We enjoyed 93 Bucks very much. The home had everything we needed and the pool was the cherry on top. Being able to walk to the beach was also terrific. The top deck had a wobble to it so we stayed off of that. We would absolutely be interested in renting again - we had a great vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would love to stay at the Lobsta house again. We didn’t have any issues. The only recommendation we would make is to have a table outside for outdoor dining. There was so much to do on the area and having the beach within walking distance was so convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet and the back yard was fairly private.

We enjoyed staying in this cozy cottage. It is in South Chatham right next to Harwich. The cottage is well maintained by the owner and looks like it has been recently renovated. The management company is very responsive. The house has a nice layout (open kitchen with eating area, 2 bedrooms with queen bedrooms with 2 full baths that are spread out and a huge kids room with bunk beds). We enjoyed having the option to relax outside on the deck or head inside to the four seasons room when it got buggy. The window A/C units in the bedrooms were enough to keep the cottage cool.
There is a small beach at the end of Pleasant Street. It is within walking distance, but I would recommend bringing a wagon if you are going to walk there with your stuff. There are a few free parking spots here and also a couple of streets over at Forest Street. It is the bay side, so bring water shoes as it is rocky with lots of seashells and horseshoe crabs. There are other straighter shots to the beach, but many of the streets have private access to the beach and don't want you access the beach from their streets.
We rented bikes and biked around the different neighborhoods in the area. There is a bike path, but we did not feel comfortable biking on the main road or trying to cross over to route 137.
The house was well stocked with lots of plates, utensils, serving trays and bowls. They have nice beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and even a cooler that you can borrow. There is a shed where you could store bikes.
There is a not a lot of privacy between this house and the one behind them, but it did not bother us.
I would definitely recommend this house.

Weather was perfect which always helps, we have a big family, plenty of room to spread out! The deck was amazing, and we even played badmitton and corn hole in the back yard.

We absolutely love the house! Not only did it accommodate the couple of us actually staying there, we were able to have a family cookout in the spacious back yard! It made for the perfect holiday getaway vacation! We highly recommend the house, location, everything!

This home has been beautifully done. The view is amazing to wake up to, the beach so easy to enjoy, and every detail thought through to make our stay relaxing. We can’t say enough good things about Bay Dream. We absolutely loved staying here and definitely would like to again.

The house was clean and well-kept. We loved going fishing on the lake. It was nice to have the kayaks and canoe to use. We wish the access area to the lake was a little larger (maybe by removing a few of the bushes). We used the beach pass which was a nice added bonus. All the beds were comfortable. House is conveniently located near Hyannis. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the patio every morning and listening to all the birds. Relaxing in the hot tub was a pleasant way to end the day. The view of the sunset from the lower yard was amazing! Our family would love to rent again next year.

We so loved our stay at 14 Hallett that we are already trying to figure out when to come back. The house is beautifully decorated and perfect for a large and diverse family group with three levels to live and play in. It's very close to the beach and walking distance to town.

This place was updated and had a great Cape Feel. Location was optimum right off Main St and a really nice quiet Side Street of Main.

I had a wonderful time at this charming and cozy apartment, It has been remodeled with great taste and attention to details.The area is quiet and it has a nice patio where to sit to enjoy a cupo of coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine at sunset. I felt right at home since the moment I walked in. Everything is in excellent condition and the instructions are easy to follow. I would definitely recommend it to others and would come back for sure.

This house was perfect for us. 4 adults and an almost 5 year old. The house layout worked out that the in-laws had their area and my husband, myself and our little one had our area, which included a couch nook for the kiddo to watch morning cartoons without occupying the living room TV. The house was very open, a lot of natural light and was perfectly equipped with everything we needed from all the kitchen items, right down to the beach umbrellas. The home was beautiful and very clean and the property was the perfect size and appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood and the amount of yard for us to play freeze tag and hide and seek, the outdoor shower and hammock were added bonuses. The home location, was within a quick walk to cute little downtown Dennisport which has a lot of cute amenities to enjoy and a short ride to West Dennis Beach with easy access to RT 6 and 28! Would recommend this property to all, especially small families!
We thank the homeowners for offering their home and allowing us to create great memories on the Cape!!

