Lovely home with great views; spacious and easy to live in. Would suggest the light in the master bath outside the shower be replaced. Also, when we arrived, the garbage can left outside by the garage was tipped over with garbage falling out - it has no lid. Many thanks

A warm and cosy house, literally just 2 minutes walk from the beach. Everything you need in a holiday home, house is well laid out and has all amenities you would need! There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance - one was closed for the season, but the talkative pig was a great find - just book ahead of time! A place we would love to come back to, thanks New England Vacations! Nothing was too much trouble, just brilliant!

Tennis Ball, Worn Smooth The people who lived in our cottage the week before we came to do the same left paw prints in the coarse yellow sand bordering the damp edge of Goose Pond. A Labrador no doubt, judging by the size, the way they repeatedly entered the water, blurring and deepening in the shallows. A worn tennis ball half hidden in grass dropped in anticipation of a swift return, the sunny side dry, the shady still wet. How many times did the lab look back? How many times have we?

We recently spent a week at this lovely home. We were there with 6 adults, 2 newborns and a 2 year old. I have to say the view is incredible and the beach is perfect for young kids. The finishings in the home are lovely. We hope to return!

This is our second time returning to this lovely home! We love the access to the bike path (just down the hill!) and access to local ponds for swimming and kayaking. House is beautifully decorated, clean, and kitchen so well equipped! Great home for families with young children. We would rent again in a heart beat!

We had a great week and this charming Cape style home. The house was very clean and up to date. We were surprised that there was Central A/C as the original description revealed units in the bedrooms, so that was a very nice upgrade, especially given the humid week we had. The house was very spacious and open for the family. We also loved the deeded access to Oyster Pond down the road and brought our inflatable paddle boards there a few times. The bike-ride distance to the center of town was perfect for the whole family. Overall a great stay!

We love the house and can’t wait to go back! Amazing location and great layout for a multi-generation vacation. The best part of the house is the deck, LARGE fenced in yard and huge outdoor shower. Loved it!!

Every thing was nice. Well equiped kitchen. Shed with lots of beach stuff. All good. Only comment is that the floors could have been better mopped.

We loved this house, we had six adults and three children and had beds left over. Fifteen minute walk to two Bay side beaches, beautiful lawns and gardens, interior of house is bright and clean, kitchen is new and well equipped. This our sixth straight year of renting homes in the Cape and Four Shores blows the others away. We stayed 8/4-8/11/2018, thank God for central air!!!

We like to cook and there were pots, pans, utensils and everything else that we needed for every meal. Beach chairs and pails and umbrellas in the garage. Wonderful private back yard with a fire pit. Back trail to the CCRT country store Best House we’ve stayed at for a long time.

We enjoyed 93 Bucks very much. The home had everything we needed and the pool was the cherry on top. Being able to walk to the beach was also terrific. The top deck had a wobble to it so we stayed off of that. We would absolutely be interested in renting again - we had a great vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would love to stay at the Lobsta house again. We didn’t have any issues. The only recommendation we would make is to have a table outside for outdoor dining. There was so much to do on the area and having the beach within walking distance was so convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet and the back yard was fairly private.

We enjoyed staying in this cozy cottage. It is in South Chatham right next to Harwich. The cottage is well maintained by the owner and looks like it has been recently renovated. The management company is very responsive. The house has a nice layout (open kitchen with eating area, 2 bedrooms with queen bedrooms with 2 full baths that are spread out and a huge kids room with bunk beds). We enjoyed having the option to relax outside on the deck or head inside to the four seasons room when it got buggy. The window A/C units in the bedrooms were enough to keep the cottage cool. There is a small beach at the end of Pleasant Street. It is within walking distance, but I would recommend bringing a wagon if you are going to walk there with your stuff. There are a few free parking spots here and also a couple of streets over at Forest Street. It is the bay side, so bring water shoes as it is rocky with lots of seashells and horseshoe crabs. There are other straighter shots to the beach, but many of the streets have private access to the beach and don't want you access the beach from their streets. We rented bikes and biked around the different neighborhoods in the area. There is a bike path, but we did not feel comfortable biking on the main road or trying to cross over to route 137. The house was well stocked with lots of plates, utensils, serving trays and bowls. They have nice beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and even a cooler that you can borrow. There is a shed where you could store bikes. There is a not a lot of privacy between this house and the one behind them, but it did not bother us. I would definitely recommend this house.

Weather was perfect which always helps, we have a big family, plenty of room to spread out! The deck was amazing, and we even played badmitton and corn hole in the back yard.

We absolutely love the house! Not only did it accommodate the couple of us actually staying there, we were able to have a family cookout in the spacious back yard! It made for the perfect holiday getaway vacation! We highly recommend the house, location, everything!

This home has been beautifully done. The view is amazing to wake up to, the beach so easy to enjoy, and every detail thought through to make our stay relaxing. We can’t say enough good things about Bay Dream. We absolutely loved staying here and definitely would like to again.

The house was clean and well-kept. We loved going fishing on the lake. It was nice to have the kayaks and canoe to use. We wish the access area to the lake was a little larger (maybe by removing a few of the bushes). We used the beach pass which was a nice added bonus. All the beds were comfortable. House is conveniently located near Hyannis. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the patio every morning and listening to all the birds. Relaxing in the hot tub was a pleasant way to end the day. The view of the sunset from the lower yard was amazing! Our family would love to rent again next year.

We so loved our stay at 14 Hallett that we are already trying to figure out when to come back. The house is beautifully decorated and perfect for a large and diverse family group with three levels to live and play in. It's very close to the beach and walking distance to town.
