Wonderful little spot!! It was rainy one of the days, and it's a super cozy place to stay! I wish I had brought some coffee grounds to make some in the mornings because all I found was instant coffee. Would have been lovely to have coffee on the porch! I'd clarify when you book how they want you to get to the spot -- the address given is vague, and we drove around for quite some time trying to find our unit within the little community of homes. Overall perfect location and lovely little spot!! No closet/space to hang anything (we came for a wedding) but it was ok with us because of the fact that we got to fall asleep to the sea! Outdoor shower is a bonus. Only thing is I wished the quilt on the bed was not so old/cleaner! Thanks so much for a great stay.

The house was beautiful and secluded, exactly as pictured. We loved that it was a quick 10 minute drive to downtown and close to everything, but also quiet and private.

I could not imagine staying anywhere else! phenomenal beach access! The outdoor common space is beautiful and we loved grilling and having dinner outside. Next door is a park with some swings and across the street is an amazing seafood restaurant and ice cream shop. Cottage was roomy and comfortable and we spent most of our trip hanging out at or near the property.

We absolutely love staying at Chase’s Ocean Grove in Dennisport, MA! The property is always spotless, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. This isn’t our first time staying here, and it certainly won’t be our last—as long as it’s available, we’ll continue to book it.The location is perfect—just a minute’s walk to the beach, which is always clean and safe. You can leave your belongings out without worry, thanks to the friendly and respectful atmosphere. The team at New England Rentals was wonderful, even getting us into the house early after a long travel day.There’s so much to do in the area, and the house itself feels very special to us. We’re already looking forward to booking again next year and the year after. We just can’t say enough good things about this place!

This is one of the best appointed houses I have stayed in (and I have been bouncing around the Cape for 10 years). It is well stocked with many of the things I would have to buy and be annoyed by buying (aluminum foil or ziploc bags for instance). Everything is top notch (the appliances, the cookware and dinnerware) and clean, cared for, neat and well thought out. The neighbors are nice, the location convenient and I love the little touches like the wide selection of board games and vinyl. Every morning I introduced my boys to a new artist (they LOVED Air Supply) and they would pick a board game every evening (Candyland is inarguably "for babies").The art on the walls and the books are also well curated. In short, this place facilitated what we needed: time interacting together as a family, in a really easy and stress free environment. This was my youngest's favorite house by far. Thank you for creating a really perfect home on the Cape.

Beach access doesn't get better than this! This was perfect for my family, who wanted to roll out of bed and start fishing. Loved the availability of a/c and fans - thank you from the bottom of my overheated heart. Despite a blow out party over the holiday, it was quiet and despite the weirdly mushy bed, I slept like a baby and enjoyed the instant gratification of a tea kettle at breakfast and bedtime. The property management company is prompt and extremely communicative and graciously allowed us to dash back in for forgotten fridge items. I still find it weird that Cape rentals largely skip linens as this is not the case in other coastal areas, but we found a great couple of animal shelters to donate them to afterwards. Note, there is a big step from the living room into kitchen, so this would not be accessible for some folks.

We had a great experience in Sandwich. The house was spacious and very clean. Room for everyone to stretch out and get away when they wanted to. The backyard is well landscaped. Location is really excellent and walkable to the beach, brewery, etc. Beds are very comfy, though having to make your own beds upon arrival and bring/rent linens was a huge bummer. Overall we'd highly recommend and would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Cape Cod beach house! The home was spotless and very well maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the beach and also very close to town, making it easy to enjoy both the shoreline and local shops and restaurants. It was the perfect balance of convenience and coastal charm. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located getaway on the Cape!

This Cape house was everything we expected. The kids enjoyed the finished basement and the board games. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Appreciated having a few laundry pods available. I wasn’t overwhelmed with what was expected of me at checkout. Also we enjoyed walking the dog around the little neighborhood loop. Only heads up I would give is that across the marsh is a rod and gun club and you can hear the shots go off. It was not disruptive to our stay in the least and it would not prevent me from booking again. I only mention it because I know some people can be more sensitive to that than others.

We had a great girls' weekend at this Airbnb! We had such a blast using the fire pit, hot tub, and pool. The outdoor experience was really great, as was the kitchen. We cooked a great dinner all together and made the most of our time at the house. The location was also perfect; we could walk to the beach in just 10 minutes, and there were also some cute beach restaurants nearby. We would definitely come back!

This house was perfect for our Labor Day weekend getaway! It was very functional, and the location was ideal. The house was spotless when we arrived, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet so close to the beautiful pond. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this cottage was more than just a rental. It was a place thoughtfully prepared to make guests feel at home. The fresh nosegay of wildflowers, a basket of snacks, s’more supplies and a chilled bottle of wine were such heartfelt touches that instantly set the tone for a relaxing and memorable stay.The beds were very comfortable, and having fresh linens provided made settling in effortless. One of our favorite spots was the back deck. It was spacious, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. The grill was clean and ready to use, with plenty of gas, and the seating area was ideal for lingering over meals or enjoying a quiet evening under the stars.We especially appreciated the beach chairs, which made our early morning walks to catch the sunrise even more enjoyable. The beach itself was just a pleasant 10–15 minute walk away, and the neighborhood was so quiet. It truly felt like a hidden gem.This stay was everything we hoped for and more. Thank you to our host for creating such a welcoming and restful escape.
