The place was wonderful! Very clean!! We fell asleep everynight to the sounds of the ocean waves. Great central location to explore all areas of the cape! Thank you

We loved our stay at the Chatterbox! Truly the most charming little house in the best location right in town. We had more than enough room with our little ones and friends. Would definitely stay here again!

Was at family wedding and house was wonderful for us. Only minor issue was hardly any hand soap so next time I will bring my own. Comfortable beds and house was just as described.

Our honeymoon trip fell right during the rainy, very windy days and we could not do a lot of things outside - we mostly stayed at the cottage for which we fell in love. It’s a cute cozy place, and very clean. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. We spent most of our time cooking, watching movies, chilling at the gas stove heater. Complete utensils and equipments since my husband and I love to cook!

In spite of the worst weather (2 - 3 days of constant rain and 40 mph wind gusts), we had a great time on the Cape at my daughter’s wedding. We had to time our trips to and from the house because the road flooded during high tide. At the site of the wedding (outdoors in a tent) numerous disasters occurred but they were overcome and everybody had a great time. We all agreed that years from now we’ll all be
laughing about this event. Thank you, you have a beautiful home and we would love to return in the future.

The house is lovely, very nicely decorated and the beach/view are fabulous. Great place to enjoy nature and some quiet time.

We loved our stay and the hosts Joanne and David are very kind and accommodating. The house was well laid out and nicely decorated. The setting was just gorgeous. There was lots of room for our dogs to run around. The beach access was on site and the beach walks and sunsets were breathtaking. We will definitely be back!

The weather was not great during our stay, but we still found lots to do around East Sandwich. Good shopping, good restaurants. The cottage was cozy and comfortable. Easy access to the beach.

House located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and right around the corner from Tree House. Fenced in backyard great for dogs. Would stay here again.

Our stay at Sunrise at Sagamore home was beyond what words can describe. Simply Divine. Magical. The home is clearly well cared for and was just perfect for us. It is absolutely beautiful, clean, well furnished, gorgeously appointed and decorated. There were a plentitude of games and books for our use. Small touches that made it special. It was more than we could have asked for! The couches were cozy and comfy. Plenty of indoor seating to play games at night and for any rainy days you might have. (We only had 2 in 32 days!) The beds were amazingly comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you could ever want. Plenty of dishes, cookware and serving bowls, platters etc. There were both regular dishes and plastic dishes. Coolers and other extras that you do not usually find in rentals. What a treat!The outdoor shower was an added bonus. The grill worked perfectly. The deck storage was awesome for our stuff. The deck was spacious had plenty of tables and seating for dining al fresco. The view of the expansive dunes were stunning and of course there is nothing better than Sagamore Beach and the spectacular sunrises can not be beat. The skyline at sunset is also gorgeous. We biked the canal almost every day. I found that the service was amazing. Every question answered promptly and when we needed help, we got it! Super friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. We look forward to another stay next year. Thank you!!

Loved this house. There are many great outdoor spaces. We loved using all the balconies to relax watching the ocean and walking right out the back door onto the beach. Many nights we built bonfires on the allotted areas by the water. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved staying at your beautiful home. The location is lovely and allowed us to walk every day in so many directions … it is perfectly equipped … so comfortable and so nicely furnished without being stuffy. We would recommend it to anyone, including families with older people ranging all the way down to little ones. Thank you for opening your doors to us!

Great place and great service! NVRE was super helpful and responsive with all maintenance requests and worked with us to extend our stay for a day. They were really pleasant to interact with and made our stay enjoyable and cozy. The dogs had a blast running around the yard and going on walks in the peaceful neighborhood. *Note: this listing has a private cleaner that is not with NVRE (so not fair to rate them on it), and they aren’t great, so bring some cleaning supplies and it will be all gravy.

We loved this location, immediate access to the beach and a lovely picnic table to use. Easy to get into Sandwich and enjoy the many restaurants. Place was small but efficient with space and had everything we needed to enjoy our long weekend!

We originally picked this property due to the proximity to a wedding location and it being dog friendly. The property was lovely, with plenty of indoor & outdoor space. There were no unknown surprises. The neighborhood and proximity to town made us feel like locals after only a few days. Only note would be coffee choices are either French press or an nespresso, so plan ahead. Thank you for a great stay!

We were attending a wedding this weekend and wanted a place close to the venue. The location is fantastic with a 5 minute walk to get to the beach.
The efficiency was a little small in the "bedroom" area with the L in the wall restricting access to the right side of the bed. In addition, the area to keep your clothing is very small as well so a bunch of our stuff ended up being kept in the living area.
The place was clean with the exception of the floor. Lots of dirt that you couldn't see but could feel as soon as you started walking around barefoot.
I would stay here again but not in the summer because there is no AC. If the owner upgraded and added AC, I would recommend this 100% if you are looking for a cute place to rest your head while you are exploring the Cape.
We enjoyed our time but due to the size, would not book it for anything more than a couple of nights. This is just our preference so if you don't mind the bedroom area being a little small then this place was very nice.

We had the best time staying here! The house was absolutely beautiful and was cleaned to perfection when we arrived (it smelled so good I ended up buying the same fragrance thing they have in the living room!) The host was very responsive to any question we had during our stay and always replied quickly. Extremely accommodating and welcoming in general - we were even able to check in a few hours early the first day! Overall, a perfect trip and would 100% absolutely recommend staying here!

This place was amazing for us to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday! Very quiet and the BEST view with direct beach access, we saw a seal right next to the beach twice! a few friends joined us and loved the experience as well. The home was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. I hope to make this a yearly trip! thank you

Beautiful location, sandy beach, fully equipped! Outdoor shower was a great addition. It was clean and perfect beach design.
The only thing I’d recommend is providing linens and bathing towels.

Was a great house!! Clean, comfortable, and inviting. Close to Falmouth to get the ferry, close to Hyannis for dinner. Several great restaurants nearby!

We had a small group for our girls weekend! It was perfect! Not to fancy, It was the quintessential Cape Cod cottage that we all remembered growing up. A great place to make memories.
