Amazing rental unit that provided convenient amenities that's perfect for those flying. Great location with easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Extremely clean beautiful cottage with great outdoor space.

What a beautiful home! View of water from master is gorgeous. I loved all the artwork. Quick access to beach. Misty, our dog, felt so comfortable in the home. I can’t thank you enough for allowing us to bring our 6th family member. Vacation would not have been the same without her. I would rent here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

What an amazing home - a true gem in Cape Cod! We had an amazing stay...even with the wind and cloudy skies, the beach time was perfect for our boys ages 12, 10 and "almost" 7. The number of ideas for recreational and local activities abounded. The lavender farm was delicious and very unique. The short walk to the beach, beautiful decorations and enough space for everyone, makes this Cape Cod home one that we hope to return to...and soon!

Beautiful home and very comfortable. My only feedback is that the home des not have the appropriate kitchen items (mixing bowls, grill utensils, limited on pans etc.). Fortunately, I always bring two pans with me just in case. I suspect it is due to the newness of the home. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to renting this home again. Thank you!

We enjoyed a wonderful two weeks at this lovely location. No need to venture beyond the driveway everything we needed was right there. Lake toys (kayaks and paddleboard) hot tub and sauna, fire pit and plenty of room for games, reading and quiet time. We did venture out for ice cream and found a new favorite…Ice Cream Sandwich in Sandwich of course. NEVR provided helpful communication and was responsive to our questions

This is a home not to overlook. Centrally located, clean, and close to the beach with plenty of room for eight people. All the amenities you need and they allow a dog without any evidence of previous animals in the house. Great air conditioning and is very responsive. It’s a win all the way around.

The home and yard are beautiful. Wonderful outdoor space. We wish our stay was longer so we could continue to enjoy all the home had to offer. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the center or town, restaurants, and beach. The home was fully equipped with anything and everything you could need. The only thing missing was a broom, I hated leaving the home without being able to give the floors a quick sweep. It was a breeze to book our stay, Erin couldn’t have been more helpful. We look forward to booking again.

Sandy Spot is a beautiful home in a great location. We had 2 fun weeks here with some of our children and grandchildren. This home has everything you need and plenty of room for everyone. What we loved most was the easy access to Red River beach. We have vacationed in a few Harwich homes over the past summers. Sandy Spot is definitely one of our favorites and we hope to return next summer.

56 Beechway is beautiful and spacious. The hosts provided everything necessary to enjoy their home and the beach. Finding paper goods, kitchen staples, laundry detergent, and even coffee was a treat. Having beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and toys as well as a wagon to transport them was welcome. It was our second year renting and we will come again. Please thank the hosts.

Only 1 comment - we never received text/email letting us know we could go to house so we just went at 4:00 which is check in time.

This house was lovely! It had everything we needed on vacation and was very clean. The upstairs suite was spacious and had a superb view! The deck was a nice place to relax near the water. We hope to stay again!

Marsh Mellow was a breathtaking home with beautiful decor, amenities and a stunning view. We loved being able to walk to both the beach and into town in just minutes. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen well stocked (although I recommend adding a set of better knives) and the layout was perfect for our family and entertaining.
Also want to note that the management company may have been the best we’ve ever encountered in regards to communication and timely resolutions. They were wonderful all around.

Location, Location, Location! This second-floor, private beachfront apartment has a balcony overlooking Nantucket Sound. It is well-appointed and allows smaller pets, too! It is a wonderful place near great restaurants, activities, and shopping, but it is quiet enough to let you gather your thoughts and restore your vision of the world's beauty. Thanks to the option of ordering your bed and bath linens via "Linendrops" and the close accessibility of a well-stocked Stop&Shop Supermarket nearby, you can pack light and quickly begin experiencing the joy of a summer week at the Cape! We discovered it via New England Vacation Rentals (NEVR) four years ago and hope to return every year for many years!

The Hideaway was a perfect place for my husband and I to vacation. It was quaint, peaceful, and charming. We loved all the renovated details throughout which made us feel like we were right at home. We would highly recommend to others and we’d absolutely stay here again!
