This was a lovely and cozy beach home and perfect for our family of 5. The house was very comfortable and had very cute beach decor. The yard was well maintained and shed was very helpful to have since we had 5 bikes. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The house was beautiful, from top to bottom. Even though it was just my wife and 2 children, there was so much space and room to sleep 8 more people. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great home, great location and tons of fun.

Three short distance to the beach. Quick walk to town. And a nice friendly family neighborhood.

My husband and I absolutely loved this contemporary Harwich home. The large deck in back was perfect for morning coffee and evening cookouts with a very private yard. Inside was immaculate and so comfortable for entertaining or just relaxing. The kitchen was quite large and well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. We looked forward to watching a family of wild turkeys stroll around the perimeter of the yard daily. Too cute! We would definitely rent this home again.

I wished we could of stayed for 2 weeks. Great location. It's quiet and private, yet within minutes you can pick up anything you may need. My husband and I are active people, we found some great back roads to cycle on and I found the neighborhood pleasant to run in. As far as the lake, it is really clean. I enjoyed my daily swims (so did my dogs) and really enjoyed taking the kayaks and canoe out. One of the things I truly loved was having the house high up so you could see and hear all the birds in the tree tops. It was like being in a treehouse with the lake below.

Wow! Amazing clean, functional property that gave everyone in our group their own space! We were a business group having a board meeting/retreat and the space worked great. Bedrooms on Each floor, two kitchens, the downstairs rec-area! Amazing. Just steps to the ocean as well as a short walk to the town of Chatham. One morning got up and watched the sunrise at the lighthouse just a short walk away. We were able to use the large dinning table for our meeting space, as well as meals together. Hurry, book this place, as it books fast!

My husband and I were looking for a new retreat and after looking at what felt like hundreds of properties, we settled on 21 Beechwood rd. My thoughts were, if the place is half as nice as the pictures looked, I'd be happy. Well, the place is twice as nice as.the pictures . We've already booked it for next year. If you enjoy the water, beauty, comfort and privacy, this place has it all.

I have completed this twice but I must be doing something wrong. Please advise. I would like to book this wonderful home for three weeks next summer. I tried to book on line ( unsuccessfully ) and to call New England Vacation Rentals at 508-232-4153. There was no answer and no machine. Please contact me at 781- 849-7345. Thank you. Pictures don't do this place justice. Big open space, with large windows to enjoy the veiw. Great for small groups or families.

Our first impression was just WoW! This house is breathtaking, the style and decor just sum up New England with its coastal inspired colours and nautical influences. We stayed as a family group of 4 couples, 4 children & 1 young adult. There's plenty of space for all and a quiet space can always been found. We enjoyed the outside as much as the inside, the garden has plenty of shaded areas and a pool which was the focal point. The outdoor grill was perfect for our group too. Each room has its own (at least one) tv which suits a large party with varying viewing tastes & each bedrooms it's own bathroom. The kitchen has everything you could want or need & previous guests have left the larders well stocked with store cupboard essentials. The short stroll to the lighthouse & stunning beach is a bonus as well as the convenience to the town. All in all a faultless house in a fabulous location to be enjoyed by all ages; small children to grandparents! I hope everyone who is lucky enough to visit has as wonderful a time as we did!!!

Our family of 6 just spent a week at this charming Cape Cod house for a week. We lucked out & had fabulous weather, but this house was perfect for all of our needs. We have 4 young children & they all loved sleeping in the fun "bunk" room together. The layout was perfect for entertaining, and the rest of our family (renting houses in the same neighborhood) would end up here on nights we didn't eat out. We grilled, had lobsters & everyone enjoyed each other's company on the outside deck, sunroom & running around the yard playing games. The house is big enough that it comfortably fit our family of 6, and also small enough that I could keep an eye on my kids at all times. This house also had lots of pots, pans, serving trays that made entertaining easy with a big group. We also loved being in a quiet neighborhood where you can take walks, and even walk to the small beach at the end of Pleasant Street. We would definitely come back to this house.

16 Studley Road in Hyannis, MA is the most fantastic vacation spot of all. Every amenity is within a 10 minute or less stroll! While the sandy beach is across the street, the house, grounds, and pool are spacious, relaxing and a pleasure to be at for a vacation. Every guest has raved about enjoying every minute of their stay at Studley!

Joanne & Sonnie and the NEVR team are great to work with! We have been very happy with their services in getting our home rented and making things go smoothly!

We have been very pleased with NEVR this, our first, year with them. The entire season was booked early and continues into the fall. Sonnie and Joanne's advice has been invaluable; they clearly know the market. We especially appreciate their use of the Internet and social media. In addition, guests have expressed their appreciation that NEVR responds quickly to any issues that may arise.

We have used NEVR for the past 9 years to rent our home in Harwich. They have always responded to any questions we may have and have helped us to update our home so that renters can really enjoy it. Their response time is very quick for any emails and calls that we put into them. I feel they are very passionate for the work they do and want both owners and renters to be happy.

