Beautiful cottage on the bay. Very nice new long deck by the water- not shown in listing. Grill worked great, house was very cool and comfortable. AC in sunroom was great. Storm doors need to be tightened up so they close easily. Beautiful views, when tide is low there is a lot of beach to walk on- bring shoes because sometimes glass washes up on shore. Queen mattress needs replacing- it sags in the middle- not an issue for us because I moved to the single bed that is in the same room- which was very comfortable. Bedroom doors catch on the doorjambs so we weren't always able to shut them without worrying the door would be damaged. All TVs have rokus and the two upstairs bedrooms have TVs/rokus. Home is located near lots of restaraunts, shops, waterpark and other things to do. Loved staying here and will definitely book again.

Kids jumped for joy when they say the backyard! We had many fun adventures on the Cape, biking, kayaking, whale watching, seal watching, but will treasure the memories made around the bbq, fire pit, and in the pool the most. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Nicely remodeled home in peaceful neighborhood close to Harwich restaurants and bike trail. The house was homey and clean, with comfy beds and pillows, and plenty of room for our family of 5. Basement air hockey and games kept the kids entertained. Kitchen was fully stocked. The only hiccup was that the house was not ready at check-in time. Overall good stay.

Great little cottage by the beach. Very clean. Easy check in and check out. The beach was just a short walk over a dune. (Less than 10 minutes). The kitchen had plenty of cookware and there were games and DVDs for the non-beach times. Would definitely return.

First time using AirBnB. Didnt know what to expect. It was a simple process, easy communication, the owners clearly care about the renter experience …and the cottage was perfect. Clean, amazing spot. Had my daughter and her friends all wowing how cute and adorable the place was. Will definitely rebook

What an amazing little gem! You literally walk out your door onto a dune! Had everything that we could need. Rustic and charming. Wish the outdoor shower had an enclosure we would have used that instead of indoor shower. The bed with the trundle mattress could use an upgrade. I love this place. Can’t wait to come back! This time for longer!

We felt right at home at misty meadows! It was close to everything in Chatham yet you felt like you were in the countryside totally at peace! The condo is pristine and has all the comforts you would desire in a vacation home. Can’t wait to go again!!!!

Perfect spot for a small family visiting Cape Cod. The location was great - close to restaurants, ice cream, a park and the beach! The house had everything we needed for a long weekend- the kids loved the beach toys and the grill and fire pit were great for a cookout after a long day at the beach. We would definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting Cape Cod.

Delightful property - perfect couples getaway but roomy enough for a small family. Appreciated all the small touches and amenities. Beautiful kitchen with high quality appliances. Large yard with beautiful outdoor shower, patio with Weber gas grille, and many other features. Loved the bird bath and the bird watching in back yard. Close proximity to Skaket beach for sunsets, Rock Harbor boat ramps, Cape Cod Rail Trail (bicycling) and Orleans center for shopping and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this sweet home on the cape. It was just the right size for our family of 5 and the beachfront location was super convenient. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. We used the linen service that was offered and it was great. The beach was mostly sandy with some rocks at the water line. Campfires on the beach at night were so nice and we really enjoyed the sunset views. We’ll definitely come back!

I found the unit to be charming and well designed. Although the toaster didn’t work, the kitchen was efficient and pretty well stocked. It was easy to get to the beach and Sailing Cow, as well.

Great location. House was able to accommodate our whole group comfortably. Yard and property were perfect for outdoor activities. Very private area up against the Holly Ridge golf course. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Sandwich.

The location is terrific and the home is charming with a true Cape vibe. The yard is very large and lovely, with a hydrangea hedge at the front of the house and we spent many hours on the back deck. Communication with the management company was prompt and friendly. The house is quite old, but they have done a good job with upgrades - new windows, new window AC units and appliances in the kitchen. As may be typical in an older home, not everything is quite level, and some of the doors don't latch all the way. A big watch out, though, for anyone with a mobility challenge are the stairs in the main house and the guest house. They are very narrow and very steep; we had to walk up and down the stair sideways, because evidently people had much smaller feet when the house was built! I don't think these would be workable for someone with mobility or stability challenges. Overall, though, the house was great and our family had a great few days there!

This is a perfect rental for a couple or small family. Very happy it is dog friendly too! Nicely updated and clean.The only "complaint" is lack of local TV access. We couldn't watch local news/weather or the Red Sox! Adding a basic cable plan would be great.

Well kept, great location. Has everything you may need for a week in the cape.
Not much not to like, outside landscaping could use some sprucing. However, the grounds are made up of sand and not true topsoil.

The Rental Team at New England Vacation Rentals is fantastic. They immediately responded to any questions I had. The place we rented completely matched the description provided online.
