This was the best house I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was wonderfully comfortable and spacious. Everything was in great working order. The little lake was beautiful and we really enjoyed the kayaks. The fenced in yard was perfect and the rest of the backyard beyond the fence included little walkways and beautiful sitting areas to enjoy watching the birds. We were really suprised and delighted with the home. The photos of the house and grounds are lovely but there’s no way to capture how wonderful this property is. It was such a special week; we so appreciated having our pups with us. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This was our second stay at the Heron's Nest and it was even better than we remembered. We did have a problem with the refrigerator but we called the rental office and they took care of the problem promptly. The home and location are lovely and we would highly recommend it to others. This was our second year renting the Pineapple house with our adult kids. We love Harwich Port because the downtown area is within walking distance to the beach. Pineapple house is right IN town, with passes to the private beach and easily walkable to Bank Street public beach (our preference). The house was immaculate when we arrived. Everything you need is there, from chairs and beach towels to a kitchen that is fully stocked with supplies and equipment. Comfy beds and perfect water pressure. I have loved working with NEVR over the past two summers and plan to book with them again. From New England Vacation Rentals: Thank you for your review, Meryl! We were celebrating my husband's 80th birthday. His sisters, nephews, son and wife and grandchildren joined us. Cousins and friends stopped by and even his 92 y/o Aunt showed up! Everyone loved the place! There are quite a few stairs if everyone is not able. Would recommend a hand rail for the outside stairs. Step in shower was also appreciated, as was the close by beach. Weather was outstanding - we'll give you credit for that too! From New England Vacation Rentals: We are thrilled to hear of the occasion and the celebration that was able to happen with everyone gathered together. This home does offer plenty of space (both indoors and out) for family and visitors alike. With a location near the beach and central to restaurants/activities as well, the great weather was merely the icing on the (birthday) cake!

Great communication, easy to find and accessible to everything the cape has to offer. Was plenty of space for three people and the fenced in backyard was perfect to hangout in with my dog. Would come back—make sure you pack linens, towels and all toiletries as there aren’t any on the property. Otherwise the kitchen is stocked and has everything else you may need.

Cute house in a unique place, steps away from a beautiful, uncrowded beach. House has all the basics, beds were comfortable, beautiful views of Cape Cod Bay. Would definitely stay here again!

Friend group here for a long weekend. Location was perfect, can walk to the beach and marina. Can walk to a few restaurants and Tree House Brew, right in the water. House was great, although construction on both houses in either side.

It was not hard to easily relax in this home where seating was abundant and comfortable plus always having access to a beautiful view an adjacent marsh wildlife area.

We absolutely loved this Cape Cod cottage! It was super close to the beach and several restaurants/Treehouse Brewery nearby. The house itself really checked all the boxes! The s’mores basket and wine was a nice touch and made us feel welcomed. There was also a review book on the counter for guests to leave a written review with suggestions for places to check out or eat! The back patio with fire pit was excellent as well! Very cozy. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable as well! I really hope we can go back to enjoy this property again soon!

Repeat visitor! Just when you thought it couldn't be any more perfect, the owners added an outdoor shower! Me, a *ahem* fussy person, is so pleased with this home that I highly recommend it. Walk to the beach, fabulous restaurants, read on the deck and make seafood dinners in the well-stocked kitchen.Rental agents are attentive, professional AND nice. The unit was in an excellent location, very clean and well appointed. Steps away from Main Street shopping and a quick walk to Bank Street Beach. Any noise from Main Street stopped before bedtime (most noise came from the 3 Monkeys, but they close at 9:30 even on the weekend). The balcony was perfect for a relaxing breakfast outdoors, people watching and we got to watch live music for Wednesday night Summer Nights. Having Cape Roots downstairs was wonderful as well. It sounds like you took full advantage to enjoy everything offered by the stellar location in downtown Harwich Port! So excited my beloved dogs could join us. Quick response to messages. The toilet was leaking but they came right out and fixed it quickly. Breathtaking beach. Beds uncomfortable and grill not useable. But not a big deal. Washer and dryer are lifesavers. Such a beautiful beach, quiet street. Would recommend to anyone considering.

We loved the newly renovated kitchen! The window A/C unit cooled the cottage very effectively. The love seat in the living area was enough for the two of us. We especially appreciated how clearly the owners and New England Vacation Rentals communicated the risk of fleas and ticks; we were extra cautious in checking our dog every time we brought her inside (as luck would have it, she didn't acquire any). And we loved being able to kayak on the pond at a moment's notice!

Just what we needed, a great house with great amenities! The house was just as described and in a great location - close to grocery stores, putt-putt golf, and beaches. My kids couldn't get enough of the pool, which was perfectly heated, and the hot tub. My dog enjoyed running around the fully fenced yard. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitively rent this oasis away from home again. The condo at Misty Meadow Lane is located in a quiet area of North Chatham.
The property is very nice, exactly as described and as it looks in the pictures; it is beautifully decorated, and it was spotless.
I would love to return in the future.

The house sits at the end of a salt marsh where there is opportunity to see a variety of wildlife (deer, coyote, birds galore & rabbits gave all traveled through and around the back yard during our week here. There is plenty of room to stretch out, a good selection of games in the finished basement, well equipped kitchen, comfortable layout and no shortage of spots to read or collect your thoughts. The beach in walking distance is charming & quiet. We enjoyed staying at the Ides of Marsh and will be booking again.

Our stay was wonderful! Communication with property management was flawless and friendly. The area is quiet and private across from a quiet beach. Heated Pool and the large backyard exceeded expectations throughout our entire stay. House was clean and gorgeous. All in all our family had an amazing time. The location of this cottage is perfect, within walking distance to beaches and a short drive to anywhere you want to go. Perfect for two people, very clean and very welcoming, it has everything you need. Will definitely be back again.

This house is beautiful and in a very nice location. It was also very well priced, and we were lucky to get it. Beautiful interior, nice rooms, good bathroom and excellent outside areas and garden. The owner also left excellent instructions and notes in the home. would not hesitate to give it 5 stars and would stay here again.
That said - it’s very strange that the rental/vacation company that manage the booking instruct you to bring bedding/sheets and towels. Quite unusual for an Airbnb, and then also there was bedding and a few towels left there. So we ended up spending €100 extra. It was stated in the listing but it’s a bit strange.

My family and I (2 adults, 2 kids and a dog) decided last minute to have a beach get-away before school started. We could not have been more happy with this property! It was spacious, was fully stocked with all the basics, plus more, and was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach or the Tree House Brewery. The neighborhood was friendly and kids could safely ride their bikes around or ride down to the beach. We had perfect weather and took full advantage of the beach and soaking up the last bits of Summer vacation. Would certainly stay here again.

This was a third summer at the Pineapple House. As always, we thoroughly enjoyed it. House is in a great location on the Main St. and a very short walk to a lovely private beach. Each bedroom has an ensuite bath. It's fully fenced in which we love as it welcome our Labradors. Wednesday nights is the Harwich Port stroll which features musicians which we listen to from the front porch. The home is full of charm and very comfortable. We had a few minor issues this year (no wifi) which were addressed immediately by management. Honestly, you can't go wrong with this rental. We are always happy to welcome you back to this lovely home as we know you enjoy your time there as much as we enjoy hosting you!
