Our stay was very nice. The house was very clean and newly renovated. Just an FYI, the driveway fits up to 3 cars!

I was set up for a successful vacation a few weeks before I traveled to Cape Cod thanks to my conversation with Melissa at New England Vacation Rentals. She was patient, helpful, and kind in answering all of my questions about travel and excursions. It was like speaking with a friend and not a formal representative of a large company. She single-handedly calmed my fears and got me very excited about my trip. The house was perfect for me and centrally located on the peninsula. It was as advertised though I was delighted to find it was bigger than it seemed online. I loved every minute of my stay.

We had a small group for our girls weekend! It was perfect! Not to fancy, It was the quintessential Cape Cod cottage that we all remembered growing up. A great place to make memories.

My daughter left several items which included meds and jewelry. All were safely returned through the honest and professional ethics of the cleaning crew and NEVR staff. Thank you for your efforts. The house was beautiful! Great layout, extremely spacious, and a lovely slice of view. One bed was very comfortable, the other two were VERY firm. I don't remember seeing in the listing that a linen service was required separately. I did get an email, but we rented while waiting to board a plane, so it was a surprise when we landed. Luckily we were visiting family in town, and we were able to borrow from them. IMHO, I think it should be written in the property listing and not sent as an email after paying for the rental. However.... I highly recommend this home for a stay. We will absolutely rent it again!

Our Labor Day weekend at Gray's Getaway in Yarmouth Port was nothing short of spectacular! The home is tastefully designed in serene shades of blue, with coastal decor and accents that perfectly capture the essence of seaside living. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the spacious outdoor deck was ideal for grilling and relaxing after a day at the beach. The house is filled with thoughtful touches, like the living room bookcases offering a variety of books for both children and adults, many focused on Cape Cod's rich history and lifestyle. The location was unbeatable—nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac just a short stroll from Gray’s Beach, making beach visits incredibly convenient. A delightful bonus was the outdoor shower, adding to the charm of the place. Everything was pristine, with new furniture and amenities that made the home feel warm and welcoming—a true home away from home. We can’t wait to return!

From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience. Melissa helped me immensely before my trip. She spent time with me on the phone answering all my questions and encouraging me on this solo trip. This personal attentiveness absolutely set the tone for my vacation. The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a safe neighborhood. I was also centrally located on the Cape and was able to travel to either end within an hours drive. I loved every second of my week.

We had a great stay at this lovely property. The location is great - close to a beach and a popular brewery we enjoyed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, grill and a firepit added to our enjoyment of the home. Highly recommend.

The cottage is adorable and very clean. We were so close to the water we slept with the windows open every night! We loved the location on the island,short drive to everywhere!

The property is Beautiful and such a short walk to private beach! The outdoor shower is Amazing! Nice private cottage and close to great food! Only issue we had was mattress needs updating. We totally enjoyed the space and also took advantage of the bike trails nearby. Neighbors were very friendly!

Friend group here for a long weekend. Location was perfect, can walk to the beach and marina. Can walk to a few restaurants and Tree House Brew, right in the water. House was great, although construction on both houses in either side

This cottage felt warm and inviting as soon as we walked in the door. The fact that you could stay totally on the 1st floor and meet all your needs was a plus. If you needed or wanted more space you could also use the upstairs was a great option. The deck directly off the main floor was heavenly! We spent one whole day just reading and relaxing out there. The privacy of the backyard was delightful. We brought our dog and she was so happy just laying on the deck next to us.

The location at 47 Whidah Drive is incredibly convenient to everything in the lower Cape -- beaches, baseball fields, parks, dining, etc. It's not on a beach, but there are many within a short drive. Very nice, modestly sized backyard and decent-sized deck. Good amenities, including TV, grill, kitchen appliances, etc. Beautiful, secluded, quiet residential neighborhood for walking (people and dogs), and a stone's throw from shopping & very close to Routes 6 & 28. House size was perfect for 6 guests and 2 dogs. It was generally very clean. Towels & linens are not supplied, which I overlooked in the listing. This was a minor inconvenience as I've never encountered this before, but it worked out. Relative to similar properties, the price was very fair, with no added fees. Instructions were clear and communications very good. All in all, we had a wonderful week at the Wicked Whidah. Thank you.

This is our favorite Harwich port neighborhood and the home did not disappoint. We had more than enough room for our family of 5, it’s definitely a home 2 families could stay in. House was very clean when we arrived and we even ended up staying a few extra days. Great trip!

Peaceful cottage on a freshwater pond. Nice sandy beach right outside the door. Short drive or bike ride puts you in Chatham. The one bathroom and limited space makes this most suitable for two people. We were three people and two little dogs. Our three nights were fine. More than that could have been a problem.

Beautiful, quaint house in a convenient location (easy to get on and off the Cape), and was the perfect weekend getaway! We loved the grill in the backyard and how clean everything was inside.

We loved this house for our little cape getaway. The first thing we noticed was how the house even SMELLED clean, and it only got better from there. The house was comfortable and super charming. Would absolutely stay again.

Great home for a bigger group/ family. Location was almost perfect. I would say it’s just a bit too far to walk to the beach with kids. Our only issue was that the washer & dryer were old and finicky.
