Our family enjoyed the house a lot. We had comfortable room for everybody and we had fun on the pond with the kayaks.
We will be back for sure!

We have been renting on and off from NEVR for several years. And they keep getting better and better with their service and their portfolio of properties. They make the whole check-in and check-out process so easy and the responsiveness / care they provide is wonderful. The welcome bag too is a really special touch. Despite a strange 2020, they still helped make our summer vacation special and relaxing.

The Chatterbox is a delightful, fully renovated home steps away from Main St. Chatham which was perfect for our group of 4 friends. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed grilling and relaxing in the house. Even though this house is right in town, it was quiet for sleeping in the high season which was perfect. The house was exactly as described and photos were accurate. We can’t wait to return.

We loved the convenience of walking down to the beach each morning! The road is quiet with very little traffic, so kids can scooter or walk to and from the beach safely. The deck is spacious, and the kitchen has a wonderful flow for bustling families. Beds are comfy with blackout curtains in every room. There were a lot of fragile items, so we had to watch young kids in a few spaces or put things out of reach, but the outdoor shower was a huge hit! Great location for shopping, but Shaw’s also delivers there via Instacart, so you don’t have to leave your beach oasis unless you want to. We had to move some items to get our car in the garage during a tropical storm, and we had to reach out to New England Vacation Rentals about their plans or policies around hurricanes, but the storm skirted around us so in the end it was a non-issue.
Overall the house was wonderful, and we hope to rent it again!

This house was the perfect choice for our family. In a quiet area, near where everything we needed, perfectly clean and pet friendly. After losing my Dad to covid we wanted to be able to get away but not be near a ton of guests. Would absolutely book again!

The location was great. 2 blocks from the beach and the unit included 6 beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. Perfection
We loved walking to the local restaurants and bars. The roof top deck was great too

This was the best rental we have ever stayed in! Great location, clean, filled with ammenities, really cannot say enough good things. Outdoor shower was a huge hit! Awesome yard to grill and play games.

We had a great stay at the property and it had everything we needed.
We loved the gardens, outdoor shower, beautiful antique pieces and all amenities. We cooked seafood while dancing and singing to the old school radio with all the tools provided and my 4 year old loved the hammock and outdoor shower.

We loved the location and the property. Walking to the beach and showering our grandsons in the outside shower after the beach was ideal. Also walking to the Sundae School ice cream parlor was high on the list of after dinner activities.

Lovely, well maintained property that doesn’t require guests to cross the bridge (unless you want to), yet has SPECTACULAR views from a bluff and direct access to a large and very private beach. Perfect home for a large family with kids, or a few couples getting away. The covered porch was great for relaxation, meals and cocktails, and has 180 degree views of Cape Cod Bay. The neighborhood has easy access to the bridge as well as Plymouth for dinners and activities without island congestion. If you enjoy cycling, the area is very conducive to local or longer rides and Starbucks runs are only 5 minutes away. On a final note, the owners made sure everything was in great shape and provided beach chairs, umbrellas and all the cooking amenities one could want; highly recommended.

This home in Centerville is perfection. Clean, quiet, warm, inviting, and fun. As soon as one drives up, the attention to detail, upkeep, and overall curb-appeal is appreciable. Inside doesn’t disappoint. High-end appliances and ample space make for a highly comfortable, 5-star experience. The back of the house is also terrific-large, clean pool with separate hot-tub with the crown-jewel being the dock on the Centerville River. We enjoyed easy access with kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. This is an excellent property, strategically located and private all at the same time. Highly recommend, and would stay again!

The house is on Main St. and walkable to all the shops, restaurants and parks along the whole stretch. And in addition it was walkable and bikeable to an awesome uncrowded beach. The best of all worlds!

This cute home was licated within walking distance of the beach and an easy bike ride to historic main street. The location was great. Super clean and well maintained property. The back yard was huge and fenced in so we had lots of privacy. We were very comfortable here and everything worked (appliances, etc). We would stay here again.

We needed a house for a Chatham wedding and ‘Bob’s Place’ was the perfect fit. The availability was flexible so we booked Wednesday to Sunday, which was ideal for our schedule. More importantly, the house itself was fantastic; the location was great, the beds were very comfortable and while the outdoor shower could have used a little more water pressure, it still did the trick.

We’ve stayed at this property once before and it was just as great the second time around. The location is perfect, a short drive into downtown area of Chatham and the private beach is just a short walk down the street. We’ll definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was clean, comfortable and very close to the beach, as well as to restaurants and Sundae School ice cream! We highly recommend it and are considering going back again!

They say in real estate location location location. Being situated a short walk to town and the beach was ideal! We were celebrating a birthday and had a multi generational group. Not needing to drive everywhere was great - teens could go off for an ice cream or lobster roll with ease and everyone could manage their days as they wished! And I was so thankful for the dog friendliness of the place! Just watch for the neighborhood rabbit who popped by on occasion to visit (and then get chased by the dog!!). Thank you for the lovely stay!

We really loved staying here, great location and CLEAN! We're a small family and found it fit us perfectly. The playground is good for kids and the beach is delightfully close. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a "typical" Cape-cation.

Clean and comfortable cottage with all the kitchen supplies needed. Close to beaches and ice cream as well as dennisport and harwichport for shopping and family attractions. Perfect getaway. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing home- clean, plentiful amenities, easy access to beach. Large home fit 10 people very comfortably. The ocean views especially sunrise are spectacular!