Everything was great, the agency was easy to deal with. A few concerns about the cleanliness of the house, seems whom ever is cleaning needs to be a bit more diligent in dusting and vaccuming.

We started our new year of 2018 in this spectacular house where my family and I had a great and unforgettable time! Everything worked perfectly! It was a very cold weekend and we felt like we were in the "mountains" near the fire place watching the snow falling outside playing cards, Ping-Pong and of course a great bottle of wine to complete the scenario. :)

We rented this house for Thanksgiving 2017. Easy walk to town and beach. Chatham is lots of fun at this time of year. More than adequate kitchen supplies (pots,pans etc.) to cook thanksgiving dinner.

We always enjoy our time in Chatham and our stay at the Sea Mist offered everything we needed. it is a lovely, comfortable home with balcony views of Nantucket Sound. We found the living space open and airy; a wonderful setting to begin and end our day. We were welcomed to the home with a gift bag of essentials which was provided by the owner. This was most appreciated and we used every item.
Chatham is a perfect location; a mid-point with easy access to everything the cape has to offer. We never miss Monday night jazz at the Roadhouse in Hyannis. The restaurants continue to impress and we especially liked Pisces in Chatham and L'Alouette by Christian in Harwich. The October weather was beautiful and we enjoyed patio seating for dinner at the Chatham Inn. Of course, our first point of socializing is at Squires. The beautiful fall weather also offered the perfect backdrop for hiking on the many nature trails. A fabulous week and we would certainly stay at the Sea Mist again.

The house is nicely decorated and has everything we needed. However, we spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the perfect view! Very private location while still being just a short drive to dining, shopping, and ocean beaches.

We visited with our dog this September and we fell in love with the cape and the lake. House is perfectly located and the Craigville Beach was perfect for beach walks with our dog. The lake was beautiful and calm we enjoyed daily canoe rides at the end of our days --- will definitely return

This is a beautiful home in an ideal setting overlooking a pond. There is a beautiful outdoor deck as well as a glass enclosed sitting area overlooking the pond. The neighborhood is very nice and quite. We hope to return again in the near future.

NEVR is a terrific, professional company and we have had excellent results utilitzing the team. Sonnie and Joanne have years of experience in this business and are the best on Cape Cod. We have been renting our homes for over 15+ years and bar none, they have proven to be the best there is. To ''Don'" - as an owner, you should appreciate the enormoity of what goes into summer rentals. This team works extremely hard to make every effort for our guests comfort and satisfaction. As owners ourselves, we understand the work involved. The emails they send are witty and funny - not insulting as you imply. They try to maintain a sense of humour when mishaps occur and by sharing, make us all realize we are not alone when disaster strikes. I commend them for handling so much pressure with grace and calmness....no small feat in the height of the summer! Their business ethics are above reproach and we highly recommend renting through them.

As new owners of a rental home on Cape Cod, NEVR provided us with excellent tips about the “likes and needs” of summer guests so we could make our home desirable and bring in the maximum rent. This was our first summer renting our home on the Cape to vacationers and NEVR rented it for nine straight weeks! They are the best for owners and renters. And, they are great people to work with too!

The house was beautiful, from top to bottom. Even though it was just my wife and 2 children, there was so much space and room to sleep 8 more people. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great home, great location and tons of fun.

My husband and I absolutely loved this contemporary Harwich home.
The large deck in back was perfect for morning coffee and evening cookouts with a very private yard. Inside was immaculate and so comfortable for entertaining or just relaxing.
The kitchen was quite large and well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious.
We looked forward to watching a family of wild turkeys stroll around the perimeter of the yard daily. Too cute!
We would definitely rent this home again.
