The house and neighborhood was beautiful. However it was about a 12 min walk to the beach and there was no parking. We had to do drop offs and pick ups.
The check out time was very early.
The house was clean and had everything we needed (besides the welcome bag that was in the details when booking). Overall we had a great stay and would do it again. Thank you

This is a great spot for paddling down the beautiful river, down a dock just steps away from the door, and then hanging out by the pool and hot tub! The house itself is beautiful and very comfortable. We would stay here again!

Typically when you stay in a rental something is missing, the furniture in uncomfortable, or the mattress kills your back. NOT SO! We loved the small living room, the beds were so cozy, and the sun porch, even though you couldn't sit on the cushions for long, the bright windows and the breeze made up for it. Every utensil, appliance, pots and pans, glasses, were thought of and then some. We were within walking distance to a park with walking trails for the dog too. The home was refreshing, and close walking distance to the beach which was small but had ample space. Our one complaint was the weather, which you cannot control, and we were disappointed with the 30 parking when we wanted to visit Mayflower Beach and some other areas. Maybe this could be communictaed for folks to get a week pass? Overall, this was a great rental. Thanks to the ownder for taking such great care of our needs.

Quick and convenient walk to the beach, lively neighborhood, close to restaurants and shops. House was clean. We had a leak under the kitchen sink that was addressed quickly. The only negatives were that sometimes the fridge was nearly impossible to open, and the bed my husband and I shared was not comfortable. Otherwise, the home was ideal.

Our family of ten thoroughly enjoyed pricilla house. it’s excellent location to the town, and the beach.
the kitchen was perfectly stocked!
beach chairs and beach towels were a plus.
the outside provided us with great family gatherings around the fire pit and a great gas grill.
we’d all return in a heart beat.

Charming home full of character. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked with everything you'd need, including a beer fridge. Kids loved the third floor. The highlight was definitely the covered deck and views. Anyone not wanting the trek to the beach would be quite content there.

My family spent a week here (including the dog!) and it was a great find! It is walking distance to nearly everything (15 minutes to town and the Nantucket ferry and 15/20 minutes to the town beaches) and is down a quiet residential street. The house is clean and in good shape with AC units in most rooms and a great backyard for BBQing. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed staying at Cockle Cove. The house's layout worked perfectly for us. House was immaculate when we arrived and we got settled quickly. The kitchen was very well equipped and supplied. So was the laundry room. Everything we needed was easily found and available. The screened porch was quite comfortable. The only minor issue was that the igniter on the outdoor grill didn't work, but here were igniter sticks located with other grilling accessories in the garage. Overall, a wonderful stay!!!

We were pleasantly surprised by this sweet house! It is larger than the photos convey, perfectly comfortable for 4 adults and a pup. Great amenities, and still simple, easy for a laid-back stay. We will definitely be back.

The house was perfect for two couples and two children. It was well well equipped in the kitchen, and even had laundry detergent and some extra beach towels and chairs. Our one complaint was the comfort of the second queen bed. It was a very thin cheap mattress and wasn’t nearly as comfortable as the master room. A downer considering how great the rest of the house is. Would have been fine for children or teens but not for grown adults. Otherwise a lovely place.

We had such a great experience staying at this property for a Father’s Day trip with the family! The place was very clean, in a nice, safe area. All beds were very comfortable, and every one of us enjoyed the house. We also loved the outside area with cornhole and hanging out by the fire pit. The beach down the road was close and nice, but small so we explored other beaches around Cape Cod as well. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Overall the house was nice and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. I didn't realize that both bathrooms are on the first floor until we arrived, an oversite on my part. It would be helpful to have a shade on the door facing the parking lot for privacy with bathroom right there. Also, shades in living room are completely see thru. But house is very cute and nicely decorated. Would definitely rent again.

Highly recommend, if you are looking for peace and privacy. This little gem has everything you need a sandy beach to sit and relax by the beautiful pond.
My family and I ( son 11 yrs and two Australian shepherds) enjoyed many many walks along the pond. Kayaking was another high light. The cottage was also very close to all the great restaurants. Just to name a few Talkative Pig, the corner store, marions pie shop, mom and pops very delicious.
The cottage overall is small yet has all the good stuff great 4K tv for night time movie watching. Comfy beds, decor, dinnerware all very nice.
We will definitely visit again.

Our biggest dilemma during our stay was figuring out which of the great outdoor spaces to use! The fire pit Was perfect for chilling at night, and the deck wad a picturesque morning and midday hangout with a view of a beautiful wetland. Indoor space was perfect for two families. It included a fully furnished basement where the kids love to hang out and play ping-pong. There were lots of other games for them to play. They were beach chairs, I fully equipped kitchen, and just enough smart TVs to pull us away from the outside from time to time. Location was perfect to walk to the sound side water and beaches, but still only an 18 minute drive to Skaket Beach - perfect for the kids.

We were thrilled to get a last minute deal on this property. We needed a place to stay for a week while we were between homes. My husband was able to have a good workspace and there was plenty of room for our dog. The home is older, but “like new”. The location and neighborhood were fantastic. NEVR was very accomodating also.

Great house, easy to navigate for my older mobility challenged in laws, no stairs, easy open floor plan. The house was centrally located and spotless! The sunroom and back deck were great! Would definitely stay again!

We fell in love with this property from the moment we arrived. It's just so cute and the pond is so fun. We had our kids, ages 7 and 5, and our dog and we just had a dream vacation. Everything seems brand new and the beds were phenomenal. The kids had really nice bunk beds with the bottom bunk being a full. Washer and dryer were brand new too. A great house and we will absolutely be back!

We had a fantastic time at this place for my bachelorette weekend! Fantastic space and lovely view.
I got tripped up by the following, so I’m including to other potential renters as info:
- Linens are an additional rental and fee. Yet another fee to have the beds made up for us prior to arrival. Just so you know. :)
- While technically this place is walking distance to the beach, you first have to walk through a bog. I picked up 4 ticks on my pants on the walk to the beach, five coming back, so make sure you TICK CHECK!
- The basement room was a bit musty as part of the check in/out process is to close all doors/windows, so we really had to try to air it out, which was a bit challenging as there’s not much of a cross breeze down there. We still survived.
None of these were “game over”, just a heads up to know what to expect! We had a fabulous weekend at this place!

The apartment is very well furnished, has a cooks kitchen, and most of the cook tools you need to make an excellent meal. The location is great- walk down stairs and you have your choice of restaurants. Two blocks to the beach. The outdoor space is nice, but only has a view of the parking lot. We will be back!

Thought this house was wonderful! Kitchen was bright and spacious. Bedrooms were comfortable. The lack of linens was inconvenient and while it was mentioned in the listing should have been more prominent. Probably would have chosen another house if we had noticed prior to booking.
Check out time at 9am was also really inconvenient. Even with COVID this is the first listing that I’d seen with a checkout that early.
Overall great house and good experience. Nice backyard for entertaining!

We were a family of 4 adults and a 4 year old kid. The best thing we liked about the property is the backyard and deck. Our kid enjoyed the backyard a lot. The kitchen was well equipped, though some more cleanliness of utensils is desirable. Overall it was a stay that we all will cherish.

What a gorgeous house! Pics do not do it justice- Kitchen has been renovated since these were taken. The minute we walked into the house, we felt totally relaxed.
Driving distance to everything- We loved the fire pit and the quiet neighborhood. Would love to be back next year!
