We had a wonderful trip. The location of this property is phenomenal. We were able to walk to the beach and into town. The house was clean and accommodating. We were able to bring our dogs who had a great time!! We will be back. :)

Typical Cape Cottage - quaint and cozy 😊 Loved our week and so appreciative to find a dog-friendly place to stay.

A very lovely place to relax and enjoy family close to the beach. Wish the gas grill came with gas so we could grill at night. Two tanks zero gas! We are adamant recyclers. This property does not pay the extra to recycle!

I lived summers in the 1960’s at the Priscilla House when it was a rooming house for college girls working in Chatham…. It was fabulous then, and even more fabulous now!!! This was to be a walk down memory lane. But Covid prevented our intended family stay. Fortunately, a few were able to use the time, and we will try again in 2023!!!!

We recently returned from our first visit to Cape Cod. The property was fantastic for our group of 8. The home has a really nice deck and private back yard with a fire pit. We had some minor issues with the A/C, but nothing that wasn't addressed quickly by the property management. We highly recommend this home for families and groups of friends vacationing the Cape Cod.

A lovely home in the perfect neighborhood for families. Love the quick walk to Long Pond and quiet roads for walking. Plus, just a quick drive to the beach and downtown. The home was lovely and BIG! Furniture well kept and modern. The ground floor is set up awesome to hang out in but I found it could use a deep clean so we stuck mostly to upstairs. A few annoying rental things like a leaky tub and as a first time parent traveling with an infant, a few not infant friendly things (no plug in bathtub to run a bath), scary steps and access to cleaning items under sink, but those are small details and specific to my family. All in all a truly wonderful rental and we plan to come back next year! I'd highly recommend.

Our family, 2 adults and 2 children, had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well appointed. We cooked most of our dinners at the house and there were plenty of pots/pans, etc. House set up with one bedroom/bath upstairs and one downstairs worked great. Outside shower was excellent and very clean. Central air was especially appreciated during the first few very hot/humid days. Beach is steps away! Highly recommend.

We loved staying at this house. Clean, bright and had all we needed as a family of 5. Also in a lovely neighborhood. It is located close to Red River beach, Bank St beach (our favorite), downtown Harwich and a few really nice restaurants. Harwich is great. Also close to downtown Chatham, which is amazing. Overall had a great week and would love to rent this house again in the future.

This property was great! The house had more then enough space for our big family, the game room kept the little ones busy when we weren't on the beach. The upstairs was beautiful and provided a quite space for our little one. The area was quite and the beaches were within short driving distance which was very important to us. We would highly recommend this home for your vaca!

We had a magical stay at the Moorings. It was the second time we stayed there. The space is fabulous, everyone loves having an en suite bathroom. The kitchen is a chef's dream and since I cooked most nights I truly appreciated that (only complaint was that there was only 1 dish towel!) We celebrated a milestone birthday and a surprise engagement. Both took place on the spectacular wrap around porch! The proximity to the beach makes this home almost perfect! Hope to make this a yearly vacation spot!

This property is just as nice as it is pictured in photos. We were there during the most recent heat wave and it was perfectly comfortable for all. If you enjoy dining out, it is very close to Main St in Hyannis and many fabulous restaurants. If you prefer to have family dinners on the property (as we did), the grill is great and the kitchen is very well set up. Overall, we all agreed it was one of our favorite places we have stayed.

This property and location could not have been better for our family. We had three generations staying at the house together and it’s hard to say who enjoyed it the most. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quintessential Cape Cod vacation.

Beautiful home with room for our large extended family. The location was perfect, in town, but just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was set up beautifully. The outdoor space was used much of the time to hang out, have coffee in the am and beer and wine in the evening. The fire pit was a big hit, late at night. The only draw back was the house got stuffy and hot as the day progressed. The 3rd floor and some 2nd floor bedrooms needed the fans we brought. We were not able to adjust the air-conditioning. The parking started out challenging, but worked out at the end. We made sweet reconnections at this lovely home and will never forget the wonderful memories!

The porch views from this house were amazing! As per other reviews while the access to the beach is a very short walk away it is a steep and long incline that might not be suitable for all. The kitchen was much larger than expected and well equipped. The living space was a little tight on the first floor but doable. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone!

Overall excellent. Dog hair from previous renters caused allergy issues. One “queen bedroom” was not a true bedroom. Otherwise everything was as billed

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was better than photos suggested - clean, comfy and updated. Location was ideal. And the property management company was helpful in working with us, including sending someone out within a couple hours when the grill wasn't working.

This is a lovely house and property. It’s very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. It’s at the end of a quiet dead end street. Had everything we needed for the week. We would definitely stay here again.

The property had plenty of space for my husband, myself and my son’s family. Our two teenage grandchildren enjoyed the “garage” living space and proximity to the beach. We all were able to enjoy the space together and our privacy.

Needed a summer retreat for me and the kids that would allow my dogs. Owner and property manager were very accommodating in this regard! Easy check in and out. Water access to the pond right from backyard just as shown. It is not a “beach” but it worked great to launch our paddle board and kayak. Yard could’ve used a spring cleaning to clear tree beaches and debris, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying the space. Loved hanging out on the deck. Decent internet speeds and coverage. Dog Friendly neighbors too!

Well kept and very clean property. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are very comfortable and decor updated. Located in a quiet neighbourhood - the location has its pros and cons. Pro: not far from multiple towns - can go in any direction and be somewhere in 20 minutes. Cons: flip side is that you're not close to anything, so you need to drive 15 min plus to get to groceries, food, activities, etc. It was our first time in Cape Cod, so would have liked more direction on where to go and what to do - e.g. there is a private road that runs alongisde Long Pond with great views, but its not clear if short term renters are allowed to walk there (we did anyway). We also found a tiny beach off that road but it again isn't clear if that beach was for public access. Would also have been good to know where to get groceries, where to get public access to a bigger beach on long pond, the parking permit situation at the public beaches (it's confusing), etc. E.g. we bought a permit for the beach in Harwich - not sure if we needed it but then we couldn't print it to display on dashboard (other towns just need your license plate). Finally, having to order linens and towels is a bit of a pain compared to other places where it is included. Still a great property in a tranquil and relaxing setting
