Another amazing summer! This was our 13th year renting this property and we absolutely LOVE it. The owners meticulously maintain this beautiful beachfront property. We love that they keep certain things just the way they have always been but have also made renovations to include modern amenities. We’re looking forward to next year!!!

This was our third summer at The Pineapple House and it is always like coming home. I'd first like to say that the outstanding team at NEVR always make our summer vacations so easy and stress free. Our family of 5 plus our grand-puppy(Ollie) enjoy this home so much. It is spacious; with each bedroom having an ensuite bath, which is such a bonus. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable and the kitchen is a dream. The living areas downstairs are open and airy and spacious. The outdoor deck and seating arrangements are perfect to relax on in the morning with a cup of coffee or to sit at the end of a day at the beach or shopping to enjoy a glass of wine. Everything we could need is included and we cannot rave enough about this beautiful home. Being able to walk to the private beach is a plus and of course being on Main Street allows us to walk to all the great shops and restaurants. We love exploring the beautiful towns on the Cape; Chatham, Sandwich, Orleans, P-town, etc. So much to do and see. Our family; daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter enjoy biking around the neighborhood and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The Wednesday evening music stroll is fun and we can sit on the front porch and listen to the music and watch folks go by. We hope to enjoy this beautiful rental home for years to come. The house is in excellent condition with great air conditioning and is super clean. Lots of room for the 7 of us. The beach is a short drive away. Be sure to bring water shoes as it is very rocky. We were questioned by an attendant about a beach pass, which was rather uncomfortable. It was supposed to be in a drawer but we only found what appeared to be 2 passes for other years. The attendant did give us access. We had to cook a lot because we have 4 special diets among us. There are many dishes but only one frying pan and one pot. The house is located close to many activities on the Cape.

This is my first time booking with NEVR and the booking was excellent! The property was clean and well maintained. This particular rental is in a small community of rentals with private beach access and we could not have asked for a better location. Literally steps from the beach, we spent the whole time there! Would definitely recommend this property as well as NEVR to anyone wanting to visit Cape Cod!

Such a beautiful cape house! Very clean, comfortable beds and stocked with just the things you need to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. We also appreciated the privacy of the lot while still being very close to everything including a very quick straight shot to the beach. Thank you!

Beautiful, serene, and private. 19 State Street did not disappoint. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy everything the property has to offer. Views, gardens, beaches, and location.

Neat as a pin, well equipped, spacious house. A quick stroll to the beach. Wonderful outdoor spaces, too. The only 'ding' is no ability to recycle - but the transfer station will take your recyclables if you sort them separately.

From the beginning, the staff at New England Vacation Homes was stellar to work with. A unexpected booking error that was not on New England Vacations Homes to fix came up and they went above and beyond to help out.
The home was immaculate and perfect for our family. Furnished incredibly with plenty of space to relax including an outdoor screened in porch to the biggest and comfiest couch ever in the living room. Will absolutely be back!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at 39 Jefferson Shores Bourne - Buttermilk Bay. The house was well suited for our family. We enjoyed the small beach next to the house. Although, a warning for folks with limited mobility, you have to traverse some rocks to get down to the beach. Not a problem for us.
We were also close to all that Onset and the surrounding towns had to offer.

Beautiful home, dead end street, had everything that you would need! Clean and very comfortable! Perfect location, just one block or a short walk to the beach. Only complaint was that the twin bed was not very comfortable, but it was still OK. Would love to reserve it again this year and next year, but it doesn’t look like there are any weeks available!

Lovely little home. Perfect for our family of 4. We appreciated having linens as we came from the WA. The home was clean and well appointed. Beach chairs and cooler came in handy. Overall great little place. Would stay again.

We love coming to 219 NSB every summer. We have been coming to East Sandwich beaches for more than 25 years now as a family. Prior to that, my husband's family and extended family did the same. The house is perfect for us, although we do wish we could fit just one more guest there each summer. The place sleeps 6, however the limit is 5. (Could this ever be changed?) We look forward to coming back again next year!

The condo is so spacious. Wonderful for entertaining. Walk to restaurants and shops right below. Beach is out the back and down the path. The staff at New England Vacation Rentals go above and beyond to help you with anything you might need. Perfect location for sun, fun and relaxing!

We had a great stay here, it’s a perfect location - quiet but near the main road, bike trail, and beaches. Could use a little more storage spaces but well appointed with everything we needed and plenty of space for two people.

This little house had everything we needed for a family of three. We have allergies and the house was very clean, (no smell of mildew at all).The yard was private and quiet, and we were a five minute drive to both beaches and restaurants. We appreciated the beach chairs being provided along with a couple of pails and shovels for the beach. Every day I had morning coffee (also provided) and sat on the patio listening to the birds. Very peaceful and calming.
