Very nice place and great location. Easy check-in and out and we were provided all of the information needed for our stay. Would recommend to others.

Visited to attend a wedding at the yacht club. Proximity was a breeze. Could walk numerous places. Very close to the beach for early am walks. Only thing that I thought was a hassle was that we had to make up all our beds when we arrived late after a long journey. Also, it would be nice if small shampoos etc could be provided.

This condo was perfect for us, walkable to restaurants, shops, and a beautiful walk to the beach. We only used the king bed and it was very comfortable.
This condo has tons of space, bathrooms and bedrooms are a nice size.
The management company was super helpful and responsive. We usually stay in Chatham but would definitely stay in Harwich again, much less crowded. We will certainly rent here again in the future.

It is a big beautiful house, with great amenities. It is right at the street but has a private backyard. Town and beach are both walkable. Bathroom attached to every bedroom which makes it great for groups.

14 Hallet Lane, Chatham Ma...Our son got married at Chatham Bars Inn and we stayed at 14 Hallet for 6 days which was PERFECT. The location is walkable to CBI, downtown, the beach and just about anywhere the action is in Chatham. The home is lovely...numerous bedrooms for many to have privacy and comfort, fabulous kitchen with big dining room table for comfortable dinners and a big open family area for all to be together. There is even an additional level for kids with a pool table and additional kitchen facilities. ( Our grand babies are too little for that area 1 1/2 so didnt get use this space) We had our twin grandchildren with us ( 1 1/2) and they loved the pool, playing in the yard and just having a nice space to explore . If you are looking for comfort, cleanliness, space, privacy, a pool !, and lots of room this is the house for you.

To calibrate this review, I have had some excellent and horrendous AirBNB experiences with downright deceitful listings. This is NOT one of the latter. This is an EXCELLENT property, even exceptional. The property itself is quite well executed. There is craftsmanship here that feels restorative. The property is situated in a truly remarkable setting (and I reserve that for only a few locations-Hawaii, Paris, London, Santorni). The salt marsh is experienced constantly through thoughtful placement of abundant windows and porches. Moreover, the walk out onto the peninsula is a joy, with well thought through seating. Here is the unexpected joy, the tide comes in and you are suddenly waterfront; the marsh disappears only to return agin in a few hours. It is quite remarkable. I recommend walking diagonally across the street to the wooded and marshes trails. Finally, the location is very quiet and secluded. Would return here (and do not leave a time way with that overall review often).

We had a lovely long weekend on Spring Hill Beach. The house was immaculate and well equipped. The views of the Bay and the marsh were breathtaking. Also the bed was quite comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We recently rented the Priscilla House for a long weekend for our family to stay to celebrate our son's wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect! Excellent location - just a short walk to the center of town and the beach. Well appointed, kitchen well equipped, and a layout perfect for hosting. Highly recommend!

Great location. Great Airbnb which was very well equipped. Had everything we needed and close to shops and beach. Exactly as described. I recommend it highly. I would come back!!

I’ve stayed here multiple times with my family of four (7 yo/5 yo) and we love the area - beach backyard, close to good restaurants in Sandwich, we even brought kayaks for paddling through the channel at the end of the road. Plenty of space for everyone in the house and kids love the spiral staircase. We love the Cape!

The house was very nice. It was comfortable and clean. I thought the road ended when I saw the narrow winding sand but was assured by a neighbor that the road continued. It would have been nice to get a heads up about the road and access to the beach over the high dunes. Access would be impossible for people who are not fit. The less surprises the better. I drive a sedan and don't know how passable the road would be in bad weather. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning to Sandwich.

My husband and I were in awe at how beautiful and secluded this location was. There’s a private road that leads to the small home on a large pond. It truly felt like we had the whole thing to our selves. This was a perfect spot for us to hangout and let our dog play in the water. The inside of the house is very basic but it had nice updated appliances and was perfect for a long weekend. Would definitely book here again!

I brought my husband and kids to the Cape to show them around because they had never been. This house was a short walk to the beach, the Sandwich boardwalk, and walkable to restaurants and Treehouse Brewery. We used it as a home base while we explored the rest of the Cape. We liked that it was close to the bridge so that we could get on and off quickly when upon arrival and departure. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped to eat in or out. We enjoyed the back porch in the evening.

This house was perfect for our annual golf trip. The basement was perfect for hanging out. The only thing I wish the house had was a larger, flatter yard. Either way we had a great time in this house!

Loved our stay! We had plenty of room for 4 adults. Excellent location and had everything we needed. Communication with staff was prompt and helpful addressing our weather concerns. Would recommend staying here!

Very nice place! A little difficult to find as there was a mailbox blocking the address. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Great location very private comfortable and clean.
Need to provide more specific directions to location very difficult to find! Naming it the hideaway is very appropriate as it is truly hidden away

We really enjoyed staying here! The condo was spacious, clean and decorated very nicely. Location was perfect for walking to beach, get coffee in the morning and dinner. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome time at this house! It was such a perfect little oasis that you don't even feel the need to leave the house. The backyard, pool, outdoor kitchen, everything was perfect. We were there with our two young children, but this is such a great house for all types of guests. Communication was great and we truly enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to coming back next year!

This property is beautifully decorated, well stocked, with lovely outdoor patio space, and is in an ideal location. Just steps to beaches, and centrally located to explore all of Cape Cod. It’s a 10-15 minute drive to Mayflower Beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. Check in and out were a breeze and the property management company was very responsive. The toaster in the unit was broken- which they alerted us to, and was replaced the next day. It is a relatively small unit but cozy and more than adequate for our needs. This vacation exceeded our expectations.
Limited space for drying wet beach clothing- but I should have remembered to pack a drying rack!

My 2 kids, husband, and mother-in-law enjoyed the cottage very much over a week in late August.
LOVE that the very special, very quiet beach is only a 3-minute walk over a charming boardwalk through the dunes. We picked beach plums -- ask a local how to identify the ripe ones -- and made beach plum crisp, and took photos of all the lovely plants and flowers on the path. Delightful every day.
The cottage is very comfy, tidy, and efficient -- though as with any rental I recommend bringing your own sharp knife and any other key utensils if you're picky when cooking.
Recommend a beach tent of some type -- can get cool and windy at that time of year, so we'd set up to shield the breeze and still enjoy the sun.

The house itself is very nice and walkable to the beach. The ice cream place down the road is great! Just know this rental is through a rental property rather than an individual. One thing I did not realize before booking was that we would have to either rent our linens or bring our own, which we chose to bring our own. But they did communicate well and we had a lovely stay!

We loved our stay at this property; the view of the cove through the trees fron living room windows was so restful and we were a very short walk to the beach. The patio was so inviting, we spent most of our time around the granite center table just reading or hanging out. We did tear ourselves from the patio to explored the Canal side of the Cape and found some hidden gems to experience.

Incredible location as it was in quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to beach. House was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. Rental company was easy to deal with and professional. We are looking forward to our return visit. Wonderful rental
