The home was as described. It was exceptionally clean, and lovely. Everything was working and we had no problems. There were lovely beach chairs as well as a rolling cooler for beach use. The beach was 1/4 of a mile from the home and I walked to it many times. It is a bay side beach and at high tide was quite small but at low tide there was ample room for all and had spectacular sunsets!! The kitchen was absolutely spotless, however if you were planning to cook big meals there were not any serving bowls/trays. Which was fine with us as we ate out at a number of great places within 10-15 mins driving. I would highly recommend this rental and would absolutely stay again!!

I made the reservation very last minute and was also distracted by a family medical issue so I missed the fact that no linens nor towels were provided. When I asked New England, they suggested a couple of places to go buy linens since the linen service needed to be requested 24 hours in advance. I wouldn’t have been able to reserve linens anyway since I made the reservation less than 24 hours in advance. It was my fault for not catching it, I won’t make that mistake again! By the way, BJ’s had surprisingly nice sheet sets for twin, queen and King beds at great prices. I don’t think we paid more than $15 for any one set.
Other than that the house was a great, decorated nicely, clean. It was more than enough space for the 6 of us. We had one elderly person who slept in the queen bed on the main floor. It was perfect.

Positives: location in town so you could walk to restaurants and shops; as well as short walk to a nice beach. Very clean, very good, modern furnishings. Also mid-Cape location allows easy access to much of the Cape. Nothing is more than an hour away. Lots of beach chairs included! Love using an access code instead of a key. Negatives: potential noise from shops/three monkeys/road/other condo. We were there before busy season and a few nights and mornings the noise was a bit disturbing. Also, blinds in bedrooms don’t shut out the light very well, so bring a sleep mask. Suggestions: the shed could use some hooks to hang some of the chairs so it’s easier to get the trolly out. An extra towel bar in the master bath (on the door perhaps), more coffee cups and maybe some plastic glassware. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms! Looks like it’s all set up for them.

This property is beautiful. The location is private and perfectly situated in a little neighborhood. It’s close to the beach, downtown sandwich, and golf. Great for large group with different age groups.

We had a lovely time at this home in Chatham. The house has great space for everyone and we spent a ton of time in the backyard. The beach isn’t too far of a walk and is beautiful. We loved how close we were to town. The only small things I would point out is the freezer ice machine makes very very little ice. It doesn’t fill the ice bin just makes about 20% full so we had to go out and get ice. Also the driveway out has bushes in the neighbors yard that block the view of other cars driving into town. Makes it dangerous to pull out.

We had such a lovely time! The house is centrally located with a variety of places including the beach, delicious restaurants and treehouse brewing within a 5-15 minute walk. The house itself was very homey with a huge kitchen and comfy living room for when we wanted to lay low. Would definitely stay there again!

Truly enjoyed our time at Whidah Drive. This place was clean and well stocked with essentials for cooking and entertainment. The beds were very comfortable. This space and location worked out very well for us.

We had an amazing time in this cute house! The bed was super comfortable, everything very clean and a lot of extra stuff. They have everything you wish (like for example an air fryer, games to play, veggie bed with tomatoes, salad, strawberries (!!!), etc). Everything was made with love from decoration to recommendations for the area. The pool is very nice and the area itself perfect to go everywhere on the cape in just a minimum of time. We really wanna come back to stay longer!

Incredible location - 10 min walk to town and 5 min from two beautiful beaches. Great bonus amenities - grateful for hot tub, beach towels, beach wagon. And kitchen was most well stocked for gear and appliances of any Airbnb I’ve ever been to.

This oceanfront cozy cottage was absolutely adorable and just steps to the ocean. Very clean! We had a wonderful weekend, relaxing on the front patio watching both the sunrise and sunset. Cottage is close to some great restaurants and the famous Sundae School Ice Cream shop. Would highly recommend, looking to see when we can book again!

Our entire group had nothing but great things to say about the property! The location was perfect for our needs as our daughter was graduating from The Riverview School, and the beach was easily accessible. The home itself was lovely and well-appointed. So much so that another Riverview family is already planning on renting it next year when their child graduates. Your team was especially helpful with the mixup with the linen drop-off! 5 stars! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, clean home! It was right around the corner from our friends and in a lovely neighborhood.
A lot of bedrooms to accommodate our group of 5. All of the kitchen amenities we needed and a nice area for us to gather and chat.

The property was available on time, was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly require. The location was perfect, equidistant between main street shops, the village market and the fish pier. The service provided by NEVR was exceptional. Kat, who dealt with our property rental was very professional and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate in using NEVR for another property in the future.

This was my wife and I's 11th consecutive year staying at Tidal View 8 (our very first with our 5 month old daughter) and it was an excellent vacation as always! House is not the biggest but it packs plenty of charm. The newly added central air unit was a very surprising updated feature for a summer week stay! Weather has been the only negative in recent years and even that was nothing short of great this past week - all days were beach days :). Per usual, we could not recommend this property any higher than we already do. Always a fantastic time spent at Tidal View 8! See you next year!

A wonderful, peaceful place! We enjoyed the boats passing thru the canal, all the birds and other wildlife. We cooked all our meals at the cottage. Everything you needed for cooking was there!
Probably my favorite was sitting on the deck watching the sunset. NEVR communication was top notch and even added a welcoming gift. We are hoping to plan another trip next year! So clean, cozy and comfortable. I would not change a thing!

The most beautiful apartment. It was the perfect place to stay for our wedding. It was clean and in a great location. My only minor complaint which is to no fault of the host would be the noise level of people on Main Street on Saturday night. Otherwise this unit was absolutely gorgeous and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury feeling vacation home!!!

We love Sagamore Beach and this place is the perfect place to enjoy it! Quiet and very conducive to “down time”. We caught to striped bass fishing from the beach behind this rental as well.

Went in off season - early June for a family trip. Ive stayed in this area before and enjoy how its tuvked away from busy areas. Plenty of beach to explore and scorton creek is steps away. Cottage is big enough and small enough at the same time. We spent most of our time outside though. Every room had AC which we didnt need but would surely come in handy during the peak season. Would 100% stay again. My only complaint is we had to leave......
