Convenient location for everything downtown yet walkable to the beaches. Nice layout for two couples and a few kids. Private spacious outdoor area for lounging or dining. Well appointed kitchen and pleasantly decorated.

This is the third year we have stayed at the Pineapple House, and it keeps getting better! We appreciated the organization & upkeep, especially little details like the labels on the light switches and shoring up the banister. The location can’t be beat, and while most businesses on Main Street are shuttered in the off-season we did find a few that were open. Including of course the beach which is always open and we were very fortunate to have great weather! It’s nice to get together with family no matter where you are, but we really do feel like the Pineapple House has become home.

Centerville on the Lake This home exceeded our expectations. The lake activities were popular with young and old alike. The house was spectacular. Plenty of room for everyone and multiple activities indoors. Best house we have ever rented at the Cape. Stayed 7 nights in Jun 2023

(Summer 2023) We had such a wonderful time at Sea Meadow. Homeowners were great hosts and provided a lot of inside info on the area. The house is well maintained, clean and stocked with whatever you need. The beds are comfy, the outdoor shower was awesome and the deck is a perfect place to relax and read a book. It is close to beaches, shopping and outdoor activities. A fabulous spot.

(Summer 2023) We could not have asked for a better location. This Brewster house is close to everything. Bay beaches with fabulous sunsets within walking distance. National Seashore beaches a short drive. Nickerson State Park and the bike trail down the street. Dining and shopping all along 6A. We will definitely be back!

(Summer 2023) This house was perfect for our stay. We had 4 adults and 4 children. Everyone was happy and comfortable. Plenty to do within walking distance or a short bike ride. Plenty of room in the yard for the kids to play while the adults enjoyed a cocktail on the deck. Can't wait until next year.

(Summer 2023) I have rented many times on the Cape and the rentals tend to be damp and dated. Not this house, it was pristine, even the basement. All rooms were freshly painted, all mattresses brand new. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this house exceeded my expectations.

I'd like to thank the host of this vacation home for keeping the house and pool immaculately clean. It is the first thing I look for when I'm booking a vacation home. This home did not disappoint at all. Plenty of room for our group of 10 and the pool was a hit with the kids as well as the adults. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood that I felt really safe doing my 1-Hour walk every morning. Will definitely return and recommend.

My very busy, fast-paced family and I look forward to our vacation every July. Our stay at this house made our vacation comfortable, relaxed, and much more enjoyable. The house was SO CLEAN (this is our number one priority when we rent properties). The pool was clean and well kept. The main living area was great for hang outs and dining. The second floor accommodations was perfect for our kids. The bedrooms were all well maintained. We will definitely be booking this property every time we visit Cape Cod!

The house is so well-set up for big groups. We love it and especially appreciate your attentiveness to our requests like extra towels and pot holders. So helpful. A couple of recommendations, none of which would get in the way of our return. 1. The house is beginning to show its age: rust around bathroom fixtures, slightly brownish towels. 2. Can you mark the step on the way to the bunk room in some way for better visibility? 3. While the house is neat and tidy, the floors themselves need a really good wash, not just a vacuum. We are bare feet folks and our feet were FILTHY at the end of the day! We fixed the heat in the queen bedroom on the main floor which was completely blocked with insulation. One of our party is a skilled handyman and fixed it. We are hoping to return and await news of one family member whose time as a Navy officer in the Pentagon comes to an end in July. If he and his family are settled, we will be back. How soon should we act or should we act now with a refundable deposit? Thanks so much!

We loved our stay! We had cozy vibes by the wood fire with our family and dog. We went for hikes and explored the Cape and had a comfortable and welcoming home to come back to. Overall it was a lovely stay. The staff at New England Vacation rentals did a fantastic job communicating and accommodating us. Would highly recommend! A+++!

Perfect location for our family. Lots of hanging out space, close walk to water, bike trail. All in all great visit. Would come back again. Did NOT love having to deal with the linens when we left at 8 am Friday Also, please check the smaller bathroom: no hot water at one sink, and the kitchen faucet: leaks at mid joint when water is running.

My family and I really enjoyed our time in this house! With 6 members in our family, we really needed a place that was clean, within walking distance from the beach, spacious and reasonably priced - and that's exactly what we got and beyond! The house was so clean and the accommodations were so relaxing. We especially love the kitchen and the main living area. My whole family had a central spot for meals and for hanging out! It was close enough to restaurants and shops but secluded enough that it felt like an oasis. We only have time to take one vacation in the summer with our busy schedules, so we make sure we find the perfect place for it! We've definitely found our go-to summer beach oasis.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. A very short walk to the beach and you can enjoy all that the Cape has to offer. You can actually see the water from the second level of the house! The house was very roomy and had plenty of space for our family to stretch out plus it had plenty of natural light! We enjoyed the nice kitchen and really appreciated how clean the entire house was. Thank you, we'll be back! We highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even better than it looks. We had a wonderful time and explored the area. It was a great location to return to every night. We went from Provincetown to Martha’s Vineyard and this was perfect. The neighbors were extremely nice and friendly as well!
