This home was large, modern and well maintained. Having pool and hot tub was so great. Dock to the river was our favorite addition since we could paddle to the beach. No parking worries! Also close to restaurants, ice cream and Hyannis ferries. Really made for relaxing and enjoyable week with our family.

The proximity to the beach - a short walk away - and the hot tub both contributed to a relaxing getaway. The back deck and yard had a nice vibe too. Just a short drive to Chatham. The house was immaculate with plenty of spots to hang out and unwind.

We were down the cape for a famiky bridal shower. House was perfect, as advertised! Had minor glitch with TV but was taken care of immediately. Outdoor space is wonderful. Enjoyed and will be back! Thank you.

Certainly, Centerville does not compare to the island of Nantucket BUT the house does!! The details and decor were spot on. The views are breathtaking. And it is very peaceful. We were there in mid-June so possibly, the lake gets busier in July and August. We also slept great because it is so quiet. The basement deserves a review of its own! The younger adults played pool and watched movies in the great room. We never heard them while lounging in our master suite. We will be back!

House was clean and bigger than we expected. The best part about the house is the very short walk to the beach and the wonderful deck over looking the ocean.

This was the perfect place to stay. It offered all the amenities needed for cooking. A super comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere. The back yard area offered up the perfect place to hang and eat breakfast/lunch. The pool looked amazing but it was a tad bit chilly for us to take dip in. The best part of all was the short 2 min walk to the beach. I was super happy to squeeze in and get some beach and tan time in. There are abundance of places to go out to eat. 100% recommend this place. I will definitely make a return trip here 🤗

This cottage is beautifully laid out with two family areas and a great fenced-in yard for our dogs. I've never been so close to the beach! And the rental company is very responsive and friendly. The only two drawbacks are the small bathroom and shower, and the beds are a bit hard on the back, but overall, still a great place and a great neighborhood to walk your dogs and chat with neighbors.

We spent a few days down on the Cape for our anniversary. We loved our rental! It was close to some amazing restaurants, an art gallery with beautiful works, and not too far from Chatham. The pictures of the home didn't do it justice. We walked in and couldnt believe how spacious and big it was. The windows brought so much natural light in and the roof top deck was perfect to sit out on during the day to soak up the sun. And at night to hear some of the live bands playing at the restaurants nearby. We look forward to staying here again!

Althoug a nice quiet rental with all you need...we did not use its potential.....we travelled all over boston and up and down the cape....and yes we would definetly rent again but for a longer period of time .....it was GREAT and thank you

This house was perfect for our family - spacious, clean, nicely furnished, and a well-stocked kitchen and newer appliances. The weather was not entirely cooperative, so having a nice place to spend time indoors, as well as being so close to Chatham and Brewster, was ideal. But we did have some nice days, and the kayaks/canoe were a great bonus. This house is clearly well-loved and maintained well. We would visit again - thank you for having us Poppy!

The house was just as pictured and accommodated ages 4-64!
Beautiful bay views! Beach right outside back door!
Upstairs was great for a family with kids.
Downstairs bedroom great for grandparents… would have loved a king bed.
We had a wonderful week!

Stayed here for our annual fishing trip. Great house. It is an essential home, nothing fancy. Which we like. The smell of moth balls was something we got used to. The spiral staircase was a little sketchy, but just added character to the house. the view is great of the beach‼️ Very nice. You park in a different road than what the house is on. Everyone had their own beds and the 3.5 bathrooms came in handy. We got lucky it wasn’t hott this year. The home is not equipped with air conditioning. It may be a great option for our “fall run” fishing trip. But I dont think we will go back in june(we got super lucky it wasnt hot because we didnt see it had no air conditioning lol) Our fault, not the property. Look forward to renting again. We spent 3 nights at a lovely pet friendly CC home. It was a few steps away from a small beach area and fishing spot. The house was clean and comfy and had all the items we needed to prepare our meals. It has a great fenced yard and deck. It was a great getaway.

We were here for sons wedding at CBI. Our other son came from California with 18 month old twins. This is a top notch home with all the amenities a family could need. Each and every room was beautifully decorated and homey. We would definitely rebt here again.

We enjoyed our time in Cape Cod and our accommodations made our stay even better. The condo is beautifully decorated and the central location made it easy to visit multiple towns. We were also able to enjoy the outdoor patio as the neighborhood is very quiet. The beach is very close to the condo, making for an easy walk in the morning. We would absolutely stay again!

This property was perfect for our family reunion, even though it was December. The house was large enough to comfortably fit everyone and had a wonderful family room with amazing views of the pond where we gathered to play board games each night. The kids were able to get away from the grown ups in the second large family room downstairs if they wanted. We cooked at the property most nights (why go out with a large group when the house was so nice?) and the kitchen made it easy to cook for a large group. The property is about a 10 minute drive to the beach, but is on a pond and provides kayaks which would be fun in the summer. There is also a large yard and wonderful deck.

Priscilla House was even better than we imagined! We had 20 family members from age 13-85 for Thanksgiving weekend and this house perfectly met our needs. Space was larger than we expected from the photos. We could spread out, keep up with football and the World Cup while preparing our feast. We enjoyed meals, played games, did puzzles, and even used the outdoor firepit. The location is perfect- easy access to Main Street shops and a quick stroll to the beach and lighthouse.

Spent long weekend in November for our wedding at nearby venue. Place was great. Enjoyed the pool table. Wish the weather was warmer to enjoy the nice fire pit outside 😊

We Usually stay in Chatham, our place that we usually rent was not available, we came upon this location and although it wasn't our first choice which is Chatham, this place was beautiful. We loved the location, great place for walks very close to the beach, lots of restaurants. The condo is truly beautiful and has all you need. It was immaculate. We would stay here again.

A beautiful spot, a beautiful property... perfect. The only issue I had was that the front door was a little difficult to get into. Do I need to ay anymore? Well equipped, immaculate with a sunrise that could not be captured in photos. What a find.

Immaculate large beautifully remodeled home with incredible entertainment possibilities from outside encased bar, with TV and refrigeration and recreational space to fully equipped finished basement. This house was the gathering point for family (we were all out of state) during my sons wedding weekend and I felt so happy to provide this upscale relaxation in the beautiful large house to all.

We have been a part of the NEVR family for many years. We were working with a large real estate company previously to help us rent our home in Brewster, Cape Cod. The results with the large real estate company were lackluster at best. When we moved to NEVR, everything changed.
