We loved the rental, especially the outdoor space and outdoor shower, which was better than described. The rental had everything we needed and the owner was extremely communicative.

We had a fabulous stay, the home was very comfortable, clean and within driving minutes of beaches! The outdoor shower was great and spacious, as the indoor one is a bit snug. We had one minor hiccup with the grill but everyone was super responsive and the issue was resolved first thing the next day. I would stay here again and refer the rental - washer/dryer big bonus!
Also loved getting a text when the rental was ready, we were able to get in a few hours early - great customer service piece!

We absolutely loved seabattical and cannot wait to go back! Walking distance to sundae school, weepacket, the beach, Pelham house and a great centralized location. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms make it perfect for a family plus more!

Amazing experience; we had everything we needed and more in the Airbnb. The host is extremely thoughtful and the house is stocked with beach chairs, towels, a speaker, games, and more. The beds and pillows were a dream. Everything was clean and beautifully styled. Also a fantastic location. We will be staying here again next summer!!

Spent 6 nights here at the end of June (6 adults, a 3 month old, a 3 year old and a dog) and everything was as described. Walk to the private beach is a short one down a quiet idyllic street. Very short walk to a number of nice restaurants and stores in the quaint town of Harwich Port, which is a 15 minute drive to Chatham, a 15 minute drive to Hyannis, less than an hour to Provincetown and the fast ferry to Nantucket is right in town. The Mooring has the historic charm of a century home with all the modern amenities, plenty of space for everyone and a spectacular front porch for relaxing on. Each full size bedroom has it's own bathroom in addition to the two on the main floor. The beautiful high ceilings do result in a possible challenge for anyone who has an issue with stairs as the flights to the second and third floors are steep with more stairs than normal.

We had a wonderful week's stay at this home. The location is so convenient to stores, restaurants, and beaches. The home was clean, and provided all the necessities we needed. There is also an adorable and cozy backyard/deck area to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a cocktail at the end of the day. All around a great home and a great location. We hope to rent again next year.

Beautiful home. Very clean. There so much to do. Swimming, hot tub, soccer, basket ball, other games, nice area for the dog, barbecuing, even a Tesler charger, We just enjoyed staying!

This property was exactly what we wanted. Nice clean house in a sleepy beach town close to everything. There were little touches missing (like bed linens) that could have made it a better for people flying in, but overall a great experience.

Thank you for letting me stay at your lovely home. It was perfect. Kitchen was amazing, large and super clean with everything you needed to do anything in the kitchen. Cozy living room, comfy beds, central AC and loved the fenced in yard. Awesome large walk In Laundry room right off the kitchen. Nice clean new master bath. An awesome week in a clean, well decorated spacious home.

This is our second time sraying at this property and everything went so smoothly. We got an early check-in and everything was just as we remember it. We were really close to shopping, grocery store, coffee shops, and of course, the beach. We had all the necessities and it was very simple, but it was everything we needed. We're already looking forward to next year!

We had a great time! The house is great. The area is very family friendly and there are great restaurants very close to the property. Host was prompt when returning any inquiries I had. Will definitely stay again.

Nice and clean, everything was new and working perfectly. Fantastic views and excellent beaches directly in front of the cottage.
Absolutely zero storage for clothing suitcases and personal belongings. No closet, no dresser’s. A real challenge for comfortable stays.

This was a great central location to explore Cape Cod. It was roomy and had a nice yard. Please note..linens are not included.

Great house to bring your kids. Shopping and dining so close to house. Craigville beach was 7 minute drive. Pool was heated to perfect temperature. Plenty of floats for the family. Outdoor kitchen is really great! Plenty of space for our family of 7

What can I say. A premium home that is dog friendly, close to the sea, and has the most amazing bell tower - what could be better. Love the premium appliances, the deck, provided linens- really nice accommodations. A few things that would make it better- AC does not get colder than 74 on the second floor when it is in the upper 80s/90s outside. Would be great if there was an umbrella for the deck.

We loved spending a week in this amazing house. It has lots of unexpected surprises in every ever room. The patio is a thing of beauty with views of the ocean. Beach access point is right across the street. This house also includes lots of extras i.e. plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. Excellent supply of dishes, silverware wine glasses etc. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. It has a large yard with plenty of space for yard games. My adult children and grandchildren absolutely fell in love with this house. We have lots of photo memories and will never forget our remarkable week together on Cape Cod.

My family and I will definitely be back. Love the private backyard, the cleanliness, and the livable spaces. Kitchen was well stocked and we had a great time. The location was perfect too near town neck beach.

The place was very clean and as advertised. A beautiful place inside with a beautiful view. We originally booked a 3 night stay and saw they had a night avail between bookings and didnt hesitate to extend another day. This unit has the prime location in the development right on the water. Parking is available for 1 car right behind the unit. Area is safe and quiet. We slept each night with the windows open to the sound of ocean waves crashing on the beach! Would not hesitate to book again.