Top professionals. 1st rental season completely booked. Renters have been extremely happy and just the few minor problems were handled by NEVR with efficiency and care for both the tenants and home owner. Communication has been excellent.

After renting my home on my own for several years, I decided to try NEVR. Joanne and Sonnie and their team did a great job "refreshing" my home's décor and getting it rented through the summer. They have handled any issues quickly and with care and communicate with me as needed. I can now actually enjoy my summer and sleep on Friday nights without worrying about what will happen at the "turn over." I only wish that I had hired them sooner!

New England Vacation Rentals has been exceptional with managing the rentals for my home in Chatham. I have worked with and known Sonnie Hall for many years. She is creative, a visionary, professional and is so thorough. Her suggestions as far as updates and additions to my home have been spot on and resulted in a more enjoyable and gratifying experience for my "guests". Although my Chatham home is a second home for me, it is still my home and Sonnie always makes sure that the guests who rent my home treat it with "kindness" and enjoy their stay. I have referred Sonnie and NEVR to several friends with homes they are considering renting out or are looking to rent a home and Sonnie always wow's them with her professionalism and understanding of their needs.

We've been staying at Cape rentals for the last three seasons and this property was the best by far. Sometimes it's difficult to tell from pictures and 'words' what the property is like but this one lived up to the billing. It was clean, well appointed with extra's including central air conditioning, excellent appliances, i.e., fridge, washer, dryer, grill, outdoor furniture, plenty of parking, etc. It is, like many properties, about 2 miles from the water but is a straight shot without stressful traffic. It was perfect for two Seniors, 1 son with 2 teenage Grands who came for several days. As you can tell, I would recommend to anyone. We'll be going to England next year so might skip the Cape.

My family and I frequent Chatham and have an annual tradition of staying there during the summertime. This was the first time we stayed at 14 Capri Lane, and we were not disappointed. Close proximity to town, right on the wonderful Oyster Pond, the location could not be be beat. Then, the house itself was just the perfect layout for our family of 6, with enough living and kitchen space to host us all as well as our extended family that visited from a nearby house rental. The bedrooms were laid out well, if not the walls a little thin, and the bathroom situation was perfect for us to split up. While we didn't use the finished basement all that much - with it's full size flat-screen TV, DVD player, board games and ping pong table, it was nice knowing it was there in case we needed it due to a rainy day. This was really a perfect base for us and we would absolutely rent it again. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested!

We've been renting in and around the Chatham area for many years and this was one of our favorite houses we've rented. It was extremely clean and organized and had everything needed for cooking at home, heading to the beach, etc. It was very spacious as the media/sitting room upstairs added another area to relax. The layout of a bedroom with it's own bath downstairs and the 2 bedrooms upstairs was ideal for our family as my parents had privacy downstairs and my husband and I and our 2 daughters had plenty of space upstairs. We are clean freaks and this house was spotless! We also liked the South Chatham location close to the beaches and town and also very close to Harwich Port which is also a cute town with additional dining and ice cream options.

My childhood friends and I spent a fabulous week in this wonderrful home right in the middle of the Cape. The setting of this house is incredible with beautiful views of Pleasant Bay from most of the windows in the house. The bedroom settings worked so well for us because some like to rise very early and some liked to sleep in. WIth two bedrooms on one side of the house and two on the other, it was perfect. The house is quite large and there was plenty of room for everyone with a lovely living room, great TV room and even a formal dining room. We spent a lot of time out on the deck which even had awnings for shade and rain protection. The location is very quiet and not far from lovely downtown Chatham with wonderful shops and restaurants. Centrally located for trips to the boat docks in Hyannis and Provincetown. A great time was had by all!!!

This home met all expectations! The owners have done everything possible to make it a nice vacation home, Everything was fresh and clean. Thr set up with two bedrooms and a "sitting room" upstairs and a master bedroom downstairs was great for our party of 6 (two children). The screened in porch was used frequently and the outdoor shower used daily! The kitchen was well equipped. Cockle Cove Beach is within walking distance and adjacent to that beach is the "kid friendly" Ridgevale Beach. This was the first time we had vacationed on the Cape and we enjoyed the house and the area tremendously!

The house was clean, very comfortable, beautifully appointed in cottage chic decor, and has wonderful views for watching sunsets. It had everything we could have hoped for--lots of amenities, a nice upper level patio (where we had coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings!) that gave us the feeling we were nestled in the tree canopy, private access to the lake and to peaceful kayaking, a hot tub, and very close proximity to a variety of restaurants, stores, beaches, and other activities. A few of our favorite nearby restaurants--Pain D'Avignon in Hyannis for delicious croissants, crispy prosciutto sandwiches, and onion soup gratinee; and the Dunbar Tea Room in Sandwich for English fare and outdoor dining. There are also several ocean beaches within a twenty minute drive from the house and a multitude of stores and antique shops nearby. We would highly recommend this beautiful and centrally located but peaceful retreat on the lake! And we look forward to returning again soon. Joe and Anita Benson
