Beautiful unit in an excellent location. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and the check-in/ check-out process was clearly communicated and seamless. I would highly recommend staying at this property and booking through NEVR!

Guest Review: This was our first time staying at this beautiful home. Both private and within walking distance to town center and boardwalk/beaches. What we loved most was the calming space both indoors and out, Two beautiful decks, a lower and upper overlooking the marsh and the private space with outdoor shower and seating was so peaceful. The kitchen is a cook's kitchen, a dream kitchen with a view of the marsh. Top notch amenities. Quiet location but convenient to so much. Dog friendly. Our Cooper loved this vacation as much as we did. We highly recommend and we do plan to go back

We loved this home. It was our first time staying here and we will definitely rent again. It is private and quiet, a little sanctuary yet convenient and within walking distance to town and the boardwalk/beaches. The kitchen is a cooks kitchen with a view of the marsh. The home was clean and refreshing with two decks overlooking the marsh and wildlife. This is a special home.

Perfect cottage for a girl's getaway! Packed with amenities and local recommendations. The location was central to many restaurants and the beach. Private and cozy! Will definitely book for a couple's getaway soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. Awesome location to the beach and downtown Hyannis. Great yard and quiet neighborhood. We spent a lot of time enjoying the back patio, while you are close to everything it is very quiet and peaceful.

Charming cottage on the bay. Easy access to the beach. We could hear the waves from the porch and our bedroom. Host was super responsive. We loved our stay and would definitely go back.

We had a great week staying at the Beach Pearl property in Chatham. We’ve been visiting the Cape for the past 30 years, either in Chatham or Harwich. The house was in a great location. Unfortunately it was so hot and humid that we decided to drive to the beach rather than walk. I prefer Cockle Cove and Red River rather than Ridgevale, which is more geared toward families with younger kids. We ventured to Nauset one day, which is fun if you want to experience big waves. The house was immaculate! The rooms were set up nicely and well appointed. It was great having central air. Due to dietary restrictions I can’t have dairy so Sweet Izzy is my go-to ice cream shop. It’s always my first stop as soon as I land on the Cape. Favorites for dining are Mac’s, Bluefin sushi, Red River BBQ and Dogfish Tacos. Half price happy hour oysters are a must, as well, at either the Port or the Oyster Company in Dennisport. We’ll definitely be back to Beach Pearl!

We love our week at the cape! My only complaint is that we can’t get into cottage till 4 on Saturday, we lose a day on either end of week. I know have to clean them, but so small. Even if we could get in by 2!

We rent houses all over New England every year. This one might be the best one yet. The view, proximity to the beach, the deck, the deck, the DECK! The home was one of the best equipped homes we've ever rented. The linen service was seamless. Safe neighborhood for walking, jogging, bike riding. The proximity to downtown Harwich and any amenities you might need is really great. Lastly, Red River Beach is soooooooooooooo beautiful! We grew up going to Cape Cod but we had never been to that beach. Love that we can just cross through the grassy (little muddy) knoll and be at the beach. Easy peasy!

Beautiful condo right on a private beach with great ocean views out of every window. Modern appliances all in great condition. This was our second stay with our dog who loved the deck and the beach. Highly recommended.

Our third stay at this spacious and well-maintained property was as relaxing and comfortable as the previous visits. Many days were spent at the beach (a very short walk from the house) or enjoying the heated pool. Early morning walks or bike rides along the Cape Cod Canal were also favorite activities. A recommended restaurant, requiring a trip over one of the Canal bridges, is the Lobster Trap in Bourne. The rental process with NEVR was seamless.

We had a wonderful stay! It's right on the water - they neighbors were all super nice. Definitely bring water shoes - rocky/ lots of shells. 10/10 stay here again.
Some constructive criticism available if welcomed, but wouldn't impact us returning.

This is a really beautiful and spacious home with every detail considered and curated. It’s so nice to find a rental that has lots of queen bed options to accommodate adults and young adults. The main floor queen with its own bathroom was perfect for one of the people in our party. We loved playing pool a few nights in the awesome walk about basement area. There were also other games and puzzles available as well. The deck off the kitchen had lots of seating and a beautiful tree lined backdrop. Location was super convenient for jaunts to Chatham, Orleans, Dennis and Harwich Port. The management company was wonderful to work with as well. Very kind, responsive and accommodating. Would HIGHLY recommend this special home.

The condo was in a great location in proximity to the beach and Harwich Port. The community was very friendly and quiet. The rental would be a great place for a couple to stay for a long weekend and would definitely recommend.
