. If you enjoy kayaking, this is the place to be. The ocean landscape changes daily with the tide and we discovered some beautiful little sand bars to explore.
The town of Chatham has always been our favorite. Old style Cape Cod, fresh fish at the harbor and The Chatham Candy Manor are a few of our favorites.
A special surprise was the history in the home. The owners have done an amazing job. I enjoyed reading the autobiography on the deck every morning and loved the story and photos around the home to go along with it.
In all my years staying in Chatham, by far our favorite stay yet.
