We loved the beach pass and lake toys! We were very glad to have rented linens and use the provided beach towels. New England vacation rentals is very professional and made it feel a lot more like a hotel rental than a personal rental (in all the good ways)!

We were so happy with the house, location and hot tub. It’s a short walk to the beach, a mile from the bike trail and close to great restaurants. I did think it was odd to have to bring our own linens and towels though and strangely there were no plastic bags, Saran Wrap or foil which most rental houses have. That said the place was otherwise wonderful in every way. We will be back.

Very aptly named “Heaven’s Hideaway” for both the cottage and sublime surroundings. The home had nearly everything one could possibly need, including a helpful information booklet. Our only negative was the mattresses (queen bed was way too soft to support 1 person weighing 280 lbs.) and wish the entrance road ruts could be leveled a bit - however, every other aspect was beyond wonderful and pure heaven!

With our children and grandchildren in tow, this home beautifully accommodated the twelve of us (4 couples and 4 kids ages 2-4). The pool was a big hit with the little ones! Everyone had their space and even on rainy days we were comfortable lounging in the various sitting areas. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and ease of checking in and out. Communication with Sonnie was wonderful, and she came by to make sure everything was in order while welcoming us to the Cape. We were all thrilled with our stay in Chatham, but it just wasn’t long enough!

Property was all that was advertised and more. House in great condition. Very well stocked kitchen. Memory foam beds very comfortable. Owners go above and beyond with extra touches and things they provide. Beautiful yard and deck. Lots of beach chairs and items in the shed. We really enjoyed our time there. Management company responsive and helpful.

This little jewel in West Chatham was just what we were expecting. Beautifully furnished, great layout, beautiful linens and bed coverings, comfortable beds!!! Kitchen outfitted with everything you need for cooking. Quiet neighborhood and large fenced yard which was great for kids and dogs. A short drive to the best beaches on the Cape. Downtown Chatham a 10 minute drive for great restaurants and shops. This was a great find and we will be back!

House ideally located in quiet neighborhood but with easy access to entire Cape. Beds were a little firm but property still gets 5-star rating!

We were a large group of several families with little kids and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Priscilla! You cannot beat the location- walk to the beach and the quaint shopping spots on main st! The house is unbelievable - its large with a serene ocean pastel vibe, a modern kitchen, a great backyard with grill and fire fit, spacious bedrooms and a fun game room. I highly recommend this for a large group. New England Rental co had great customer service and very accommodating of our requests. Highly recommend this place for large groups! Dhana

House had the perfect layout and backyard for our stay. Outdoor shower was very unclean but we cleaned out and after that the stay was great. Would recommend!

3 couples shared this lovely, perfectly located house. There are multiple places to be together or apart. The back deck and kitchen look out into an expanse of marshland. We loved eating meals outside after shared cooking in the large kitchen. So much to love in this exceedingly comfortable, well maintained hpuse.

Bobs place is in a quiet neighborhood in North Chatham. There is plenty of space for two couples. Bobs place even has nice wine glasses and and dishes.

Lovely home with great views; spacious and easy to live in. Would suggest the light in the master bath outside the shower be replaced. Also, when we arrived, the garbage can left outside by the garage was tipped over with garbage falling out - it has no lid. Many thanks

A warm and cosy house, literally just 2 minutes walk from the beach. Everything you need in a holiday home, house is well laid out and has all amenities you would need! There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance - one was closed for the season, but the talkative pig was a great find - just book ahead of time! A place we would love to come back to, thanks New England Vacations! Nothing was too much trouble, just brilliant!

Tennis Ball, Worn Smooth The people who lived in our cottage the week before we came to do the same left paw prints in the coarse yellow sand bordering the damp edge of Goose Pond. A Labrador no doubt, judging by the size, the way they repeatedly entered the water, blurring and deepening in the shallows. A worn tennis ball half hidden in grass dropped in anticipation of a swift return, the sunny side dry, the shady still wet. How many times did the lab look back? How many times have we?

We recently spent a week at this lovely home. We were there with 6 adults, 2 newborns and a 2 year old. I have to say the view is incredible and the beach is perfect for young kids. The finishings in the home are lovely. We hope to return!

This is our second time returning to this lovely home! We love the access to the bike path (just down the hill!) and access to local ponds for swimming and kayaking. House is beautifully decorated, clean, and kitchen so well equipped! Great home for families with young children. We would rent again in a heart beat!

We had a great week and this charming Cape style home. The house was very clean and up to date. We were surprised that there was Central A/C as the original description revealed units in the bedrooms, so that was a very nice upgrade, especially given the humid week we had. The house was very spacious and open for the family. We also loved the deeded access to Oyster Pond down the road and brought our inflatable paddle boards there a few times. The bike-ride distance to the center of town was perfect for the whole family. Overall a great stay!

We love the house and can’t wait to go back! Amazing location and great layout for a multi-generation vacation. The best part of the house is the deck, LARGE fenced in yard and huge outdoor shower. Loved it!!

Every thing was nice. Well equiped kitchen. Shed with lots of beach stuff. All good. Only comment is that the floors could have been better mopped.

We loved this house, we had six adults and three children and had beds left over. Fifteen minute walk to two Bay side beaches, beautiful lawns and gardens, interior of house is bright and clean, kitchen is new and well equipped. This our sixth straight year of renting homes in the Cape and Four Shores blows the others away. We stayed 8/4-8/11/2018, thank God for central air!!!

We like to cook and there were pots, pans, utensils and everything else that we needed for every meal. Beach chairs and pails and umbrellas in the garage. Wonderful private back yard with a fire pit. Back trail to the CCRT country store Best House we’ve stayed at for a long time.

We enjoyed 93 Bucks very much. The home had everything we needed and the pool was the cherry on top. Being able to walk to the beach was also terrific. The top deck had a wobble to it so we stayed off of that. We would absolutely be interested in renting again - we had a great vacation!
