Beautiful property with views of the creek. Large windows and great sunlight. Walking distance to the beach. Great for families.

We had a wonderful week and would come back again. This was our 10th year in a row for our extended family summer vacation with up to 4 generations under one roof for a week at the boat house. Sad to hear we cannot lease for the same week in 2025 as the whole month of August is booked in 2025.

Stayed here with my family for a few nights in August. The house was immaculate! Very clean and everything was updated and remodeled. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were clean and beautiful. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and a convenient 5-minute walk to the beach. The only negatives we could think of were the early check-out time of 10 am and not enough seating in the living room.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Cape home. The well-stocked kitchen and outdoor grill made meals at “home” easy. The deck offered the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee, evening cocktail, and outdoor meal. Best of all, the view is so peaceful! We’ll be back!

The week was fantastic. It started off with a bonus. We were notified that because they finished cleaning we could check in 3 hours earlier. It felt like we had an extra day. The house was spacious with a large deck facing the ocean. We hope to rent it again next summer.

Great location, very peaceful. Nice views. Lots of wildlife.
The unit was just as pictured, very nice and clean.
Access to walking trails in conservation area. Great for morning walks.

We had a wonderful time in this inviting home. It was clean and well stocked. The location is great, short trip to bike routes and downtown. We loved the short walk to beach, which is a beautiful beach.
Communication with the hosts was easy and expedient.
I would definitely consider revisiting this location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and easily accommodated all of us. The bunk bed room was a huge hit with the grandchildren. The beach was within walking distance which is a huge plus. Be prepared though the beach was very very rocky. The rocks are beautiful and we collected some to put at our home.

Nice quiet location, a well-appointed house, close to Scorton Creek outlet where you can park to fish, go kayaking, or go tubing. Easy access to the beach if physically able (steep path up dunes may be tough for some).

This is our third stay at this home! We love it. It’s perfect. It is well appointed and is as pictured in listing. Photos cannot do justice to the location though! You are ON the beach! The deck overlooks the sand dunes and allows for peaceful morning coffee with the sounds of the waves. There is plenty of space for our family of four. The surrounding area is filled with other families. The house has had many updates in the years we’ve been coming including new flooring, kitchen and bathroom updates. We look forward to many more summers here!

Location of property is great. We have four children under the age of 7 so it was wonderful to not have the typical cape traffic but still be directly on the beach. Made life easy when we had to go back for naps, snacks or potty. Will definitely rent again.

Communication was excellent. Cottage was so adorable. The worst part was that all the beaches were full by 9:30. So crowded. The cottage is in the perfect location for everything you want to do.

We are disheartened to hear that the beach was full early in the day but, sadly, that is how most beaches get on the Cape in the summer (especially on nice days!). This was a special house at the end of the road. Peaceful. Beautiful view! Easy walk to sandy beach (sandy at low tide) that was great for swimming and skim boarding. A must is a tube ride up or down the scorton creek, following the tide. Market, supermarket and great restaurants nearby.

Our stay was wonderful. We loved the extra touches like beach towels, comfy linens, and beauty products (make up wipes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap), There were croissants and cookies upon check-in — Really a nice touch! The patio was really nice as well with a small raised garden with fresh herbs and some vegetables that you could use if you were planning a dinner at home. Best cottage on the block - hands down. Would absolutely stay again. 10/10 recommend.

This little cottage is perfect for a family getaway. So adorable and centrally located to everything you need and everywhere you want to go. The only downside we experienced was that the beaches were all full by 9:30/10:00.
